အခန်းကြီး ၁ | Chapter 1 |
| ၁ ကျွန်တော်က တမန်တော်ပေါလု ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။ လူတွေက ဒီအခွင့်အာဏာကို ကျွန်တော့်ဆီ ပေးခဲ့တာ မဟုတ်ပါဘူး။ ဒီဘုရားအမှုတော်ကို လုပ်ဆောင်ဖို့ ကျွန်တော့်ဆီ ခန့်အပ်ခဲ့တာ လူတွေ မဟုတ်ပါဘူး။ ယေရှုခရစ်တော်နဲ့ ခရစ်တော်ကို သေခြင်းကနေ ပြန်အသက်ရှင်စေခဲ့တဲ့ အဖဘုရားသခင်က ကျွန်တော့်ကို ဘုရားအမှုတော်အတွက် ရွေးချယ်တာဖြစ်ပါတယ်။ | 1 I am Paul, an apostle. I received this ministry not because I was appointed by men. Instead, I was chosen not by man, but by Jesus Christ and God the Father, who raised Christ from the dead. |
| ၂ ကျွန်တော်နဲ့ အတူရှိနေတဲ့ ညီအစ်ကိုတွေက ဂလာတိမှာရှိတဲ့ ယေရှုယုံကြည်သူတွေကို နှုတ်ဆက်စကား ပါးကြပါတယ်။ | 2 All the brothers who are with me greet the churches in Galatia. |
| ၃ အဖဘုရားသခင်နဲ့ ကျွန်တော်တို့ရဲ့သခင် ယေရှုခရစ်တော်ဆီက ကျေးဇူးတော်နဲ့ ငြိမ်သက်ခြင်း ရရှိကြပါစေ။ | 3 God is our Father, and Jesus Christ is our Lord. May God fill you with His grace, and may Jesus bring peace to your hearts. |
| ၄ ဒီလောကမှာရှိတဲ့ မကောင်းမှုဒုစရိုက်ကနေ ကျွန်တော်တို့ကို လွတ်မြောက်စေဖို့ ယေရှုက ကျွန်တော်တို့ရဲ့အပြစ်တွေအတွက် အသေခံတဲ့အချိန်မှာ ကျွန်တော်တို့ရဲ့ အဖဘုရားသခင်က သူ့ရဲ့အကြံအစည်ကို ပြည့်စုံစေခဲ့တယ်။ | 4 Jesus sacrificed Himself and died for our sins to save us from the evil of this world. In this way, our God the Father fulfilled His plan. |
| ၅ ခေတ်အဆက်ဆက် လူတိုင်း ဘုရားသခင်ကို ချီးမွမ်းကြပါစေ။ အာမင် - ပြည့်စုံပါစေ။ | 5 So God is worthy to be praised forever. Amen. |
| ၆ ဂလာတိမြို့သားတို့၊ ကျွန်တော် စိတ်မချမ်းမသာ အံ့သြမိပါတယ်။ ဘုရားသခင်က ခင်ဗျားတို့ကို သူ့ဆီခေါ်သွင်းပြီးတော့ ခရစ်တော်ရဲ့ကျေးဇူးတော်ကို ပေးခဲ့ပါတယ်။ ဒါပေမဲ့ ခင်ဗျားတို့က ဘုရားသခင်ဆီကနေ မြန်မြန်နဲ့ လှည့်ထွက်ကြပြီးတော့ တခြားသတင်းကောင်း တစ်ချို့နောက်ကို လိုက်သွားကြတယ်။ | 6 Galatians, I am unpleasantly surprised. God called you to Himself through the grace He gave you in Christ. But you have quickly turned away from the truth and begun to follow a different teaching. It sounds like “good news about Christ,” but actually it is misleading people. |
| ၇ တကယ်တော့ တခြားသတင်းကောင်းဆိုတာ မရှိဘူး။ ဒါပေမဲ့ ခင်ဗျားတို့ကို စိတ်ရှုတ်ထွေးစေတဲ့လူတွေ ရှိနေတယ်။ သူတို့တွေက ခရစ်တော်အကြောင်း သတင်းကောင်းကို အဓိပ္ပါယ်လွဲမှားစေချင်ကြတယ်။ | 7 There is no other "good news." But there are people who are confusing you and want to distort the Good News about Christ. |
| ၈ ကောင်းကင်ဘုံက ကောင်းကင်တမန်တစ်ပါးက ခရစ်တော်အကြောင်း သတင်းကောင်းကို အဓိပ္ပါယ်လွဲမှားပြီးတော့ ဟောပြောတယ်ဆိုရင် ကျိန်ခြင်းကို ခံရလိမ့်မယ်။ ကျွန်တော်တို့က စစ်မှန်တဲ့သတင်းကို ခင်ဗျားတို့ဆီ ယူလာခဲ့တာဖြစ်ပါတယ်။ ဒါပေမဲ့ ကျွန်တော်တို့က ခရစ်တော်အကြောင်း သတင်းကောင်းကို အဓိပ္ပါယ်လွဲမှားစေခဲ့ရင် ကျွန်တော်တို့လည်း ကျိန်ခြင်းကို ခံရလိမ့်မယ်။ | 8 We have brought you the true message. But even if we or an angel from heaven started preaching something different to you and called it the Good News, we would bring a curse upon ourselves. |
| ၉ ခင်ဗျားတို့ကို ဒီအကြောင်း အရင်ကပြောခဲ့ပါတယ်။ ပြီးတော့ အခု ပြန်ပြောပါတယ်။ ခင်ဗျားတို့က ခရစ်တော်အကြောင်း သတင်းအစစ်အမှန်ကို ကျွန်တော်တို့ဆီကနေ လက်ခံရရှိခဲ့ကြပါတယ်။ ဒါပေမဲ့ တစ်ယောက်ယောက်က တခြားသတင်းကောင်းကို ခင်ဗျားတို့ဆီ ဟောပြောလာတယ်ဆိုရင် သူဟာ ကျိန်ခြင်းကို ခံရလိမ့်မယ်။ | 9 I have told you this before, and I repeat it now. If anyone preaches to you a different "good news" than the one we preached to you, he will bring a curse upon himself. |
| ၁၀ ကျွန်တော် လိုချင်တာ ဘာလဲ။ ဘုရားသခင်ရဲ့ထောက်ခံချက်လား ဒါမှမဟုတ် လူတွေရဲ့ထောက်ခံချက်လား။ လူတွေ ကျေနပ်စေဖို့ ကျွန်တော် ကြိုးစားနေတာလား။ ကျွန်တော်က ခရစ်တော်ရဲ့အစေခံကျွန်တစ်ယောက် ဖြစ်လာပြီမို့လို့ လူတွေကို ကျေနပ်နှစ်သက်စေတဲ့သူ မဟုတ်တော့ပါဘူး။ | 10 What do I want — God's approval or people's approval? Am I trying to please people now? If I were still trying to please people, I would not be a slave of Christ. |
| ၁၁ ညီအစ်ကိုတို့၊ ခင်ဗျားတို့ကို ကျွန်တော်ဟောပြောခဲ့တဲ့ ခရစ်တော်အကြောင်း သတင်းကောင်းက လူတွေ ဖန်တီးခဲ့တာ မဟုတ်ဘူးဆိုတာ ခင်ဗျားတို့ သိကြရမယ်။ | 11 Brothers, I tell you that no one could have invented such Good News about Christ that I preached to you. |
| ၁၂ ယေရှုခရစ်တော်ရဲ့ ဖွင့်ပြချက်ဗျာဒိတ်အားဖြင့် သတင်းကောင်းအကြောင်းကို ကျွန်တော် သိခွင့်ရခဲ့တာ ဖြစ်တယ်။ ခရစ်တော်ဆီကနေ ကျွန်တော် သင်ယူခဲ့တာဖြစ်တယ်၊ လူဆီက မဟုတ်ဘူး။ | 12 No one taught me this message. I received it through a revelation that Jesus Christ gave me. |
| ၁၃ အရင်တုန်းက ကျွန်တော်ဟာ ယုဒလူမျိုးတွေရဲ့ ဘာသာအယူဝါဒကို လိုက်လျှောက်ခဲ့ပါတယ်။ အဲ့ဒီအချိန်တုန်းက ကျွန်တော် ဘာတွေလုပ်ခဲ့သလဲဆိုတာ ခင်ဗျားတို့ သိကြပါတယ်။ ကျွန်တော်ဟာ ဘုရားသခင်ရဲ့လူတွေဖြစ်တဲ့ယုံကြည်သူတွေကို ပြင်းပြင်းထန်ထန် နှိပ်စက်ခဲ့ပြီးတော့ သူတို့ကို သေစေခဲ့ပါတယ်။ | 13 You've heard about how I lived before, when I followed Judaism. At that time, I severely persecuted the Church of God and did everything I could to destroy it. |
| ၁၄ ကျွန်တော်က ကျွန်တော့် သက်တူရွယ်တူတွေနဲ့ တခြားယုဒလူမျိုးတွေထက် ယုဒဘာသာကို ပိုပြီးတော့ ဆည်းကပ်ခဲ့တယ်။ ကျွန်တော်က ကျွန်တော်တို့ရဲ့ဘိုးဘေးတွေပေးခဲ့တဲ့ ရိုးရာဓလေ့တွေကို ဇွဲကြီးကြီးနဲ့ လိုက်လျှောက်ခဲ့တယ်။ | 14 I dedicated myself to Judaism far more than many others of my age. So, I was especially zealous in observing the traditions that our fathers passed down to us. |
| ၁၅ ဒါပေမဲ့ ဘုရားသခင်က ကျွန်တော် မမွေးခင်ကတည်းက ကျွန်တော့်ကို ရွေးချယ်ခဲ့ပါတယ်။ ကျွန်တော့်ကို သူ့ဆီခေါ်ပြီးတော့ သူ့ရဲ့ကျေးဇူးတော်ကို ပေးခဲ့တယ်။ ဘုရားသခင်က ကျွန်တော့်ရဲ့အသက်တာထဲမှာ သူ့ရဲ့အကြံအစည်ကို ပြည့်စုံစေချင်ခဲ့တယ်။ | 15 But God chose me even before I was born. By His grace He called me so that I could serve Him. |
| ၁၆ အဲ့ဒါကြောင့်ပဲ ဘုရားသခင်က ကျွန်တော့်ကို သူ့ရဲ့သားတော်အကြောင်း ဖွင့်ပြချက်ဗျာဒိတ်ကို ပေးခဲ့တယ်။ အဲ့ဒီအချိန်တုန်းက ဒီဗျာဒိတ်နဲ့ ပတ်သက်ပြီး တခြားလူတွေရဲ့ သဘောထားအမြင်ကို ကျွန်တော် မမေးမြန်းခဲ့ပါဘူး။ ဒါပေမဲ့ ခရစ်တော်အကြောင်း သတင်းကောင်းကို ယုဒလူမျိုးမဟုတ်တဲ့ လူမျိုးခြားတွေဆီ ဟောပြောဖို့ ကျွန်တော် စတင်ခဲ့တယ်။ | 16 God revealed His Son to me so that I might preach about Him to other nations. At that time, I did not seek the opinion of others about this revelation. |
| ၁၇ ဒီဗျာဒိတ်ကို လက်ခံပြီးပြီးချင်း ဘုရားသခင်က ဒီအမှုတော်ထဲမှာ ကျွန်တော့်ထက်အရင် ခန့်အပ်ခဲ့တဲ့ တမန်တော်တွေရှိတဲ့ ယေရုရှလင်မြို့ကို ကျွန်တော် မသွားခဲ့ဘူး။ ဒါပေမဲ့ ကျွန်တော်က အာရပ်ပြည်ကို သွားခဲ့ပြီးတော့မှ ဒမာသက်မြို့ကို ထပ်ပြီး ပြန်လာခဲ့ပါတယ်။ | 17 After this, I did not go up to Jerusalem to the apostles who had been appointed to this ministry before me. I went to Arabia, and then I returned to Damascus. |
| ၁၈ သုံးနှစ် အကြာမှာ ယေရုရှလင်မြို့ကို ကျွန်တော် လာခဲ့ပါတယ်။ အဲ့ဒီမှာ ကျွန်တော်က တမန်တော်ပေတရုနဲ့ တွေ့ဆုံပြီးတော့ သူနဲ့အတူ တစ်ဆယ့်ငါးရက် နေထိုင်ခဲ့ပါတယ်။ | 18 Three years later I went to Jerusalem. There I met the apostle Peter and spent fifteen days with him. |
| ၁၉ သခင်ယေရှုရဲ့ညီဖြစ်တဲ့ တမန်တော်ယာကုပ်နဲ့လည်း ကျွန်တော် တွေ့ဆုံခဲ့ပါတယ်။ အဲ့ဒီတုန်းက အဲ့ဒီမှာ တခြားတမန်တော်တွေနဲ့ မတွေ့ဖြစ်ခဲ့ပါဘူး။ | 19 I did not meet with any of the other apostles, except for James, the brother of the Lord. |
| ၂၀ ကျွန်တော်က သမ္မာတရားကို ခင်ဗျားတို့ဆီ ရေးတာြဖစ်ပြီးတော့ ကျွန်တော် မလိမ်ညာဘူးဆိုတာ ဘုရားသခင် သိပါတယ်။ | 20 God knows that I am writing the truth to you and not lying. |
| ၂၁ အဲ့ဒီနောက် မြောက်ဘက်ကိုသွားပြီးတော့ ရှုရိပြည် နဲ့ ကိလိကိပြည်ရဲ့ ကျေးလက်ဒေသတွေကို ကျွန်တော် လည်ပတ်ခဲ့ပါတယ်။ | 21 After that, I traveled to Syria and Cilicia. |
| ၂၂ ယုဒပြည်မှာရှိတဲ့ ခရစ်တော်ကိုယုံကြည်သူတွေက ကျွန်တော့်ကို လူကိုယ်တိုင်နဲ့ မသိကြသေးပါဘူး။ | 22 The churches in Judea that belong to Christ did not know me personally. |
| ၂၃ ဒါပေမဲ့ သူတို့တွေက ကျွန်တော့်အကြောင်းကို “ခရစ်ယာန်တွေကို နှိက်စက်ညှင်းပန်းခဲ့ဖူးတဲ့ လူတစ်ယောက်ရှိတယ်။ ဒါပေမဲ့ အခု သူဟာ အရင်က သူလိုက်ဖျက်ဆီးနေခဲ့တဲ့ ယုံကြည်ခြင်းအကြောင်းကိုပဲ ဟောပြောနေတယ်” ဆိုပြီးတော့ ကြားကြတယ်။ | 23 They had only heard that the one who had previously persecuted them was now preaching the faith he had once tried to destroy. |
| ၂၄ အဲ့ဒါကြောင့် ယုဒပြည်မှာရှိတဲ့ ယေရှုယုံကြည်သူတွေက ကျွန်တော့်အတွက်ကြောင့် ဘုရားသခင်ကို ချီးမွမ်းကြပါတယ်။ | 24 So the churches in Judea praised God for what He had done in my life. |
အခန်းကြီး ၂ | Chapter 2 |
| ၁ တစ်ဆယ့်လေးနှစ်အကြာမှာ ဗာနဗနဲ့အတူ ယေရုရှလင်မြို့ကို ကျွန်တော် ပြန်သွားခဲ့ပါတယ်။ ဒီတစ်ခါ တိတုက ကျွန်တော်နဲ့အတူ လိုက်လာခဲ့ပါတယ်။ | 1 Fourteen years later I went again to Jerusalem with Barnabas. This time I also took Titus with me. |
| ၂ ယုဒလူမျိုးမဟုတ်တဲ့ တခြားလူမျိုးတွေဆီ သတင်းကောင်းဟောပြောဖို့လိုတယ်လို့ ဘုရားသခင်က ကျွန်တော့်ကို ဗျာဒိတ်ပေးခဲ့ပါတယ်။ ဘုရားသခင် ပေးခဲ့တဲ့ ဒီဗျာဒိတ်ကြောင့် ယေရုရှလင်မြို့ကို ကျွန်တော် သွားခဲ့ပါတယ်။ အဲ့ဒီမှာ အသင်းတော်ကို သြဇာညောင်းတဲ့ ခေါင်းဆောင်တွေနဲ့ ကျွန်တော် လူချင်း တွေ့ဆုံခဲ့ပါတယ်။ ယုဒလူမျိုးမဟုတ်တဲ့ တခြားလူမျိုးတွေဆီ ခရစ်တော်အကြောင်းသတင်းကောင်း ကျွန်တော် ဟောပြောတဲ့နည်းလမ်းကို သူတို့ဆီ ပြောပြခဲ့ပါတယ်။ သူတို့နဲ့ ကျွန်တော်တို့ အကြားမှာ သဘောထားကွဲလွဲမှုတွေ မရှိဘူး ဆိုတာ ကျွန်တော် သေချာစေချင်ခဲ့ပါတယ်။ ပြီးတော့ ကျွန်တော့်ရဲ့ ဘုရားအစေခံခြင်းအပေါ် သူတို့တွေကို အသိအမှတ် ပြုစေချင်ခဲ့ပါတယ်။ | 2 I went to Jerusalem because of a revelation. There I met with the key leaders of the church and told them how I was preaching the Good News of Christ to other nations. I wanted to make sure that we had no disagreements and they recognized my ministry. |
| ၃ ကျွန်တော့်ရဲ့ လုပ်ဖော်ဆောင်ဖက် တိတုက ယုဒလူမျိုးတစ်ယောက် မဟုတ်ပေမဲ့ အသင်းတော်လူကြီးတွေက သူ့ကို အရေဖျားလှီးဖို့ အတင်းမတိုက်တွန်းခဲ့ကြပါဘူး။ | 3 My companion Titus was a Greek. But the Church leaders did not force him to be circumcised. |
| ၄ အဲ့ဒါကြောင့်ပဲ အရေးဖျားလှီးခြင်းနဲ့ပတ်သက်တဲ့ မေးခွန်းကို ကျွန်တော်တို့တွေ စပြီး ဆွေးနွေးခဲ့ကြပါတယ်။ တစ်ချို့က ယုံကြည်သူတွေ ဟန်ဆောင်ပြီးတော့ ကျွန်တော်တို့ရဲ့ အစည်းအဝေးတွေကို လာကြတယ်။ သူတို့တွေက ကျွန်တော်တို့ရဲ့ ယုံကြည်မှုကို ရယူပြီးတော့ ခရစ်တော်က ကျွန်တော်တို့ကို ပေးခဲ့တဲ့ လွတ်လပ်မှုကို ဖယ်ရှားချင်ခဲ့ကြတယ်။ ဒီအယောင်ဆောင်တဲ့ ယေရှုယုံကြည်သူတွေက ကျွန်တော်တို့ကို သူတို့ ယုဒဘာသာဓလေ့ထုံးတမ်းတွေရဲ့ ကျွန်ဖြစ်စေချင်ခဲ့ကြတယ်။ | 4 This is why the question of circumcision came up. People who pretended to be believers visited our meetings in Jerusalem. Actually, they wanted to take away the freedom that Christ has given us. These false brothers wanted to make us slaves to the Law of Moses again. |
| ၅ ဒါပေမဲ့ ကျွန်တော်တို့က သူတို့ကို မလိုက်နာခဲ့ကြပါဘူး။ ပြီးတော့ ကျွန်တော်တို့က သူတို့တွေရဲ့သွန်သင်ချက်နောက်ကို တစ်ချက်ကလေးမှ မလိုက်ခဲ့ကြပါဘူး။ ဘုရားသခင်က ခရစ်တော်အကြောင်း သတင်းကောင်းအားဖြင့် ကျွန်တော်တို့ဆီ ဖော်ပြခဲ့တဲ့ အမှန်တရားကို ကျွန်တော်တို့တွေ ထိန်းသိမ်းစောင့်ရှောက်ခဲ့ပါတယ်။ | 5 But we did not yield to them for a single moment. We did not allow them to distort the truth, so that you, Galatians, would continue to believe in the Good News about Christ. |
| ၆ အသင်းတော်ရဲ့အထူးလေးစားခံရတဲ့ ခေါင်းဆောင်တွေရှေ့မှာ အမှန်တရားကို ကျွန်တော် ကာကွယ်ခုခံခဲ့ပါတယ်။ သူတို့ရဲ့ရာထူးတွေက ကျွန်တော့်အတွက် အထူးအခြား မဟုတ်ခဲ့ပါဘူး။ ဘုရားသခင်က သူ့ရဲ့အမှန်တရားကို ပြောင်းလဲရလောက်အောင် ထူးခြားတဲ့လူမရှိပါဘူး။ အသင်းတော်ခေါင်းဆောင်တွေက ဘုရားရှင်ဖွင့်ပြတဲ့ ကျွန်တော့်ရဲ့ဗျာဒိတ်အပေါ် ဆန့်ကျင်မှုမရှိခဲ့ကြပါဘူး။ | 6 The ministers of the Jerusalem Church have a good reputation, and they truly deserve respect. But God does not show favoritism based on achievements or position, so their status didn't matter to me either. And even these respected ministers did not correct me or add anything to what I preached. |
| ၇ ကျွန်တော် နောက်ထပ်ပြောချင်ပါတယ်။ သူတို့က ကျွန်တော့်ကို ပေတရုနဲ့ နှိုင်းယှဉ်ခဲ့ကြပါတယ်။ ဘုရားသခင်က မတူညီတဲ့လူအစုအဖွဲ့တွေနဲ့အတူ ကျွန်တော်တို့ကို ယုံကြည်စိတ်ချခဲ့တာ သူတို့တွေ တွေ့ခဲ့ကြပါတယ်။ ပေတရုက ယုဒလူမျိုးတွေဆီ ခရစ်တော်အကြောင်း ဟောပြောသလိုပဲ ကျွန်တော်က ယုဒလူမျိုးမဟုတ်တဲ့ တခြားလူမျိုးတွေဆီ ခရစ်တော်အကြောင်း သတင်းကောင်းကို ဟောပြောတာဖြစ်ပါတယ်။ | 7 Instead, they compared me to Peter. They saw that God had entrusted us with working among different groups of people. Peter preaches about Christ to the Jews. In the same way, I preach the Good News to people of other nations. |
| ၈ ဘုရားသခင်က ပေတရုကို ယုဒလူမျိုးတွေရဲ့ တမန်တော်အဖြစ် ခန့်အပ်ခဲ့ပြီးတော့ ဘုရားရှင်က ပေတရုအားဖြင့် ယုဒလူမျိုးကြားမှာ အလုပ်လုပ်ပါတယ်။ အဲ့ဒီ ဘုရားသခင်ကပဲ ကျွန်တော့်ကို ယုဒလူမျိုးမဟုတ်တဲ့ တခြားလူမျိုးတွေအတွက် တမန်တော်အဖြစ် ခန့်အပ်ခဲ့ပါတယ်။ ပြီးတော့ ဘုရားသခင်က ကျွန်တော့်အားဖြင့် ယုဒလူမျိုးမဟုတ်တဲ့ တခြားလူမျိုးတွေကြားမှာလည်း အလုပ်လုပ်ပါတယ်။ | 8 God appointed Peter as an apostle to the Jews. And He works through Peter when he ministers to his people. But God appointed me as an apostle to other nations. And the same God works through me when I minister to these people. |

When they saw the grace of God in my ministry, they acknowledged that we are working for the same goal. But they go to the Jews, and Barnabas and I go to other nations. |
| ၁၀ ဆင်းရဲချို့တဲ့သူတွေကို သတိရပြီးတော့ ကူညီကြဖို့ ကျွန်တော်တို့ကို သူတို့ တောင်းဆိုခဲ့ကြပါတယ်။ တကယ်တော့ အဲ့ဒီမတိုင်ခင်ကတည်းက ဆင်းရဲချို့တဲ့သူတွေကို ကူညီဖို့ ကျွန်တော် အစွမ်းကုန် ကြိုးစားခဲ့ပါတယ်။ | 10 The only thing they asked us was that we should not forget to help the poor. But I have always tried to do that. |
| ၁၁ ဒါပေမဲ့ အန္တိအုတ်ကို ပေတရု လာခဲ့တုန်းက သူက မှားနေတဲ့အတွက် ကျွန်တော် သူ့ကို လူသိရှင်ကြား ကန့်ကွက်ခဲ့ပါတယ်။ | 11 When Peter came to Antioch, I publicly opposed him because he was wrong. |
| ၁၂ အစက ပေတရုက ယေရှုကိုယုံကြည်သူ အရေဖျားမလှီးတဲ့ တခြားလူမျိုးတွေနဲ့အတူ စားသောက်ခဲ့ပါတယ်။ ဒါပေမဲ့ နောက်တော့ လူတစ်ချို့ ယာကုပ်ဆီကနေ ရောက်လာခဲ့ကြတယ်။ သူတို့က ယေရှုကိုယုံကြည်သူတွေဟာ အရေဖျားလှီးခြင်းကို လုပ်သင့်တယ်လို့ အခိုင်အမာ ယုံကြည်ခဲ့ကြပါတယ်။ အဲ့ဒီအခါ ပေတရုက ဒီလူတွေ ဝေဖန်မှာကို ကြောက်ခဲ့တယ်။ အဲ့ဒါနဲ့ပဲ ပေတရုက တခြားလူမျိုးတွေကို ရှောင်ဖယ်လာပြီးတော့ သူတို့နဲအတူ စားသောက်တာမျိုး မလုပ်တော့ဘူး။ | 12 At first, Peter ate with believers who were uncircumcised, because they were not Jews. But then people came from James. They believed that those who follow Jesus should be circumcised. Peter became afraid of criticism from these people, so he began to avoid the believers who had turned to Jesus from other nations and stopped eating with them. |
| ၁၃ ပေတရုက စိတ်ရင်းမှန်နဲ့ မပြုမူခဲ့ပါဘူး။ ဒီလိုနဲ့ တခြား ယုဒလူမျိုးယုံကြည်သူတွေလည်း ပေတရု လုပ်ခဲ့တဲ့ပုံစံကို လိုက်လုပ်ခဲ့ကြတယ်။ ပြီးတော့ ဗာနဗ တောင်မှ ဒီအယောင်ဆောင်တဲ့သူတွေဆီ ပေါင်းသွားခဲ့ပါတယ်။ | 13 Other Jewish believers behaved as hypocritically as Peter. Even Barnabas fell under their influence and began to avoid fellowship with believers from other nations. |
| ၁၄ ဘုရားသခင်က ခရစ်တော်အကြောင်း သတင်းကောင်းအားဖြင့် ကျွန်တော်တို့ကို ဖော်ပြခဲ့တဲ့ အမှန်တရားဆီကနေ သူတို့တွေ လမ်းလွဲနေတာကို ကျွန်တော် တွေ့ခဲ့ရပါတယ်။ ဒါကြောင့် လူအားလုံးရှေ့မှာ “ပေတရု၊ ခင်ဗျားဘာတွေ လုပ်နေတာလဲ။ ခင်ဗျားက ယုဒလူမျိုးဖြစ်ပါတယ်။ ဒါပေမဲ့ အခုတော့ ခင်ဗျားဟာ ယုဒဓလေ့ထုံးစံတွေကို မကျင့်တော့ဘဲနဲ့ ယုဒလူမျိုးမဟုတ်တဲ့သူတွေလိုပဲ အသက်ရှင်နေထိုင်တယ်။ ဒါပေမဲ့ ခင်ဗျားက ယုဒလူမျိုးမဟုတ်တဲ့သူတွေကို ယုဒဓလေ့ထုံးစံတွေကျင့်ဖို့ အတင်းတိုက်တွန်းနေတယ်။” လို့ ကျွန်တော်ပြောခဲ့ပါတယ်။ | 14 I saw that their behavior contradicted the truth that God revealed to us through the Good News of Christ. Then I said in front of everyone: “Peter, what are you doing? You are a Jew, but you no longer live according to Jewish laws. You live like those nations who do not follow the Law of Moses. So why do you demand that people of other nations observe Jewish traditions?” |
| ၁၅ ကျွန်တော်တို့ဟာ ယုဒလူမျိုးအဖြစ် မွေးလာခဲ့ကြပါတယ်။ မောရှေရဲ့ပညတ်က သတ်မှတ်ခဲ့တဲ့အတိုင်း ကျွန်တော်တို့တွေ လိုက်နာခဲ့ကြတယ်။ အဲ့ဒါနဲ့ပဲ ယုဒလူမျိုးမဟုတ်တဲ့သူတွေ လုပ်ကြသလို ကျွန်တော်တို့တွေက အပြစ်မလုပ်ကြဘူးလို့ ထင်ခဲ့ကြပါတယ်။ | 15 We are Jews by birth. So, we fulfilled what the Law of Moses required. But people from other nations did not follow this Law, so we called them sinners. |
| ၁၆ ဒါပေမဲ့ အခု ဘုရားသခင်က မောရှေရဲ့ပညတ်ချက် လိုက်နာတဲ့သူတွေကို အပြစ်ကနေ လွတ်မြောက်ခြင်းမပေးဘူးဆိုတာ ကျွန်တော်တို့ သိလာကြတယ်။ ဒါကြောင့် ဘုရားရှင်က သူ့ရဲ့ဖြောင့်မတ်ခြင်းကို သူတို့ဆီ မပေးဘူး။ ဒါပေမဲ့ ဘုရားသခင်က ယေရှုခရစ်တော်ကို ယုံကြည်တဲ့သူတွေကို အပြစ်ကနေ လွတ်မြောက်ခြင်း ပေးပါတယ်။ ပြီးတော့ ဘုရားသခင်က သူ့ရဲ့ဖြောင့်မတ်ခြင်းကို သူတို့ဆီ ပေးပါတယ်။ ကျွန်တော်တို့ ခရစ်တော်ကို ယုံကြည်ခဲ့ကြပါတယ်။ အဲ့ဒီ ကျွန်တော်တို့ရဲ့ယုံကြည်ခြင်းအားဖြင့် ဘုရားရှင်က ကျွန်တော်တို့ကို အပြစ်ကနေ လွတ်မြောက်ခြင်းပေးခဲ့ပါတယ်။ ပြီးတော့ ကျွန်တော်တို့ကို သူ့ရဲ့ဖြောင့်မတ်ခြင်း ပေးခဲ့တယ်။ ဘယ်လူသားမှ မောရှေပညတ်ရဲ့ သတ်မှတ်ချက်ကို ပြည့်စုံအောင် မလိုက်နာနိုင်ပါဘူး။ အဲ့ဒါကြောင့် ဒီမောရှေရဲ့ပညတ်ချက်ကို အခြေခံရင်တော့ အပြစ်ကနေ လွတ်မြောက်ခြင်းနဲ့ ဘုရားရဲ့ဖြောင့်မတ်ခြင်းကို ဘယ်လူသားမှ ရမှာမဟုတ်ပါဘူး။ | 16 But now we know that a person cannot receive freedom from sin and God's righteousness by observing the Law of Moses. God sets free from sin only those who believe in Jesus Christ, and to such a person God gives His righteousness. When we believed in Christ, God freed us from sin and gave us His righteousness. No one can fulfill the Law of Moses. So, no one can receive freedom from sin and God's righteousness on the basis of the Law of Moses. |
| ၁၇ ကျွန်တော်တို့ဟာ ယုဒလူမျိုး ဖြစ်ကြတယ်။ ကျွန်တော်တို့တွေဟာ မောရှေရဲ့ပညတ်ကို လိုက်နာခဲ့ကြလို့ ကိုယ့်ကိုယ်ကို ဖြောင့်မတ်တယ်လို့ ထင်ခဲ့ကြတယ်။ ဒါပေမဲ့ ခရစ်တော်အားဖြင့်သာ ဘုရားရှင်ရဲ့ဖြောင့်မတ်ခြင်းကို ကျွန်တော်တို့ ရှာတွေ့ခဲ့ကြတယ်။ ကျွန်တော်တို့ဟာ အပြစ်သားတွေဖြစ်ပါတယ်လို့ ဝန်ခံပြီးတော့ ခရစ်တော်ဆီ လာခဲ့ကြတယ်။ အဲ့ဒါဆို ခရစ်တော်က ကျွန်တော်တို့ကို အပြစ်သားတွေ ဖြစ်စေခဲ့တယ်လို့ ဆိုလိုနေသလား။ မဆိုလိုပါဘူး။ | 17 We want to receive God's righteousness through Christ. But now the Jews consider us the same sinners as people from other nations, because we no longer follow the Law of Moses. But does this mean that Christ made us sinners? Of course not! |
| ၁၈ ဆန့်ကျင်ဘက်အနေနဲ့ တကယ်လို့ ကျွန်တော်က ခရစ်တော်ကို ငြင်းပယ်ပြီးတော့ မောရှေရဲ့ပညတ်ဆီ ပြန်သွားရင်တော့ ကျွန်တော်က အပြစ်သား ဖြစ်လာလိမ့်မယ်။ | 18 Instead, I would become a sinner if I started following the Law of Moses again. |
| ၁၉ မောရှေပညတ်ရဲ့ သတ်မှတ်ချက်တွေ ပြည့်စုံအောင် ကျွန်တော် မလုပ်နိုင်ခဲ့ပါဘူး။ ဒါကြောင့် ပညတ်က သူ့ရဲ့သတ်မှတ်ချက်တွေနဲ့ ကျွန်တော့်ကို အသေသတ်ခဲ့ပါတယ်။ ဒါပေမဲ့ ဘုရားသခင်က ကျွန်တော့်ကို အသက်ပေးခဲ့ပါတယ်။ ဒါကြောင့် အခု ကျွန်တော်ဟာ ဘုရားအတွက် အသက်ရှင်ပါတယ်။ ကျွန်တော်ဟာ ကျွန်တော့်ရဲ့အပြစ်လုပ်တတ်တဲ့ဇာတိကို ခရစ်တော်နဲ့အတူ လက်ဝါးကားတိုင်ပေါ်မှာ အသေသတ်ခဲ့ပါတယ်။ | 19 This Law showed that I was spiritually dead. But when I believed in Jesus, God gave me life, and now I live for God, not for the Law of Moses. I crucified my sinful nature with Christ. |
| ၂၀ ကျွန်တော့်ရဲ့အပြစ်လုပ်တတ်တဲ့ဇာတိက သေသွားခဲ့ပါတယ်။ ဒါကြောင့် အခု ကျွန်တော့်အထဲမှာ ခရစ်တော်က အသက်ရှင်ပါတယ်။ ခရစ်တော်က ကျွန်တော့်ကို ချစ်လို့ ကျွန်တော့်အတွက် သူ့ရဲ့အသက်ကို ပေးခဲ့ပါတယ်။ ဒီလောကမှာ ရုပ်ပိုင်းဆိုင်ရာခန္ဓာကိုယ်နဲ့ ကျွန်တော် အသက်ရှင်နေထိုင်နေပေမဲ့ ဘုရားရဲ့သားတော်ဆီမှာတော့ ယုံကြည်ခြင်းနဲ့ အသက်ရှင်နေထိုင်နေပါတယ်။ | 20 I have left my old way of life. Now Christ lives in me. He loves me and gave His life for me. I still live on earth in a physical body, but I live by faith in the Son of God. |
| ၂၁ ဘုရားရှင်ရဲ့ကျေးဇူးတော်ကို ကျွန်တော် ငြင်းပယ်မှာ မဟုတ်ပါဘူး။ မောရှေရဲ့ပညတ် လိုက်နာတဲ့သူတွေကို ဘုရားသခင်က အပြစ်ကနေ လွတ်လပ်မှုပေးတယ်၊ ပြီးတော့ ဒီအရာအားဖြင့် ဘုရားသခင်က သူ့ရဲ့ဖြောင့်မတ်ခြင်းကို သူတို့ဆီ ပေးတယ် ဆိုပါစို့။ ဒီလိုဆိုရင် ခရစ်တော်က ဘာဖြစ်လို့ အပြစ်သားတွေအတွက် အသေခံနေရဦးမှာလဲ။ | 21 I do not reject God’s grace. I completely rely on it, not on the Law of Moses. If God freed from sin those who follow the Law of Moses and gave them His righteousness, then Christ would have had no need to die for our sins. |

| ၁ ဂလာတိမြို့သားတို့၊ တကယ်ကို အဓိပ္ပါယ်မရှိဘူးပဲ။ ဘုရားရဲ့အမှန်တရားကို ဆန့်ကျင်ရအောင် ဘယ်သူက ခင်ဗျားတို့ကို လုပ်လိုက်တာလဲ။ ခင်ဗျားတို့က လိမ်ညာလှည့်ဖြားတဲ့သူတွေကို ယုံကြည်ခဲ့ကြတယ်။ ခရစ်တော်က ခင်ဗျားတို့အတွက် လက်ဝါးကားတိုင်ပေါ်မှာ အသေခံခဲ့တယ်ဆိုတာကို ခင်ဗျားတို့ မျက်စိနဲ့ တပ်အပ်မြင်ခဲ့သလိုပဲ ခင်ဗျားတို့တွေ ကောင်းကောင်း သိနားလည်ခဲ့ကြပါတယ်။ | 1 O foolish Galatians! Who influenced you so strongly that you, as if under a spell, began to go against the truth that Christ brought to you? You understood so clearly that Jesus Christ died for you on the cross, as if you had seen it with your own eyes! |
| ၂ အတိတ်က မောရှေရဲ့ပညတ်ချက်ကို ခင်ဗျားတို့တွေ လိုက်နာခဲ့ကြတယ်။ အခု ကျွန်တော့်ကို မေးခွန်းတစ်ခု ဖြေပေးကြပါ။ အဲ့ဒီအချိန်တုန်းက ဘုရားသခင်က ခင်ဗျားတို့ကို သူ့ရဲ့ဝိညာဉ်နဲ့ ဖြည့်ပေးခဲ့သလား။ နောက်တော့ ခရစ်တော်အကြောင်းကို ခင်ဗျားတို့တွေ ကြားပြီးတော့ သူ့ကို ယုံကြည်ခဲ့ကြတယ်။ အဲ့ဒီအခါမှ ဘုရားသခင်က သူ့ရဲ့ဝိညာဉ်ကို ခင်ဗျားတို့ဆီ ပေးခဲ့တာ ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။ | 2 Answer me only this question: did you receive the Holy Spirit because you kept the Law of Moses? Of course not! You received the Holy Spirit because you heard about Christ and believed in Him. |
| ၃ အစက ဘုရားရဲ့သန့်ရှင်းတဲ့ဝိညာဉ်တော် ဆန္ဒအတိုင်း ခင်ဗျားတို့ ပြုမူခဲ့ကြပါတယ်။ ဒါပေမဲ့ အခု ခင်ဗျားတို့က ခင်ဗျားတို့ရဲ့ အပြစ်လုပ်တတ်တဲ့ ဇာတိဟောင်းကို အသက်ပြန်သွင်းခဲ့ကြတယ်။ ဘာလို့ ခင်ဗျားတို့တွေက ဒီလို မိုက်မဲတဲ့အရာကို လုပ်ခဲ့ကြတာလဲ။ | 3 How can you be so foolish? You began to live a new life through the Holy Spirit. But now you want to live according to the Law of Moses and rely on your own human strength? |
| ၄ ခင်ဗျားတို့ ဆင်းရဲ့ဒုက္ခတွေအများကြီး ဖြတ်သန်းခဲ့ကြတယ်။ သန့်ရှင်းတဲ့ဝိညာဉ်နဲ့ အသက်ရှင်တဲ့ဘဝက ခင်ဗျားတို့ကို ဘာအကျိုးကျေးဇူးမှ မပေးခဲ့ဘူးလား။ ဟုတ်ပါတယ်၊ သန့်ရှင်းတဲ့ဝိညာဉ်ရဲ့အကျိုးရလဒ်ကို ခင်ဗျားတို့ တွေ့ခဲ့ကြပါတယ်။ | 4 You have experienced so much since you turned to Christ. Has all this been in vain? I hope not. |
| ၅ အတိတ်က မောရှေရဲ့ပညတ်ချက်ကို ခင်ဗျားတို့တွေ လိုက်နာခဲ့ကြတယ်။ အဲ့ဒီအချိန်တုန်းက ဘုရားသခင်က ခင်ဗျားတို့ကို သူ့ရဲ့ဝိညာဉ်နဲ့ ဖြည့်ပေးခဲ့သလား။ အဲ့ဒီအချိန်တုန်းက ခင်ဗျားတို့အကြားမှာ ဘုရားသခင်က အံ့သြဘွယ်နိမိတ်လက္ခဏာတွေ လုပ်ခဲ့သလား။ မလုပ်ခဲ့ပါဘူး။ နောက်တော့ ခင်ဗျားတို့တွေက ခရစ်တော်အကြောင်းကို ကြားပြီးတော့ သူ့ကို ယုံကြည်ခဲ့ကြတယ်။ အဲ့ဒီအခါမှ ဘုရားသခင်က သူ့ရဲ့ဝိညာဉ်ကို ခင်ဗျားတို့ဆီ ပေးခဲ့ပါတယ်။ အဲ့ဒီအခါကျမှ ဘုရားသခင်က ခင်ဗျားတို့အကြားမှာ အံ့သြဘွယ်နိမိတ်လက္ခဏာတွေ လုပ်ဆောင်ဖို့ စတင်လာခဲ့ပါတယ်။ | 5 God gave you His Spirit and performed His miracles among you. Tell me, did He do this because you kept the Law of Moses? Of course not! God did this because you heard about Christ and believed in Him. |
| ၆ ဒီနည်းအတိုင်းပဲ အာဗြဟံက ဘုရားသခင်ကို ယုံကြည်ခဲ့ပါတယ်။ ဘုရားသခင်က အာဗြဟံရဲ့ယုံကြည်ခြင်းကို တွေ့တဲ့အခါ သူ့ရဲ့ဖြောင့်မတ်ခြင်းကို အာဗြဟံဆီ ပေးခဲ့ပါတယ်။ | 6 When Abraham believed God, God saw his faith and gave Abraham His righteousness. |
| ၇ ယုံကြည်ခြင်းက ကျွန်တော်တို့ကို အာဗြဟံရဲ့သားတွေ ဖြစ်စေတယ်ဆိုတာ ခင်ဗျားတို့ နားလည်သင့်ပါတယ်။ | 7 Understand that those who believe are the children of Abraham. |
| ၈ ယုဒလူမျိုးမဟုတ်တဲ့တခြားလူမျိုးတွေက ဘုရားသခင်ကို ယုံကြည်ကြလိမ့်မယ်ဆိုတာ ကျမ်းစာက ကြိုတင်ဟောခဲ့ပါတယ်။ ပြီးတော့ ဘုရားသခင်က သူတို့ရဲ့ယုံကြည်ခြင်းကတစ်ဆင့် သူတို့ကို အပြစ်ကနေ လွတ်မြောက်စေပြီးတော့ သူ့ရဲ့ဖြောင့်မတ်ခြင်းကို ပေးမှာဖြစ်ပါတယ်။ ဘုရားသခင်က ဒီသတင်းကောင်းကို အာဗြဟံဆီ ကြိုတင်အသိပေးကြေငြာခဲ့ပါတယ်။ ဘုရားသခင်က “အာဗြဟံ၊ သင့် အားဖြင့် လူမျိုးအားလုံးကို ငါ ကောင်းကြီးမင်္ဂလာပေးမယ်။” လို့ ပြောခဲ့ပါတယ်။ | 8 The Scriptures say that the time will come when people from different nations will turn to God. Through faith, God will free them from sin and give them His righteousness. God proclaimed this Good News to Abraham in advance. He said, “Abraham, through you I will bless all nations” (Genesis 12:3). |
| ၉ အာဗြဟံက ဘုရားသခင်ကို ယုံကြည်ခဲ့တဲ့အတွက် ဘုရားသခင်က သူ့ကို ကောင်းကြီးပေးခဲ့ပါတယ်။ ပြီးတော့ ကျွန်တော်တို့လည်း ဘုရားသခင်ကို ယုံကြည်ခဲ့ကြတဲ့အတွက် အာဗြဟံကို ကောင်းကြီးပေးခဲ့သလိုပဲ ဘုရားသခင်က ကျွန်တော်တို့ကို ကောင်းကြီးပေးခဲ့ပါတယ်။ | 9 Abraham believed God, and God blessed him. We have also believed God, and He has blessed us in the same way as Abraham. |
| ၁၀ မောရှေက ပညတ်ချက်စာအုပ်ကို ရေးခဲ့ပါတယ်။ ယုဒလူမျိုးတွေက မောရှေရဲ့ပညတ် လိုက်နာပြီးတော့ ဖြောင့်မတ်ခြင်းကို လက်ခံရရှိဖို့ မျှော်လင့်ကြပါတယ်။ ဒါပေမဲ့ “မောရှေရဲ့ ပညတ်ချက်အားလုံးကို မလိုက်နာတဲ့သူက ကျိန်ခြင်း အောက်မှာရှိတယ်။” လို့ ကျမ်းစာက ပြောတဲ့အတွက် သူတို့အားလုံးက ကျိန်ခြင်းအောက်မှာရှိကြတယ်။ | 10 The Scripture says, “The one who does not keep everything that is written in the Law of Moses falls under a curse.” (Deuteronomy 27:26). So, all who follow this Law and expect to receive righteousness fall under a curse. |
| ၁၁ မောေရှေပညတ် လိုက်နာတဲ့သူကို ဘုရားသခင်က အပြစ်ကနေ မလွတ်မြောက်စေဘူးဆိုတာ ရှင်းပါတယ်။ ဒါကြောင့် ဘုရားသခင်က သူ့ရဲ့ဖြောင့်မတ်ခြင်းကို မပေးဘူး။ ဒါပေမဲ့ ယေရှုကို ယုံကြည်တဲ့သူကိုတော့ ဘုရားသခင်က အပြစ်ကနေ လွတ်မြောက်စေပါတယ်။ ပြီးတော့ ဘုရားသခင်က သူ့ရဲ့ဖြောင့်မတ်ခြင်းကို ယုံကြည်သူဆီ ပေးပါတယ်။ ဖြောင့်မတ်တဲ့သူက ဘုရားသခင်ကို ယုံကြည်ပြီးတော့ ဘုရားရှင်အတွက် အသက်ရှင်နေထိုင်ပါတယ်။ | 11 It is obvious that God does not free from sin the one who keeps the Law. So, God does not give him His righteousness. The Scripture says, “The righteous person will live by faith” (Habakkuk 2:4). A person receives life and God's righteousness through faith, not through the Law of Moses. |
| ၁၂ ဒါပေမဲ့ မောရှေပညတ်က ယုံကြည်ခြင်းနဲ့ ဘာမှမဆိုင်ပါဘူး။ ပညတ်ချက်က ယုံကြည်ဖို့ မဟုတ်ပါဘူး၊ လူတွေ လိုက်နာဖို့ ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။ ပြီးတော့ ပညတ်ချက်ကို လိုက်နာတဲ့သူက အဲ့ဒီပညတ်ချက်အတွက် အသက်ရှင်တယ်။ | 12 The Law of Moses has nothing to do with faith. You do not need to believe in the Law, you need to obey it. The Scripture says, “The one who obeys the Law will live by it” (Leviticus 18:5). But no one can fulfill the entire Law of Moses. |
| ၁၃ မောရှေပညတ်ချက်မှာ ပြောခဲ့တဲ့ “သစ်သားနဲ့လုပ်ထားတဲ့ ကားတိုင်မှာ သေဒဏ်စီရင်ခံရတဲ့သူတိုင်းဟာ ကျိန်ခြင်း ခံရတဲ့သူတွေ ဖြစ်တယ်။” ဆိုတဲ့ ကြိုတင်ဟောပြောချက်ကို ခရစ်တော်က ပြည့်စုံစေခဲ့ပါတယ်။ ခရစ်တော်က မောရှေရဲ့ပညတ်ချက်အားလုံးကို ပြည့်စုံစေခဲ့ပေမဲ့ သူက ကျိန်ခြင်းနဲ့ မထိုက်တန်ခဲ့ပါဘူး။ ခရစ်တော်က ကျွန်တော်တို့ အစား လက်ဝါးကားတိုင်ပေါ်မှာ ကျိန်ခြင်းကို ခံယူခဲ့ပါတယ်။ ခရစ်တော်က ကျွန်တော်တို့ရဲ့လွတ်မြောက်ဖို့အတွက် သူ့ရဲ့အသွေးတော်နဲ့ ပေးချေခဲ့ပါတယ်။ ခရစ်တော်က ပညတ်ချက်ရဲ့ကျိန်ခြင်းကနေ ကျွန်တော်တို့ကို ကယ်တင်ခဲ့ပါတယ်။ | 13 Christ fulfilled the prophecy written in this Law, “Everyone who is executed on a wooden crossbar falls under a curse” (Deuteronomy 21:23). Only Christ was able to fulfill the entire Law of Moses, so He alone did not deserve the curse. But on the cross, Christ took the curse upon Himself instead of us. With His blood He paid for our freedom and saved us from the curse of the Law. |
| ၁၄ ပြီးတော့ ယေရှုခရစ်တော်အားဖြင့် ယုဒလူမျိုးမဟုတ်တဲ့ တခြားလူမျိုးတွေဆီကို အာဗြဟံရဲ့ ကောင်းကြီးမင်္ဂလာ ပြန့်နှံ့သွားပါတယ်။ ဘုရားသခင်က ကျွန်တော်တို့ကို သန့်ရှင်းတဲ့ဝိညာဉ်တော်ပေးဖို့ ကတိပေးခဲ့ပါတယ်။ ဒါကြောင့်ပဲ ကျွန်တော်တို့က သန့်ရှင်းတဲ့ဝိညာဉ်ကို ယုံကြည်ခြင်းအားဖြင့် လက်ခံရရှိခဲ့ကြပါတယ်။ | 14 Through Jesus Christ, the blessing of Abraham has spread to all nations. God promised to give us the Holy Spirit, and we received Him through faith. |
| ၁၅ ညီအစ်ကိုတို့၊ လူတိုင်းသိတဲ့ အကြောင်းအရာကို ကျွန်တော် ပြောပြချင်ပါတယ်။ တကယ်လို့ လူတစ်ယောက်က သဘောတူညီချက်တစ်ခုကို စည်းမျဉ်းတွေအရ လုပ်ရင်၊ ဒီလိုမျိုး သဘောတူညီချက်ကို လူတွေက အသိအမှတ်ပြု လက်ခံကြပါတယ်။ ဒီလိုမျိုး သဘောတူညီချက်ကို ဘယ်သူကမှ မပြောင်းလဲသလို ဘာမှ ထပ်မထည့်ကြတော့ပါဘူး။ | 15 Brothers, let me give you a simple example. People recognize a contract that is drawn up according to all the rules. No one changes such a contract or adds anything to it. |
| ၁၆ ဘုရားသခင်က အာဗြဟံနဲ့ ချိုးဖျက်လို့မရတဲ့ သဘောတူညီချက်ကို လုပ်ခဲ့ပါတယ်။ ဒီသဘောတူညီချက်ထဲမှာ ဘုရားသခင်က အာဗြဟံနဲ့ သူ့ရဲ့ တစ်ဦးတည်းသောသားကို ကတိတော်တွေ ပေးခဲ့ပါတယ်။ ဒါပေမဲ့ ဘုရားသခင်က သားအများကြီးအကြောင်း မပြောခဲ့ပါဘူး။ ဘုရားသခင်က သားတစ်ယောက်တည်းအကြောင်းကို ပြောခဲ့ပါတယ်။ ဘုရားသခင်က ခရစ်တော်အကြောင်းကို ပြောခဲ့တာဖြစ်တယ်။ ဘုရားသခင်က အာဗြဟံဆီပေးခဲ့တဲ့ ကတိတော်တွေကို ခရစ်တော်က အမွေဆက်ခံခဲ့ပါတယ်။ | 16 God made an Unbreakable Agreement with Abraham and gave promises to Abraham and his only son. God did not speak of many sons. He spoke of the only Son, that is Christ. Christ inherited all the promises that God gave to Abraham. |
| ၁၇ နားထောင်ကြပါ။ အစမှာ ဘုရားသခင်က အာဗြဟံနဲ့ ချိုးဖျက်လို့မရတဲ့သဘောတူညီချက်ကို လုပ်ခဲ့ပါတယ်။ ပြီးတော့ တစ်ချိန်တည်းမှာပဲ ဘုရားသခင်က အဗြဟံကို ခရစ်တော်အကြောင်း ပြောခဲ့ပါတယ်။ နှစ်ပေါင်း ၄၃၀ အကြာမှပဲ ဘုရားသခင်က သူ့ရဲ့ပညတ်ချက်ကို မောရှေကတစ်ဆင့် ယုဒလူမျိုးတွေဆီ ပေးခဲ့တာ ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။ ဒါပေမဲ့ ပညတ်ချက်က အစောပိုင်းမှာ ဘုရားသခင်က အာဗြဟံနဲ့လုပ်ခဲ့တဲ့ ချိုးဖျက်လို့မရတဲ့သဘောတူညီချက်ကို မပယ်ဖျက်ပါဘူး။ | 17 I am saying that God first made an Unbreakable Agreement with Abraham, and at that time He told Abraham about Christ. 430 years passed, and only after that God gave His Law to the Israelite people through Moses. But the Law does not cancel the Unbreakable Agreement that God made with Abraham long before that. |
| ၁၈ ဘုရားသခင်က မောရှေပညတ်ချက် လိုက်နာတဲ့သူတွေကို အမွေဥစ္စာပေးခဲ့မယ် ဆိုပါစို့။ ဒီလိုဆိုရင် ဘုရားသခင်က အာဗြဟံဆီက ဒီအမွေဥစ္စာကို ယူသွားရလိမ့်မယ်။ ဒါပေမဲ့ လွန်ခဲ့တဲ့နှစ် ၄၃၀ မှာ ဘုရားသခင်က အာဗြဟံနဲ့ ချိုးဖျက်လို့မရတဲ့သဘောတူညီချက်ကို လုပ်ခဲ့ပြီးပြီ။ ပြီးတော့ ဒီသဘောတူညီချက်ထဲမှာ ဘုရားသခင်က အာဗြဟံကို အမွေဥစ္စာပေးမယ်လို့ ကတိပေးခဲ့ပါတယ်။ | 18 Suppose that God would give His inheritance to those who keep the Law of Moses. Then God would have to take this inheritance away from Abraham. But 430 years ago God had already made an Unbreakable Agreement with Abraham. In this Agreement, God promised that He would give Abraham His inheritance. |
| ၁၉ ဒီလိုဆိုရင် ဘုရားသခင်က ဘာလို့ ပညတ်ချက်ကို ပေးခဲ့တာလဲ။ အစမှာ ဘုရားသခင်က အာဗြဟံကို သားတစ်ယောက်ပေးမယ်လို့ ကတိပေးခဲ့တယ်။ ဘုရားသခင်က ခရစ်တော်အကြောင်းကို ပြောခဲ့တာဖြစ်တယ်။ ဒါပေမဲ့ နောက်ပိုင်းမှာ လူတွေက အပြစ်လုပ်ကြလို့ ဘုရားသခင်က ပညတ်ချက်ကို ပေးခဲ့တာ ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။ မောရှေရဲ့ပညတ်ချက်က ကတိအတိုင်းရတဲ့ အာဗြဟံရဲ့သားတော် လာတဲ့အချိန်အထိပဲ အလုပ်လုပ်ခဲ့တယ်။ ဘုရားသခင်က သူ့ရဲ့ကောင်းကင်တမန်တွေကို အမိန့်ပေးခဲ့ပြီးတော့ သူတို့က ပညတ်တော်ကို မောရှေဆီ ယူလာခဲ့ကြတယ်။ ပြီးတော့ မောရှေက ပညတ်တော်ကို ရေးသားခဲ့ပြီးတော့ လူတွေနဲ့ဘုရားရှင်ကြားမှာ ကြားဝင်ဖျန်ဖြေပေးသူ ဖြစ်လာခဲ့တယ်။ | 19 Why then did God give the Law to the Israelite people? First, God promised Abraham that He would give him a Son. God spoke about Christ. But people sinned, so later God gave them the Law. The Law of Moses was at work only until the promised Son of Abraham came. God instructed His angels to deliver the Law to Moses. Moses wrote down the Law and became a mediator between God and people. |
| ၂၀ ကြားဝင်ဖျန်ဖြေပေးသူက နှစ်ဖက်အဖွဲ့အစည်းရဲ့အကျိုးကို ကိုယ်စားပြုပါတယ်။ ဒါပေမဲ့ ဘုရားသခင်က အာဗြဟံနဲ့ ကတိပြုတုန်းက ကြားဝင်ဖျန်ဖြေပေးသူကို အသုံးမပြုခဲ့ပါဘူး။ ဘုရားသခင်က ခရစ်တော်အကြောင်းကို ပြောခဲ့ပါတယ်၊ ဆိုလိုတာက ဘုရားသခင်က သူ့အကြောင်းကိုသူ ပြောခဲ့ပါတယ်။ | 20 A mediator represents the interests of two parties. But when God made the promise to Abraham, He did not use a mediator. God spoke about Christ, and it means that God spoke about Himself. |
| ၂၁ ဒါကြောင့် မောရှေက လူတွေဟာ ပညတ်ချက်ကို လိုက်နာကြရမယ်ဆိုပြီးတော့ ပြောပါတယ်။ ပြီးတော့ အာဗြဟံက ကျွန်တော်တို့ဟာ ဘုရားရှင်ရဲ့ကတိတော်တွေကို ယုံကြည်ကြရမယ်ဆိုပြီးတော့ ပြောပါတယ်။ ဒါက တစ်ခုနဲ့တစ်ခု ဆန့်ကျင်နေကြသလား။ မဟုတ်ပါဘူး။ ဘုရားသခင်က အသက်ကိုယူလာပေးတဲ့ ဒီလိုမျိုး ပညတ်ချက်ကို ပေးမယ်ဆိုပါစို့။ ဒီလိုဆို ဒီပညတ်ချက်ကို လိုက်နာတဲ့သူတွေကို ဘုရားသခင်က အပြစ်ကနေ လွတ်မြောက်စေပြီးတော့ သူ့ရဲ့ဖြောင့်မတ်ခြင်းကို ပေးလိမ့်မယ်။ | 21 So, Moses says that we must keep the Law. But Abraham says that we must believe in God’s promises. Do these contradict each other? No! Suppose God had given a Law that brought life. Then God would have set free from sin those who kept the Law and would have given them His righteousness. |
| ၂၂ ဒါပေမဲ့ လူတွေအားလုံးက အပြစ်ရဲ့တန်ခိုးအောက်မှာရှိကြလို့ ဘုရားသခင်က ပညတ်ချက်ကို ပေးခဲ့တယ်ဆိုပြီးတော့ ကျမ်းစာက ပြောပါတယ်။ ပညတ်ချက်အရ လူတွေက သူတို့ရဲ့အပြစ်တွေအတွက် ယစ်ကောင်တွေကို ပူဇော်ခဲ့ကြတယ်။ ယစ်ကောင်တွေက လူတွေကို အပြစ်ကနေ မလွတ်မြောက်စေခဲ့ပေမဲ့ ဒီယစ်ကောင်တွေက ခရစ်တော်ကို ညွှန်ပြခဲ့ပါတယ်။ ဘုရားသခင်က မောရှေဆီကို ခရစ်တော်အကြောင်း ပြောခဲ့ပါတယ်။ ဘုရားသခင်က အာဗြဟံဆီကို ခရစ်တော်အကြောင်း ပြောခဲ့တယ်။ ပြီးတော့ ဘုရားသခင်က အာဗြဟံဆီ သူပေးခဲ့တဲ့ကတိတော်ကို ခရစ်တော်ဆီမှာ ပြည့်စုံစေခဲ့တယ်။ ကျွန်တော်တို့တွေက ယေရှုခရစ်တော်ကို ယုံကြည်ကြတဲ့အတွက် ဘုရားသခင်က ကျွန်တော်တို့ကို အပြစ်ကနေ လွတ်မြောက်စေခဲ့တယ်။ ပြီးတော့ ဘုရားသခင်က သူ့ရဲ့ဖြောင့်မတ်ခြင်းကို ယုံကြည်ခြင်းကတစ်ဆင့် ကျွန်တော်တို့ဆီ ပေးတာ ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။ | 22 Scripture says that all people are under the power of sin, so God gave the Law. According to the Law, people offered sacrifices for their sins. The sacrifices did not set them free from sin, but the sacrifices pointed to Christ. God spoke about Christ to Moses. God spoke about Christ to Abraham. In Christ, God fulfilled the promise He made to Abraham. We believe in Jesus Christ. So, God sets us free from sin and gives us His righteousness through faith. |
| ၂၃ အချိန်အတန်ကြာတဲ့အထိ မောရှေပညတ်ရဲ့ချည်နှောင်ခြင်းအောက်မှာ ကျွန်တော်တို့တွေ အသက်ရှင်နေထိုင်ခဲ့ကြပါတယ်။ ဒါပေမဲ့ ယုံကြည်ခြင်းကာလ ရောက်လာပြီးတော့ မောရှေပညတ်ချက်ကာလ ပြီးဆုံးသွားတယ်။ | 23 Until a certain time, we were under the authority of the Law of Moses. But when the time of faith came, the Law came to an end. |
| ၂၄ မောရှေပညတ်ချက်က ကျွန်တော်တို့ကို ခရစ်တော်ဆီ လမ်းညွှန်ပေးခဲ့ပါတယ်။ အခု ကျွန်တော်တို့က ခရစ်တော်ကို ယုံကြည်ကြလို့ ဘုရားရှင်က အပြစ်ကနေ လွတ်မြောက်စေပြီးတော့ သူ့ရဲ့ဖြောင့်မတ်ခြင်းကို ကျွန်တော်တို့ဆီ ပေးပါတယ်။ | 24 The Law of Moses led us to Christ. Now we believe in Jesus, so God sets us free from sin and gives us His righteousness. |
| ၂၅ အခုတော့ ယုံကြည်ခြင်းကာလ ရောက်လာခဲ့လို့ မောရှေပညတ်ချက်က ကျွန်တော်တို့ဘဝတွေကို မစိုးမိုးတော့ဘူး။ | 25 Now the time of faith has come, and the Law of Moses has no authority in our lives. |
| ၂၆ ယေရှုခရစ်တော်ကို ခင်ဗျားတို့ ယုံကြည်လိုက်တဲ့အချိန်မှာ ခင်ဗျားတို့က ဘုရားသခင်ဆီကနေ ဖြစ်ဘွားတဲ့ ဘုရားရဲ့သားတွေ ဖြစ်လာခဲ့ကြပါတယ်။ | 26 When you believed in Jesus Christ, you were born of God and became His children. |
| ၂၇ ခရစ်တော်နာမည်နဲ့ ခင်ဗျားတို့အားလုံး ရေဗတ္တိဇံကို ခံခဲ့ကြတယ်။ ခရစ်တော်အားဖြင့် ခင်ဗျားတို့အားလုံးက ဘုရားသခင်ရဲ့ သဘောသဘာဝအသစ်ကို ခင်ဗျားတို့ရဲ့အတွင်းလူအပေါ် ယူတင်ဝတ်ဆင်ခဲ့ကြတယ်။ | 27 All of you were baptized with water in the name of Christ. In Christ, all of you put on the new nature of God in your inner person. |
| ၂၈ အခု ယေရှုခရစ်တော်က ကျွန်တော်တို့အားလုံးကို သူ့ဆီမှာ စည်းလုံးစေခဲ့ပါတယ်။ ဒါကြောင့် ခရစ်တော်ဆီမှာ ယုဒလူမျိုး ဒါမှမဟုတ် တခြားလူမျိုးဆိုတာ မရှိပါဘူး။ ခရစ်တော်ဆီမှာ ကျွန် နဲ့ လွတ်လပ်တဲ့သူကြားမှာ ဘာခြားနားမှုမှ မရှိဘူး။ ခရစ်တော်ဆီမှာ ခင်ဗျားတို့တွေက ယောကျ်ားလား၊ မိန်းမလားဆိုတာ အရေးမကြီးပါဘူး။ | 28 Now Jesus Christ has united all of us in Himself. In Christ there are no national distinctions, so it doesn't matter who you are—a Jew or a person of another nationality. In Christ there is no difference between slave and free. In Christ it doesn't matter whether you are male or female. |
| ၂၉ အခု ခင်ဗျားတို့က ခရစ်တော်နဲ့ သက်ဆိုင်ကြပါတယ်။ ဒါကြောင့် ခင်ဗျားတို့က အာဗြဟံရဲ့ မျိုးဆက်တွေဖြစ်ကြတယ်။ ခင်ဗျားတို့က အာဗြဟံရဲ့ အမွေစားအမွေခံတွေ ဖြစ်ကြတယ်။ အဲ့ဒါကြောင့်ပဲ ဘုရားသခင်က အာဗြဟံကို ပေးဖို့ ကတိပေးခဲ့တဲ့အရာကို ခင်ဗျားတို့တွေ ရရှိကြတာဖြစ်ပါတယ်။ | 29 Now you all belong to Christ. So you are descendants of Abraham and his heirs. So you receive what God promised to give to Abraham. |

| ၁ မိသားစုမှာ အဖေတစ်ယောက် ဆုံးသွားတယ် ဆိုပါစို့။ အဲဒီအခါ အမွေအားလုံးက သူ့ကလေးဆီကို ရောက်သွားပါတယ်။ အမွေစားအမွေခံသားက အမွေဥစ္စာအားလုံးအပေါ်မှာ သခင်ဖြစ်လာခဲ့ပေမဲ့ သူရဲ့ကလေးဘဝအချိန်ကာလက ကျွန်တစ်ယောက်နဲ့ ကွဲပြားခြားနားမှု မရှိပါဘူး။ | 1 Here’s something else I want to say. Suppose a father dies in a family. Then all the inheritance goes to his child. But while the child is young, he is no different from a slave, even though all the inheritance already belongs to him. |
| ၂ အမွေဆက်ခံရရှိတဲ့ကလေးက သူ့ရဲ့ယာယီအုပ်ထိန်းသူတွေနဲ့ အုပ်ချုပ်စီမံသူတွေကို နာခံရပါတယ်။ သူ့အဖေ သတ်မှတ်ထားခဲ့တဲ့ အသက်အရွယ်ကို ရောက်တဲ့အခါမှ သူ့ရဲ့အမွေဆက်ခံခွင့်ကို ရရှိမှာဖြစ်ပါတယ်။ | 2 The child is subject to his guardians and managers. He will only come into his inheritance when he reaches the age that his father has set. |
| ၃ ဒီဥပမာနဲ့ ခရစ်တော် လောကကို မကြွလာခဲ့သေးခင်အချိန်ကာလကို ကျွန်တော် နှိုင်းယှဉ်ပြချင်ပါတယ်။ အဲ့ဒီအချိန်တုန်းက ကျွန်တော်တို့က ရင့်ကျက်တဲ့အသက်အရွယ်ကို မရောက်ခဲ့ပါဘူး။ ကျွန်တော်တို့က ကလေးတွေလိုပဲ ထုံးတမ်းစဉ်လာတွေနဲ့ စည်းမျဉ်းစည်းကမ်းတွေကို လိုက်နာပြီးတော့ ဒီလောကြီးထဲမှာ အသက်ရှင်နေထိုင်ခဲ့ကြပါတယ်။ | 3 The same was true for people before Christ came to earth. At that time, we had not yet reached maturity to receive the inheritance, and we were like children. So we were subject to traditions and rules. |
| ၄ ဒါပေမဲ့ ဘုရားသခင်က ပြီးပြည့်စုံတဲ့အချိန်ကို သတ်မှတ်ပြီးတော့ သူ့ရဲ့သားတော်ကို စေလွှတ်ခဲ့ပါတယ်။ မာရိက ဘုရားရဲ့သားတော်ကို မွေးဖွားခဲ့ပါတယ်။ ပြီးတော့ ဘုရားသားတော်က မောရှေပညတ်ရဲ့ အခွင့်အာဏာအောက်မှာ အသက်ရှင်နေထိုင်ခဲ့ပါတယ်။ | 4 But God appointed the perfect time and sent His Son to earth. Mary gave birth to Him, and He lived under the authority of the Law of Moses. |
| ၅ ကျွန်တော်တို့အားလုံးလည်း ဒီပညတ်ရဲ့ အခွင့်အာဏာအောက်မှာ ရှိခဲ့ကြပါတယ်။ ဒါပေမဲ့ ခရစ်တော်က ပညတ်ချက်ရဲ့ သတ်မှတ်ချက်တွေကို အကုန်ပြည့်စုံစေပြီးတော့ ကျွန်တော်တို့ရဲ့အပြစ်အတွက် သူ့ရဲ့အသွေးနဲ့ ဆပ်ပေးခဲ့ပါတယ်။ ခရစ်တော်က ကျွန်တော်တို့ရဲ့ လွတ်လပ်မှုအတွက် ဆပ်ပေးခဲ့ပါတယ်။ ဒါကြောင့် မောရှေရဲ့ပညတ်က ကျွန်တော်တို့ အပေါ် အခွင့်အာဏာသက်ရောက်မှု မရှိတော့ပါဘူး။ ဘုရားသခင်က ကျွန်တော်တို့ကို မွေးစားခဲ့လို့ သားသမီးတွေရတဲ့ အခွင့်အရေးတွေ အကုန်လုံးကို ကျွန်တော်တို့တွေ ရရှိခဲ့ကြပါတယ်။ | 5 We were under the authority of this Law. But Christ fulfilled the entire Law and paid for our sins with His blood. He acquired freedom for us and redeemed us from the power of the Law of Moses. God adopted us, and we received all the rights that children have. |
| ၆ ခင်ဗျားတို့က ဘုရားရဲ့ သားတွေ ဖြစ်လာကြပါတယ်။ ဘုရားသခင်က ခင်ဗျားတို့နှလုံးသားဆီ သူ့ရဲ့သားတော်နဲ့သက်ဆိုင်တဲ့ဝိညာဉ်ကို စေလွှတ်ခဲ့ပါတယ်။ သူ့သားတော်ရဲ့ဝိညာဉ်က ကျွန်တော်တို့ကတစ်ဆင့် ဘုရားသခင်ကို “အဖေ ၊ အဖေ။” လို့ခေါ်ပါတယ်။ | 6 You have become God’s sons. So God sent the Spirit of His Son into your hearts. This Spirit calls out to God, “Father, Father!” |
| ၇ နားထောင်ကြပါ။ အခု ဘုရားသခင်က ခင်ဗျားတို့ကို သူ့ရဲ့သားလို့ခေါ်ပါတယ်၊ ကျွန်တစ်ယောက်လို့ မခေါ်ပါဘူး။ ခင်ဗျားတို့က ဘုရားရဲ့သား ဖြစ်လာကြပြီးတော့ ယေရှုခရစ်တော်အားဖြင့် ဘုရားရဲ့ အမွေစားအမွေခံ ဖြစ်လာခဲ့ကြပါတယ်။ | 7 Now God calls you not a slave, but a son. If you are a son of God, then through Jesus Christ you have become an heir of God. |
| ၈ အတိတ်က ခရစ်တော်မပါဘဲ ခင်ဗျားတို့တွေ အသက်ရှင်နေထိုင်ခဲ့ကြပြီးတော့ ဘုရားသခင်ကို မသိခဲ့ကြဘူး။ ဒါကြောင့် ကျွန်တွေလိုပဲ မြင်တွေ့ရတဲ့အရာတွေကို ခင်ဗျားတို့ နာခံခဲ့ကြတယ်။ ဒါပေမဲ့ မြင်တွေ့ရတဲ့အရာတွေက ဘုရားသခင်ရဲ့နေရာကို အစားဝင်မယူသင့်ဘူး။ | 8 When you lived without Christ, you did not know God. | ၉ အခု ခင်ဗျားတို့က ဘုရားသခင်ကို သိကြတယ်။ ပြီးတော့ အခု ဘုရားသခင်က ခင်ဗျားတို့ကို သိတယ်ဆိုတာ ကျွန်တော် ပြောချင်ပါတယ်။ ထုံးတမ်းစဉ်လာတွေက ခင်ဗျားတို့ကို မခိုင်မာစေခဲ့ပေမဲ့ ခင်ဗျားတို့က အဲ့ဒါတွေဆီကိုပဲ ပြန်လှည့်ကြတယ်။ ခင်ဗျားတို့ကို ဘာအကျိုးမှမပေးတဲ့ စည်းမျဉ်းတွေကို ခင်ဗျားတို့ လိုက်နာကြတယ်။ ဘာဖြစ်လို့ မြင်တွေ့ရတဲ့အရာတွေရဲ့ ကျွန်တွေ ထပ်ဖြစ်ချင်ကြတာလဲ။ | 9 Now you know God. I will say even more: now God knows you. Traditions did not make you strong, yet you are still returning to them. You observe rules that have brought you no benefit. Why do you want to become slaves again to what once held you in bondage? |
| ၁၀ ဘာဖြစ်လို့ ရက်တွေ၊ လတွေ နဲ့ ရာသီတွေကို ခင်ဗျားတို့တွေ တအားအာရုံစိုက်ကြတာလဲ။ | 10 Why do you observe religious rules on certain days, months, and seasons? |
| ၁၁ ခင်ဗျားတို့ အကြားမှာ ကျွန်တော် အရမ်းကြိုးစားပြီးတော့ အလုပ်လုပ်ခဲ့ပါတယ်။ ဒါပေမဲ့ ကျွန်တော့်အလုပ်တွေ ဘာရလဒ်မှ မရခဲ့တာကို ကျွန်တော် ကြောက်မိတယ်။ | 11 I have worked so hard among you. But I fear that my ministry has not brought any results. |
| ၁၂ ကျွန်တော်က ယုဒလူမျိုး ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။ ပြီးတော့ ခင်ဗျားတို့က တခြားလူမျိုးတွေ ဖြစ်ကြပါတယ်။ ဒါပေမဲ့ ကျွန်တော်က ယုဒဓလေ့ထုံးစံတွေလိုက်နာမှုကို ရပ်ခဲ့ပါတယ်။ ဒါကြောင့် ကျွန်တော်က ခင်ဗျားတို့လိုပဲ ဖြစ်လာပါပြီ။ ညီအစ်ကိုတို့၊ ကျွန်တော့်လိုပဲ လွတ်လပ်မှုထဲမှာ အသက်ရှင်ကြဖို့ ခင်ဗျားတို့ကို ကျွန်တော် တောင်းဆိုပါတယ်။ ခင်ဗျားတို့ဆီ ပထမအကြိမ်လာခဲ့တုန်းက ခင်ဗျားတို့တွေဟာ ကျွန်တော့်ကို ကောင်းကောင်းမွန်မွန် ဆက်ဆံခဲ့ကြတယ်။ | 12 I am a Jew, and you are people from other nations. I have stopped following Jewish traditions and have become like you. Brothers, I urge you to live in the same freedom as I do. You treated me so well when I first came to you! |
| ၁၃ အဲ့ဒီအချိန်တုန်းက ကျွန်တော် ဖျားနေခဲ့ပေမဲ့ ခင်ဗျားတို့ဆီ ခရစ်တော်အကြောင်းသတင်းကောင်း ဟောပြောနေခဲ့တာကို သတိရကြပါ။ | 13 You know that I was sick when I preached the Good News of Christ to you. |
| ၁၄ ကျွန်တော့် ကျန်းမာရေအခြေအနေက ခင်ဗျားတို့အတွက် စမ်းသပ်ချက် တစ်ခု ဖြစ်လာခဲ့ပါတယ်။ ဒါပေမဲ့ ခင်ဗျားတို့က ကျွန်တော့်ကို အထင်သေးပြီးတော့ မပြောဆိုခဲ့ကြဘူး။ ပြီးတော့ ခင်ဗျားတို့က ကျွန်တော့်ကို မနှစ်မြို့စွာနဲ့ မကြည့်ခဲ့ကြဘူး။ အဲ့ဒီအစား ခင်ဗျားတို့က ကျွန်တော့်ကို ဘုရားရဲ့ကောင်းကင်တမန်တစ်ပါးလို လက်ခံခဲ့ကြတယ်။ ကျွန်တော့်ကို ယေရှုခရစ်တော်အတိုင်း ခင်ဗျားတို့ ဆက်ဆံခဲ့ကြပါတယ်။ | 14 My physical condition was a test for you. But you did not treat me with contempt or look at me with disgust. Instead, you received me as an angel of God and treated me as if I were Jesus Christ Himself. |
| ၁၅ ခင်ဗျားတို့က ဒီလိုမျိုး ကြင်နာမှုကို ကျွန်တော့်အပေါ် ပြခဲ့ကြပါတယ်။ ကိုယ့်ရဲ့မျက်စိကို တခြားလူဆီ ပေးလိုက်ဖို့ဆိုတာ မဖြစ်နိုင်ပေမဲ့ ခင်ဗျားတို့က ကျွန်တော့်အတွက် ဒီလိုတောင် လုပ်ပေးဖို့ အဆင်သင့်ရှိခဲ့ကြတယ်ဆိုတာ ကျွန်တော် ယုံကြည်မှုရှိရှိ ပြောရဲပါတယ်။ | 15 You were so kind to me! Of course, no one can give his eyes to another person. But I say with full confidence that you would have been willing to do even that for me. |
| ၁၆ ဒါပေမဲ့ အခု အမှန်တရားကို ပြောပြလို့ ကျွန်တော်က ခင်ဗျားတို့ရဲ့ရန်သူ ဖြစ်သွားပြီလား။ | 16 Have I now become your enemy because I tell you the truth? |
| ၁၇ ခင်ဗျားတို့တွေက မကောင်းတဲ့ရည်ရွယ်ချက်ရှိတဲ့ လိမ်ညာလှည့်ဖြားသူတွေကို ယုံကြည်ခဲ့ကြတယ်။ ဒီအယူလွဲနေတဲ့ ဆရာတွေက မနာလိုပြီးတော့ ကျွန်တော့်ရဲ့သြဇာညောင်းမှုကနေ ခင်ဗျားတို့ကို ကာကွယ်ကြတယ်။ သူတို့က ခင်ဗျားတို့ရဲ့ အာရုံစိုက်မှုရဖို့ လိုချင်ကြတယ်။ | 17 You have trusted false teachers who do not have good intentions. They jealously guard you from my influence and want to have your full attention. |
| ၁၈ ကောင်းတဲ့လူတွေက ကောင်းတာကိုပဲ အမြဲတမ်း လုပ်ဆောင်ကြတယ်။ တခြားလူတွေက သူတို့ကို စောင့်ကြည့်နေတဲ့အချိန်မှာပဲ မဟုတ်ပါဘူး။ ဒါပေမဲ့ ဒီလိမ်ညာတဲ့လူတွေကတော့ ကျွန်တော် ခင်ဗျားတို့ဆီကနေ ထွက်သွားတဲ့အခါ ထိခိုက်နစ်နာစရာကို ခင်ဗျားတို့ဆီ ယူလာကြတယ်။ | 18 Do what is right always, not only when I am with you. |
| ၁၉ ကျွန်တော်ချစ်ရတဲ့ သားသမီးတို့၊ ခင်ဗျားတို့ အထဲမှာ ခရစ်တော်ရဲ့ ပုံသဏ္ဌာန်တော်ကို မမြင်ရမချင်း ကျွန်တော်က ဒုက္ခဝေဒနာတွေ ပြန်ခံစား ပြီးတော့ ခင်ဗျားတို့ကို ပြန်မွေးဖွားရပါတယ်။ | 19 My children, I am again worrying about you so much, as if I were giving birth to you in pain. I will continue to do so until I see the image of Christ in you. |
| ၂၀ ကျွန်တော် ခင်ဗျားတို့နဲ့ အတူရှိချင်ပါတယ်။ ပြီးတော့ ခင်ဗျားတို့ကို လေးလေးနက်နက် စကားစမြည်ပြောချင်ပါတယ်။ ခင်ဗျားတို့ဆီ ဘာတွေဖြစ်ပျက်ခဲ့တာလဲဆိုတာ ကျွန်တော် နားမလည်ဘူး။ | 20 I wish I could be with you and speak to you directly, because you are confusing me. |
| ၂၁ ခင်ဗျားတို့က မောရှေပညတ်ချက်အတိုင်း အသက်ရှင်ချင်ကြတယ်။ ကျွန်တော့်ကို ပြောပြကြပါ။ ဒီပညတ်က ဘာပြောသလဲဆိုတာ ခင်ဗျားတို့တွေ နားလည်ကြရဲ့လား။ | 21 You want to live according to the Law of Moses. Tell me, do you understand what this Law says? |
| ၂၂ ကျမ်းစာထဲမှာ “အာဗြဟံမှာ သားနှစ်ယောက် ရှိခဲ့ပါတယ်။ အစေခံကျွန်မ ဟာဂရက ဣရှမေလကို မွေးဖွားခဲ့ပါတယ်။ ပြီးတော့ လွတ်လပ်တဲ့အမျိုးသမီး စာရာက ဣဇာက်ကို မွေးဖွားခဲ့တယ်။” လို့ ကျွန်တော်တို့ ဖတ်ရှုရပါတယ်။ | 22 The Scripture says, “Abraham had two sons. Ishmael was born to the slave woman Hagar, and Isaac was born to Sarah, who was a free woman” (Genesis 16:1–16; 21:1–3). |
| ၂၃ အစေခံကျွန်မရဲ့သားက လူ့ရဲ့ဆန္ဒကြောင့် မွေးဖွားခဲ့ပါတယ်။ လွတ်လပ်တဲ့အမျိုးသမီးရဲ့သားကတော့ ဘုရားရဲ့ဆန္ဒကြောင့် မွေးဖွားခဲ့ပါတယ်။ ဘုရားသခင်က အာဗြဟံကို ပေးခဲ့တဲ့ သူ့ရဲ့ကတိတော်ကို ပြည့်စုံစေခဲ့ပါတယ်။ | 23 Ishmael, the son of the slave woman, was born because of human desire. But Isaac, the son of the free woman, was born because God wanted to fulfill His promise that He had given to Abraham. |
| ၂၄ ဒီ အမျိုးသမီး နှစ်ယောက်က သဘောတူညီချက် နှစ်ခုကို ကိုယ်စားပြုကြပါတယ်။ အစေခံကျွန်မ ဟာဂရက သိနတောင်မှာ ဘုရားသခင် ပြုလုပ်ခဲ့တဲ့ ပထမ သဘောတူညီချက်ကို ပုံဆောင်ပါတယ်။ ပြီးတော့ အစေခံကျွန်က ကျွန်တွေကိုပဲ မွေးဖွားပါတယ်။ | 24 These two women represent two Agreements. The slave woman Hagar gives birth to slaves. She symbolizes the first Agreement that God made on Mount Sinai. |
| ၂၅ ဒါကြောင့် ဟာဂရက အာရပ်ပြည်က သိနတောင်ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။ ပြီးတော့ ဒီတောင်က မြေကြီးနဲ့ဆိုင်တဲ့ ယေရုရုလင်ကို ကိုယ်စားပြုပါတယ်။ မြေကြီးနဲ့ဆိုင်တဲ့ ယေရုရှလင်နဲ့ သူ့ရဲ့သားသမီးတွေက မောေရှေပညတ် အောက်မှာ ကျွန်ခံကြပါတယ်။ | 25 So Hagar is Mount Sinai in Arabia. This Mount represents the earthly Jerusalem, which is in bondage to the Law of Moses along with its children. |
| ၂၆ ဒုတိယ အမျိုးသမီးက စာရာ ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။ ပြီးတော့သူမက လွတ်လပ်တဲ့ သားသမီးတွေကို မွေးဖွားပါတယ်။ စာရာက လွတ်လပ်တဲ့လူတွေနေထိုင်တဲ့ ကောင်းကင်နဲ့ဆိုင်တဲ့ ယေရုရှလင်ကို ကိုယ်စားပြုပါတယ်။ | 26 The second woman is Sarah. She gives birth to free children. Sarah represents heavenly Jerusalem, where free people live. |
| ၂၇ “အို အမျိုးသမီး၊ ဝမ်းမြောက်ပါ။ ခင်ဗျားက ကလေး မမွေးနိုင်ဘူး။ တခါမှလဲ ကလေး မမွေးဖူးသလို ကလေးမွေးတဲ့အခါ ခံစားရတဲ့နာကျင်မှုကိုလည်း ခင်ဗျား မခံစားခဲ့ဘူး။ စွန့်ပစ်ခံခဲ့ရတယ်လို့ ခင်ဗျား ခံစားရတယ်။ ဒါပေမဲ့ ခင်ဗျားက လက်ထပ်တဲ့အမျိုးသမီးထက် ပိုများတဲ့ကလေးတွေကို ပိုင်ဆိုင်ရလိမ့်မယ်။ အို အမျိုးသမီး၊ ဝမ်းသာပြီးတော့ အော်ဟစ်လိုက်ပါ။” လို့ ကျမ်းစာက ပြောပါတယ်။ | 27 The Scripture says, “Rejoice, barren woman, who has not given birth and has not experienced the pains of childbirth! Shout and cry out for joy, because the lonely woman will have more children than the married one” (Isaiah 54:1). |
| ၂၈ ဘုရားသခင်က အာဗြဟံဆီ ပေးခဲ့တဲ့ ကတိတော်ကို ပြည့်စုံစေခဲ့ပြီးတော့ စာရာက ဣဇာက်ကို မွေးဖွားခဲ့ပါတယ်။ ညီအစ်ကိုတို့၊ ကျွန်တော်တို့လည်း ဣဇာက်လို မွေးဖွားခဲ့ကြသူတွေဖြစ်ပါတယ်။ | 28 When Sarah gave birth to Isaac, it was a miracle. In this way God fulfilled the promise He made to Abraham. Brothers, because of God’s promise, we have become God’s children. |
| ၂၉ ဣရှမေလက လူ့ဆန္ဒကြောင့် မွေးဖွားလာခဲ့တာ ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။ ဒါပေမဲ့ ဣဇာက်က သန့်ရှင်းတဲ့ဝိညာဉ်တော်ရဲ့ဆန္ဒကြောင့် မွေးဖွားခဲ့ပါတယ်။ ပြီးတော့ အဲ့ဒီအချိန်တုန်းက ဣရှမေလက ဣဇာက်ကို နှိက်စက်ခဲ့ပါတယ်။ အခုလည်း အဲ့ဒီအတိုင်းပဲ ဖြစ်ပျက်နေပါတယ်။ | 29 Ishmael was born because of human desire. But Isaac was born because of the desire of the Holy Spirit. At that time, Ishmael persecuted Isaac. The same thing is happening now. |
| ၃၀ ကျမ်းစာက ဘာပြောသလဲဆိုရင်တော့။ “အစေခံကျွန်မရဲ့သားက အမွေးစားအမွေခံ ဖြစ်လာမှာမဟုတ်ဘူး။ လွတ်လပ်တဲ့အမျိုးသမီးရဲ့သားက အမွေဥစ္စာကို ရရှိမှာဖြစ်တယ်။ ဒါကြောင့် အစေခံကျွန်မနဲ့ သူ့ရဲ့သားကို နှင်ထုတ်လိုက်ပါ။” လု့ိ ပြောပါတယ်။ | 30 But what does the Scripture say? “The son of the slave woman will not receive the inheritance. The son of the free woman will receive the inheritance. So, drive out the slave woman and her son” (Genesis 21:10). |
| ၃၁ ညီအစ်ကိုတို့၊ ကျွန်တော့်စကားကို နားထောင်ကြပါ။ လွတ်လပ်တဲ့အမျိုးသမီးက ကျွန်တော်တို့ကို မွေးဖွားသန့်စင်ခဲ့တာ ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။ အစေခံကျွန်မက မဟုတ်ပါဘူး။ | 31 So, brothers, we are children of the free woman, not of the slave woman. |

| ၁ ခရစ်တော်က ကျွန်တော်တို့ကို လွတ်မြောက်စေခဲ့ပါတယ်။ ဒါကြောင့် လွတ်လပ်မှုနဲ့ အသက်ရှင်နေထိုင်ကြပါ။ မောရှေပညတ်တော်ရဲ့ကျွန်ပြုမှု ဝန်ထုပ်ဝန်ပိုးအောက်ကို ပြန်မသွားကြပါနဲ့။ | 1 Live in the freedom that Christ has given us. Do not return to what made you slaves. |
| ၂ ပြီးတော့ ကျွန်တော်ပေါလုက ခင်ဗျားတို့ကို နောက်ထပ်ပြောချင်ပါသေးတယ်။ ညီအစ်ကိုတို့၊ ခင်ဗျားတို့ဟာ အရေဖျားလှီးခြင်းကို လုပ်ကြတယ်ဆိုရင် ခရစ်တော်ရဲ့ ယစ်ပူဇော်ခံမှုကို ခင်ဗျားတို့ တန်ဖိုးထားမှာ မဟုတ်တော့ဘူး။ | 2 I, Paul, will tell you even more. If you undergo circumcision, you are making what Christ did for you meaningless. |
| ၃ အရေဖျားလှီးခြင်း ခံကြတဲ့သူတွေကို ကျွန်တော် နောက်တစ်ကြိမ် အတိအလင်း ထပ်ပြောမယ်။ ခင်ဗျားတို့ဟာ မောရှေပညတ်ရဲ့ သတ်မှတ်ချက်တွေ အားလုံးကို လိုက်နာကြရမယ်။ | 3 I declare again to those who undergo circumcision: you must keep the entire Law of Moses. |
| ၄ မောရှေပညတ်က လူတွေကို အပြစ်ကနေ မလွတ်မြောက်စေသလို ဘုရားသခင်ရဲ့ဖြောင့်မတ်ခြင်းကိုလည်း မပေးပါဘူး။ ခင်ဗျားတို့က ပညတ်ချက်ကို လိုက်နာချင်တယ်ဆိုရင်တော့ ခရစ်တော်ကို ငြင်းပယ်ကြပြီးတော့ သူ့ရဲ့ကျေးဇူးတော်ကို ဆုံးရှုံးရလိမ့်မယ်။ | 4 The Law does not set people free from sin and does not give them God’s righteousness. If you try to obtain this righteousness through the Law, you are rejecting Christ and losing His grace. |
| ၅ ဒါပေမဲ့ ကျွန်တော်တို့ဟာ ဝိညာဉ်တော်အားဖြင့် အသက်ရှင်ကြတယ်။ ဘုရားသခင်က သူ့ရဲ့ဖြောင့်မတ်ခြင်းကို ယုံကြည်ခြင်းအားဖြင့် ကျွန်တော်တို့ကို ပေးမယ်ဆိုတာ ကျွန်တော်တို့ အပြည့်အဝစိတ်ချပြီး စောင့်မျှော်ကြတယ်။ | 5 But we rely on the Holy Spirit. So, with full confidence we expect that God will give us His righteousness through faith. |
| ၆ အရေဖျားလှီးခြင်းရဲ့တန်ခိုးဟာ ခရစ်တော်ဆီမှာ ပျောက်ဆုံးသွားခဲ့ပါတယ်။ အခုတော့ အရေဖျားလှီးတဲ့သူနဲ့ အရေဖျားမလှီးတဲ့သူ ကြားမှာ ဘာခြားနားခြင်းမှ မရှိတော့ပါဘူး။ ခရစ်တော်ဆီမှာ ယုံကြည်ခြင်းပဲ အရေးကြီးပါတယ်။ တစ်ယောက်ကိုတစ်ယောက် ချစ်ခြင်းမေတ္တာနဲ့ ဆက်ဆံကြရင် ခင်ဗျားတို့တွေမှာ ခိုင်မာတဲ့ယုံကြည်ခြင်း ရှိလာမယ်။ | 6 In Christ, circumcision has lost all its power. Now there is no difference between a circumcised and an uncircumcised person. In Christ, only faith that expresses itself through love matters. So love one another, and then you will have strong faith. |
| ၇ ခင်ဗျားတို့က မှန်ကန်တဲ့ ဦးတည်ချက်ကို သွားနေခဲ့ကြပါတယ်။ ခင်ဗျားတို့ကို ဘယ်သူက ရပ်တန့်စေခဲ့တာလဲ။ ဘုရားရဲ့သမ္မာတရားကို ခင်ဗျားတို့တွေ ဆန့်ကျင်အောင် ဘယ်သူက လုပ်ခဲ့တာလဲ။ | 7 You were going in the right direction. Who stopped you? Who made you go against the truth that Christ brought you? |
| ၈ ဘုရားသခင်က ခင်ဗျားတို့ကို လွတ်လပ်မှုထဲမှာ အသက်ရှင်ဖို့ ခေါ်ခဲ့ပေမဲ့ ခင်ဗျားတို့က အယူလွဲတဲ့ သွန်သင်သူတွေကို ယုံခဲ့ကြတယ်။ | 8 The One who called you to Himself revealed the truth to you, but you trusted false teachers. |
| ၉ တဆေး ပမာဏ နည်းနည်းလေးက ဂျုံမုန့်အားလုံးကို ပွစေမယ်ဆိုတာ သတိရကြပါ။ | 9 False teaching acts like yeast. Although people add only a little yeast to the dough, the dough begins to rise. |
| ၁၀ ခင်ဗျားတို့တွေက ဒီအယူလွဲတဲ့သွန်သင်မှုတွေနောက် လိုက်သွားကြမှာ မဟုတ်ဘူးလို့ ဘုရားသခင်က ကျွန်တော့်ကို အာမခံချက်ပေးပါတယ်။ ခင်ဗျားတို့ကို လမ်းလွဲစေတဲ့သူဟာ ဘယ်လိုလူပုဂ္ဂိုလ်ဖြစ်နေပါစေ ဘုရားသခင်က တရားစီရင်မှာ ဖြစ်တယ်။ | 10 The Lord gives me confidence that you will return to the truth. Whoever misleads you will answer for it before God. |
| ၁၁ ညီအစ်ကိုတို့၊ ယုဒလူမျိုးတွေက ဘာဖြစ်လို့ ကျွန်တော့်ကို နှိပ်စက်ညှင်းပန်းကြတာလဲ ဆိုတာ ခင်ဗျားတို့ သိကြရဲ့လား။ ကားတိုင်ပေါ်မှာ တင်သတ်ခံခဲ့ရတဲ့ ခရစ်တော်ကို ယုံကြည်ခြင်းအားဖြင့် ဘုရားသခင်က သူ့ရဲ့ဖြောင့်မတ်ခြင်းကို ပေးတယ်၊ ဘုရားသခင်က သူ့ရဲ့ဖြောင့်မတ်ခြင်းကို အရေဖျားလှီးခြင်းကတစ်ဆင့် မပေးဘူးဆိုတဲ့ ကျွန်တော့်ဟောပြောချက်က ယုဒလူမျိုးတွေကို မကျေမနပ်ဖြစ်စေပါတယ်။ | 11 Brothers, if I were preaching that circumcision is necessary, then the Jews would not be persecuting me. But I preach about the cross, and this makes them angry. |
| ၁၂ ခင်ဗျားတို့ကို အရေဖျားလှီးစေချင်တဲ့သူတွေကို အဆက်အသွယ် ဖြတ်လိုက်ကြပါ။ အယူလွဲတဲ့သွန်သင်သူတွေကို နှင်ထုတ်လိုက်ပါ။ ဒါဆိုရင် ခင်ဗျားတို့တွေက ပြဿနာကို ဖယ်ရှားပြီးသားဖြစ်လိမ့်မယ်။ | 12 They insist on circumcision? Then let them cut off everything else as well! How I wish they would stop misleading you! |
| ၁၃ ညီအစ်ကိုတို့၊ ဘုရားသခင်က ခင်ဗျားတို့ကို သူ့ဆီခေါ်ပြီးတော့ လွတ်လပ်စေခဲ့တယ်။ ဒါပေမဲ့ ဒီလွတ်လပ်မှုက ခင်ဗျားတို့ လုပ်ချင်တာမှန်သမျှ လုပ်နိုင်တယ်လို့ မဆိုလိုပါဘူး။ ခင်ဗျားတို့ရဲ့အပြစ်လုပ်တတ်တဲ့ ဇာတိဆန္ဒနောက်ကို မလိုက်ကြပါနဲ့။ ဘုရားသခင်က ခင်ဗျားတို့ကို လွတ်လပ်စေခဲ့ပြီဖြစ်လို့ အခု တစ်ယောက်ကိုတစ်ယောက် ချစ်ခြင်းမေတ္တာနဲ့ အစေခံသင့်ပါတယ်။ | 13 Brothers, God has called you to Himself and given you freedom. But this freedom does not mean that you can do whatever you want. So do not follow the desires of your sinful nature. Instead, serve one another with love. |
| ၁၄ မောရှေရဲ့ပညတ် အားလုံးက “ကိုယ့်ကိုယ်ကို ချစ်သလို၊ တခြားသူကို ချစ်ပါ” ဆိုတဲ့ အကြောင်းအရာ တစ်ခုတည်းကို ပြောပါတယ်။ | 14 The entire Law of Moses can be summarized in one commandment: “Love another person as yourself.” |
| ၁၅ စကားများငြင်းခုံခြင်းတွေနဲ့ တစ်ယောက်ကိုတစ်ယောက် မနှိက်စက်ကြပါနဲ့။ တစ်ယောက်ကိုတစ်ယောက် တိရိစ္ဆာန်တွေလို မတိုက်ခိုက်ကြပါနဲ့။ မဟုတ်ရင် ခင်ဗျားတို့တွေ ကိုယ့်ကိုယ်ကို ဖျက်ဆီးမိကြလိမ့်မယ်။ | 15 If you torment one another with conflicts and attack one another like wild animals, you will destroy yourselves. |
| ၁၆ ကျွန်တော် ခင်ဗျားတို့ကို ပြောမယ်၊ ဝိညာဉ်ရေးနဲ့ဆိုင်တာတွေပဲ စဉ်းစားကြပါ။ ဒါမှ ခင်ဗျားတို့တွေက သန့်ရှင်းတဲ့ဝိညာဉ်တော်ရဲ့အလိုဆန္ဒနောက်ကို လိုက်ကြလိမ့်မယ်။ အပြစ်နဲ့ဆိုင်တဲ့အရာတွေကို မစဉ်းစားကြပါနဲ့။ ဒါမှ ခင်ဗျားတို့ရဲ့အပြစ်လုပ်တတ်တဲ့ဇာတိ အလိုဆန္ဒတွေ နောက်ကို မလိုက်ကြမှာ။ | 16 I tell you — think about spiritual things. Then you will follow the desires of the Holy Spirit. Do not think about sin. Then you will not follow the desires of your sinful nature. |
| ၁၇ ခင်ဗျားတို့ရဲ့အပြစ်လုပ်တတ်တဲ့ဇာတိက သန့်ရှင်းတဲ့ဝိညာဉ်တော်ရဲ့ အလိုဆန္ဒတွေကို ဆန့်ကျင်တော်လှန် နေပါတယ်။ ပြီးတော့ သန့်ရှင်းတဲ့ဝိညာဉ်တော်က ခင်ဗျားတို့ရဲ့ အပြစ်လုပ်တတ်တဲ့ ဇာတိဆီကလာတဲ့ အလိုဆန္ဒတွေကို ဆန့်ကျင်တိုက်ခိုက်တယ်။ ဒီ အားနှစ်ခုက တစ်ခုနဲ့တစ်ခု ဆန့်ကျင်ကြပါတယ်။ သန့်ရှင်းတဲ့ဝိညာဉ်တော်ဆီကလာတဲ့ အလိုဆန္ဒတွေကို စဉ်းစားကြပါ။ ဒါမှ ခင်ဗျားတို့က ကောင်းတဲ့အရာတွေကို လုပ်ကြမှာ ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။ ဒါပေမဲ့ ခင်ဗျားတို့က အပြစ်နဲ့ဆိုင်တဲ့အရာတွေကို စဉ်းစားရင်တော့ ဆိုးယုတ်တာတွေကို ခင်ဗျားတို့ လုပ်ကြလိမ့်မယ်။ | 17 There is a struggle going on within a person. The sinful nature rebels against the desires that the Holy Spirit gives. But the Holy Spirit fights against the desires that come from the sinful nature. These two forces oppose each other. So meditate on the desires that come from the Holy Spirit, then you will do what is right. But if you meditate on sin, you will do what is evil. |
| ၁၈ အခု သန့်ရှင်းတဲ့ဝိညာဉ်တော်ရဲ့ ဦးဆောင်မှုနောက်ကို ခင်ဗျားတို့တွေ လိုက်ကြတယ်။ ခင်ဗျားတို့က မောရှေပညတ်ချက်ရဲ့ အမိန့်အာဏာအောက်မှာ ဆက်ပြီး အသက်မရှင်ကြတော့ပါဘူး။ | 18 If the Holy Spirit leads you, you no longer live under the authority of the Law of Moses. |
| ၁၉ လူတွေက အပြစ်နဲ့ဆိုင်တဲ့အရာတွေကို စဉ်းစားပြီးတော့ သူတို့ရဲ့အပြစ်လုပ်တတ်တဲ့ဇာတိ အလိုဆန္ဒတွေကို နာခံလိုက်ကြတယ်။ ဒါက သူတို့တွေ အသက်ရှင်နေထိုင်တဲ့ပုံစံ ဖြစ်တယ်။ သူတို့တွေက သူတို့ရဲ့အိမ်ထောင်ဖက်တွေအပေါ်မှာ သစ္စာမရှိကြဘူး။ ပြီးတော့ လိင်ကိစ္စအကျင့်ပျက်မှုတွေကို ကျူးလွန်ကြတယ်။ သူတို့တွေက ညစ်ညမ်းတဲ့အရာတွေကို လုပ်ကြပြီးတော့ ကိလေသာအပျော်အပါးတွေ လိုက်စားကြတယ်။ | 19 This is how people act when they meditate on sin and submit to their sinful nature. They are unfaithful to their spouses and live in sexual immorality. They do impure things and indulge in lustful pleasures. |
| ၂၀ သူတို့တွေက ရုပ်တုဆင်းတုတွေကို ကိုးကွယ်ကြပြီးတော့ အောက်လမ်းအတတ်တွေနဲ့ ပြုစားကြတယ်။ သူတို့တွေက တခြားသူတွေကို မုန်းတီးပြီးတော့ တစ်ယောက်နဲ့တစ်ယောက် စကားများကြတယ်။ သူတို့တွေက တခြားသူတွေ အောင်မြင်တဲ့အခါ စိတ်မကောင်းဖြစ်ကြတယ်။ သူတို့တွေက အမျက်ဒေါသအရမ်းကြီးကြပြီးတော့ တခြားသူတွေကို ဂရုမစိုက်ကြဘူး။ သူတို့တွေက အငြင်းပွားစရာတွေကို စတင်ကြပြီးတော့ မှားယွင်းတဲ့သွန်သင်ချက်တွေ နောက်ကို လိုက်ကြတယ်။ | 20 They worship idols and engage in occult practices. They are hostile and quarrel with one another. They get upset when others succeed. They have outbursts of anger and ignore the needs of others. They cause division and are carried away by false teachings that distort the teaching of Christ. |
| ၂၁ သူတို့တွေက တစ်ယောက်ကိုတစ်ယောက် မနာလိုကြပြီးတော့ လူ့အသက်ကို သတ်ကြတယ်။ သူတို့တွေက သောက်စားမူးယစ်ကြတယ်။ သူတို့တွေက အကျင့်စာရိတ္တပျက်တဲ့ဘဝနဲ့ နေထိုင်ကြပြီးတော့ တခြား ဒီလိုမျိုး အပြစ်တွေကိုလည်း ကျူးလွန်ကြတယ်။ အရင်က ခင်ဗျားတို့ကို ကျွန်တော် သတိပေးခဲ့ပါတယ်။ အခု အဲ့ဒါကို ပြန်သတိပေးပါတယ်။ ဒီလိုမျိုးတွေကို လုပ်တဲ့သူက ဘုရားရဲ့အမွေဥစ္စာကို ရမှာမဟုတ်သလို ဘုရားရဲ့နိုင်ငံတော်ကိုလည်း ဝင်ရမှာ မဟုတ်ပါဘူး။ | 21 They envy and murder. They get drunk, live an immoral lifestyle, and commit other sins like these. I warned you before, and I repeat it again. The one who does such things will not receive God’s inheritance and will not enter the Kingdom of God. |
| ၂၂ ပြီးတော့ ဝိညာဉ်နဲ့ဆိုင်တဲ့အရာတွေကို စဉ်းစားတဲ့သူတွေဟာ သန့်ရှင်းတဲ့ဝိညာဉ်တော်ရဲ့ အသီးကို သီးကြတယ်။ သူတို့တွေဟာ တခြားသူတွေကို ချစ်ခြင်းမေတ္တာနဲ့ ဆက်ဆံကြပြီးတော့ ဝမ်းမြောက်ခြင်း၊ ငြိမ်သက်ခြင်း နဲ့ ပြည့်ဝကြတယ်။ သူတို့တွေဟာ သိပ်စိတ်ရှည်သည်းခံကြပြီးတော့ တခြားလူတွေကို ကူညီဖို့ မငြင်းတတ်ကြဘူး။ သူတို့တွေက ကောင်းတဲ့အရာကိုလုပ်ကြလို့ လူတွေက သူတို့ရဲ့ သစ္စာရှိမှုကို တန်ဖိုးထားကြတယ်။ | 22 But those who meditate on spiritual things bear the fruit of the Holy Spirit. They develop qualities that reflect God’s character: love, joy, peace, great patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control. They treat one another with love. They are full of joy and peace. They show great patience and do not refuse to help others. They do good, and people appreciate them for their faithfulness. |
| ၂၃ သူတို့တွေက သနားကြင်နာကြပြီးတော့ ကိုယ့်ကိုယ်ကို ထိန်းသိမ်းနိုင်ကြတယ်။ မောရှေပညတ်ချက်က ဒီလိုလူတွေကို တရားမစီရင်ဘူး။ | 23 They are gentle and able to control themselves. The Law of Moses does not condemn such people. |
| ၂၄ ကျွန်တော်တို့က ခရစ်တော်နဲ့ သက်ဆိုင်ကြပါတယ်။ ကျွန်တော်တို့က ကျွန်တော်တို့ရဲ့ အပြစ်လုပ်တတ်တဲ့ဇာတိဟောင်းကို လက်ဝါးကားတိုင်မှာ သံနဲ့ရိုက်ခဲ့ကြပါတယ်။ ကျွန်တော်တို့ရဲ့ နာကျင်စေတတ်တဲ့ အကျင့်တွေနဲ့ အပြစ်လုပ်တတ်တဲ့ ဆန္ဒတွေကိုလည်း လက်ဝါးကားတိုင်မှာ သံနဲ့ရိုက်ခဲ့ကြပါတယ်။ | 24 We belong to Jesus Christ. We have crucified our old sinful nature with all its harmful habits and sinful desires. |
| ၂၅ သန့်ရှင်းတဲ့ဝိညာဉ်တော်က ကျွန်တော်တို့ဆီ အသက်ကို ပေးခဲ့ပါတယ်။ ဒါကြောင့် ကျွန်တော်တို့က ဝိညာဉ်နဲ့ဆိုင်တဲ့အရာတွေကို စဉ်းစားပြီးတော့ သန့်ရှင်းတဲ့ဝိညာဉ်တော်ရဲ့ အလိုဆန္ဒတွေနောက်ကို လိုက်လျှောက်ကြရမယ်။ | 25 The Holy Spirit has given us life. So, we must reflect on spiritual things and act as the Holy Spirit desires. |
| ၂၆ မဝါကြွားပါနဲ့။ ဝါကြွားခြင်းက တခြားသူတွေကို စိတ်အနှောင့်အယှက် ဖြစ်စေပြီးတော့ မနာလိုခြင်းကို ဖြစ်စေပါတယ်။ | 26 Do not boast to one another, do not stir up quarrels, and do not envy one another. |

| ၁ ညီအစ်ကိုတို့၊ ခင်ဗျားတို့ထဲက တစ်ယောက်ယောက်က အပြစ်စလုပ်လာခဲ့တယ် ဆိုပါစို့။ ခင်ဗျားတို့ အထဲမှာရှိတဲ့ ဝိညာဉ်ရေးရင့်ကျက်တဲ့လူတွေက ဒီလိုလူမျိုးကို ပဲ့ပြင်ပေးရမယ်။ သူတို့တွေက သနားကြင်နာမှုနဲ့ ပဲ့ပြင်ကြရမယ်။ ခင်ဗျားတို့ညီအစ်ကို မတွန်းလှန်နိုင်ခဲ့တဲ့ စုံစမ်းနှောင့်ယှက်ခြင်းကို ခုခံတွန်းလှန်ဖို့ ခင်ဗျားတို့အားလုံး ကိုယ့်ကိုယ်ကို သတိနဲ့စောင့်ကြည့်ကြရမယ်။ | 1 Brothers, if someone among you stumbles or does something wrong, you who are spiritually mature should help him to correct himself, but do it with gentleness and kindness. Remember that each of you should watch over yourselves, so that you do not fall into the same temptation. |
| ၂ တစ်ယောက်ကိုတစ်ယောက် ကူညီမစကြပြီးတော့ အခက်ခဲတွေကို အတူတကွ ကျော်ဖြတ်ကြပါ။ ဒါမှ ကျွန်တော်တို့ကို ခရစ်တော်ပေးခဲ့တဲ့ ပညတ်သစ်ကို ဒီနည်းနဲ့ ခင်ဗျားတို့က ပြည့်စုံစေကြမှာ ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။ | 2 Help one another overcome difficulties. In this way you will fulfill the new law of love that Christ gave us. |
| ၃ ဒါပေမဲ့ တချို့လူတွေက တခြားသူတွေကို မကူညီကြဘူး။ သူတို့က ကိုယ့်ကိုယ်ကိုပဲ အရမ်းအရေးကြီးတဲ့သူတွေလို့ ထင်ကြတယ်။ ဒီလိုလူတွေက ကိုယ့်ကိုယ်ကို လိမ်ညာနေကြတာဖြစ်ပါတယ်။ တကယ်တော့ သူတို့က အရေးကြီးတဲ့သူတွေ လုံးဝ မဟုတ်ကြပါဘူး။ | 3 If anyone thinks he is better than others, he is greatly mistaken. |
| ၄ ကိုယ့်ရဲ့အပြုအမူတွေကို ဆန်းစစ်ပြီးတော့ ကိုယ်လုပ်တဲ့အရာမှာ ပျော်ရွှင်ကြပါ။ ဒီလိုဆိုရင် ခင်ဗျားတို့က တခြားလူတွေရဲ့ ထောက်ခံသဘောတူညီမှုအပေါ် မှီခိုနေကြမှာ မဟုတ်တော့ပါဘူး။ | 4 Evaluate your own actions and enjoy what you do. Then you will not compare yourselves to others or seek their approval. |
| ၅ ခင်ဗျားရဲ့ဘဝအတွက် တာဝန်ခံမဲ့သူဟာ ခင်ဗျားပဲဆိုတာ သတိရပါ။ | 5 Remember that you are responsible for your own lives. |
| ၆ ခင်ဗျားတို့ဆီ ဘုရားသခင်ရဲ့စကား သင်ကြားပေးသူတွေကို မစကူညီကြပါ။ ခင်ဗျားတို့မှာ ရှိသမျှအရာအားလုံးကို သူတို့တွေနဲ့ မျှဝေကြပါ။ | 6 Support financially those who teach you God’s Word. Share with them everything you have. |
| ၇ ကိုယ့်ကိုယ်ကို မလိမ်ညာကြပါနဲ့၊ ပြီးတော့ ဘုရားသခင်ကို အပြစ်မတင်ကြပါနဲ့။ ခင်ဗျားတို့က ခင်ဗျားတို့ စိုက်ခဲ့တဲ့မျိုးစေ့တွေကထွက်တဲ့ အသီးအပွင့်ကို ရိတ်သိမ်းကြရတာဖြစ်ပါတယ်။ | 7 You are greatly mistaken if you think that God does not notice your actions. Instead, God sees everything and knows what your actions will lead to. Every person will reap what he sows. |
| ၈ ကိုယ့်ရဲ့အပြစ်လုပ်တတ်တဲ့ဇာတိကို နာခံတဲ့သူက အပြစ်မျိုးစေ့တွေကို စိုက်ပျိုးပါတယ်။ ဒီလိုလူက သေခြင်းအသီးအနှံကို ရိတ်သိမ်းရလိမ့်မယ်။ ပြီးတော့ သန့်ရှင်းတဲ့ဝိညာဉ်တော်ကို နာခံတဲ့သူက သန့်ရှင်းတဲ့ဝိညာဉ်တော် မျိုးစေ့တွေကို စိုက်ပျိုးပါတယ်။ ဒီလိုလူက ထာဝရအသက်အသီးအနှံကို ရိတ်သိမ်းရလိမ့်မယ်။ | 8 If you do what your sinful nature desires, you are sowing the seeds of sin and will reap a harvest of death. But if you act as the Holy Spirit desires, you are sowing the seeds of goodness and will reap a harvest of eternal life. |
| ၉ မှန်ကန်တာကို လုပ်ပါ။ ကောင်းတဲ့မျိုးစေ့တွေ စိုက်ပျိုးတဲ့အချိန်မှာ ပင်ပန်းတယ်လို့ မခံစားကြပါနဲ့။ ကျွန်တော်တို့တွေ အားမလျှော့ကြရင် အချိန်တန်တဲ့အခါ ကျွန်တော်တို့ရဲ့ အသီးအနှံကို ရိတ်သိမ်းကြရမှာ ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။ | 9 Keep doing good, even if it is difficult for you or you do not see quick results. At the right time we will reap a harvest if we do not give up. |
| ၁၀ လူအားလုံးကို ကူညီဖို့ အခွင့်အရေးတွေကို လက်လွတ်မခံပါနဲ့။ ဒါပေမဲ့ အရင်ဦးဆုံး ဘုရားသခင်ကိုယုံကြည်တဲ့ ဘုရားရဲ့မိသားစုတွေဆီကို ကောင်းမှုတွေ လုပ်ပေးပါ။ | 10 So, whenever you have an opportunity, do good to everyone, especially to those who belong to God’s family. |
| ၁၁ အခု ကျွန်တော့်လက်နဲ့ ခင်ဗျားတို့ဆီကို စာရေးနေတာ ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။ ကျွန်တော် စာလုံးအကြီးတွေနဲ့ရေးထားတာ ခင်ဗျားတို့ တွေ့ကြတယ် မဟုတ်လား။ | 11 Now I am writing to you with my own hand. Do you see the big letters I am writing? |
| ၁၂ ဘုရားသခင်က သူ့ရဲ့ဖြောင့်မတ်ခြင်းကို ခရစ်တော်ရဲ့ လက်ဝါးကားတိုင်ကတစ်ဆင့် ပေးတာဖြစ်ပြီးတော့ အရေဖျားလှီးခြင်းကတစ်ဆင့် ပေးတာမဟုတ်ဘူးဆိုတာကို ကျွန်တော်တို့ ဟောပြောပါတယ်။ အဲ့ဒါကြောင့်ပဲ ယုဒလူမျိုးတွေက ကျွန်တော်တို့ကို နှိပ်စက်ညှင်းပန်းနေတာပါ။ ဒါပေမဲ့ နှိပ်စက်ညှဉ်းပန်းမှုတွေကို ကြောက်ပြီးတော့ ခင်ဗျားတို့ကို အရေဖျားလှီးခြင်းခံဖို့ အတင်းတိုက်တွန်းတဲ့သူတွေ ရှိပါတယ်။ ဒီလိုလူတွေက သူတို့ရဲ့အရေဖျားလှီးခြင်းကို ဂုဏ်ယူကြပြီးတော့ ခရစ်တော်ရဲ့ လက်ဝါးကားတိုင်ကို တန်ဖိုးမထားကြတော့ဘူး။ | 12 There are those among you who want to avoid persecution for the cross of Christ. But they are afraid of ruining their reputation, so they create the illusion of spirituality and pressure you to undergo circumcision. |
| ၁၃ အဲ့ဒီ အရေဖျားလှီးခြင်း ခံကြတဲ့သူတွေက မောရှေပညတ်ချက်ကို မလိုက်နာကြဘူးဆိုတာ ခင်ဗျားတို့ သိသင့်ပါတယ်။ ဒါပေမဲ့ သူတို့က ခင်ဗျားတို့ရဲ့အရေဖျားလှီးခြင်းအကြောင်းကို ဝါကြွားချင်လို့ ခင်ဗျားတို့ကို အရေဖျားလှီးစေချင်ကြတာ ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။ | 13 Yet those who insist on circumcision do not keep the Law of Moses themselves. But when someone listens to them and gets circumcised, it fills them with pride. |
| ၁၄ ပြီးတော့ ကျွန်တော် ဘာကိုမှ မဝါကြွားချင်ပါဘူး။ ကျွန်တော်တို့သခင် ယေရှုခရစ်တော်ရဲ့လက်ဝါးကားတိုင်ကိုပဲ ကျွန်တော် တန်ဖိုးထားတယ်။ အခု ကျွန်တော်နဲ့ လောကကြီးကြားမှာ လက်ဝါးကားတိုင်က ရပ်ထားတယ်။ လောကကြီးကို ကားတိုင်ပေါ်မှာ ကျွန်တော် သံမှိုနဲ့ရိုက်ပစ်ခဲ့တယ်။ ဒါကြောင့် ကျွန်တော့်အတွက်တော့ လောကကြီးက သေသွားပါပြီ။ ပြီးတော့ လောကကြီးကလည်း ကျွန်တော့်ကို ကားတိုင်ပေါ်မှာ သံမှိုနဲ့ရိုက်ခဲ့ပြီဖြစ်လို့ ကျွန်တော်လည်း လောကကြီးအတွက် သေသွားပါပြီ။ | 14 But I do not want to boast about anything except the cross on which our Lord Jesus Christ was crucified. Now His cross stands between me and the world. The world no longer has any power over me, and I no longer belong to this world. The world is crucified to me, and I am crucified to the world. |
| ၁၅ အခု ခင်ဗျားတို့က ခရစ်တော်နဲ့ သက်ဆိုင်ကြတယ်။ ဒါကြောင့် ဘယ်သူက အရေဖျားလှီးခြင်းခံတယ် ဒါမှမဟုတ် အရေဖျားလှီးခြင်းမခံဘူး ဆိုတာတွေ အရေးမကြီးဘူး။ ဒါပေမဲ့ အရေးအကြီးဆုံးကတော့ ဘုရားသခင်က သူ့ရဲ့သဘောသဘာဝသစ်ကို ခင်ဗျားတို့ရဲ့အတွင်းလူဆီ ပေးခဲ့တယ် ဆိုတာပဲ ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။ ခင်ဗျားက ဘုရားသခင်ရဲ့သတ္တဝါအသစ် ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။ | 15 Now you belong to Christ. It is not important who was circumcised and who was not. What really matters is that God has given your inner person His new nature. You are a new creation. |
| ၁၆ ခင်ဗျားတို့က ခရစ်တော်ရဲ့လက်ဝါးကားတိုင်ကတစ်ဆင့် ဘုရားရဲ့လူမျိုးသစ် ဖြစ်လာခဲ့ကြပါတယ်။ အရေဖျားလှီးခြင်းကနေ မဟုတ်ပါဘူး။ ဘုရားသခင်က ခင်ဗျားတို့အပေါ် သနားကရုဏာထားပြီးတော့ ငြိမ်သက်ခြင်းကို ပေးခဲ့ပါတယ်။ အခု ခင်ဗျားတို့က ဘုရားရှင်ရဲ့ဣသရေလလူမျိုး ဖြစ်ကြပါတယ်။ | 16 May God have mercy and give His peace to all who live by this rule. These are God’s new people, the true Israel of God. |
