၁ ကျွန်တော်က ပေါလု ဖြစ်ပြီးတော့ ဘုရားသခင်ရဲ့အလိုတော်ကြောင့် ယေရှုခရစ်တော်ရဲ့ တမန်တော် ဖြစ်လာခဲ့ပါတယ်။ ယေရှုခရစ်တော်ကို သစ္စာရှိရှိအစေခံနေကြတဲ့ ဧဖက်မြို့က ဘုရားသခင်ရဲ့သန့်ရှင်းတဲ့ယုံကြည်သူတွေဆီ ကျွန်တော် စာရေးလိုက်ပါတယ်။ ၂ ကျွန်တော်တို့ရဲ့ အဖဘုရားသခင်နဲ့ သခင်ယေရှုခရစ်တော်ဆီက ကျေးဇူးတော်နဲ့ ငြိမ်သက်ခြင်းကို လက်ခံရရှိကြပါစေ။ ၃ ကျွန်တော်တို့ သခင် ယေရှုခရစ်တော်ရဲ့အဖခမည်းတော်ဖြစ်တဲ့ ဘုရားသခင်ဟာ မင်္ဂလာရှိတယ်။ ကျွန်တော်တို့ဟာ ခရစ်တော်နဲ့ သက်ဆိုင်ကြလို့ ဘုရားသခင်က ကျွန်တော်တို့ကို ကောင်းကြီးမင်္ဂလာပေးခဲ့တယ်။ ဘုရားသခင်က ကောင်းကင်နိုင်ငံဘုံမှာ သိုလှောင်ထားတဲ့ ဝိညာဉ်ဆိုင်ရာကောင်းကြီးမင်္ဂလာ အပြည့်အစုံကို ကျွန်တော်တို့ဆီ ပေးခဲ့တယ်။ ၄ ဘုရားသခင်ဟာ လောကကြီးကို မဖန်ဆင်းခင်ကတည်းက ခရစ်တော်နဲ့ အတူရှိဖို့ ကျွန်တော်တို့ကို ရွေးချယ်ခဲ့တယ်။ ဘုရားသခင်က ကျွန်တော်တို့တွေ သူ့ရဲ့ချစ်ခြင်းမေတ္တာထဲမှာ အသက်ရှင်နေထိုင်ပြီး၊ သူ့ရဲ့ရှေ့မှောက်မှာ သန့်ရှင်းပြီး အပြစ်ကင်းကြဖို့ ကျွန်တော်တို့ကို ရွေးချယ်ခဲ့တယ်။ ၅ ဘုရားသခင်က ယေရှုခရစ်တော်အားဖြင့် ကျွန်တော်တို့ကို မွေးစားဖို့ ကြိုတင်ဆုံးဖြတ်ခဲ့ပြီးသား ဖြစ်တယ်။ ဘုရားသခင်က သူ့ရဲ့အကြံအစည်ကို ဖြစ်မြောက်စေချင်ခဲ့တယ်။ ၆ ဘုရားသခင်က သူ့ရဲ့ကြီးမြတ်ခြင်း၊ ဘုန်းကျက်သရေနဲ့ ကျေးဇူးတော်ထဲမှာ ကျွန်တော်တို့ကို မွေးစားခဲ့တယ်။ ပြီးတော့ သူ့ရဲ့ကျေးဇူးတော်ကို သူချစ်တဲ့ယေရှုအားဖြင့် ကျွန်တော်တို့အပေါ် သွန်းလောင်းခဲ့တယ်။ ၇ ခရစ်တော်ဟာ သူ့ရဲ့အသွေးနဲ့ ကျွန်တော်တို့ရဲ့အပြစ်ကြွေးအတွက် ဆပ်ပေးခဲ့ပြီးတော့ ကျွန်တော်တို့ကို အပြစ်ကနေ လွတ်မြောက်စေခဲ့တယ်။ ဘုရားသခင်က ကျေးဇူးတော်နဲ့ ပြည့်ဝလို့ ကျွန်တော်တို့ရဲ့ အပြစ်တွေကို ခွင့်လွှတ်ပေးခဲ့တယ်။ ၈ ဘုရားသခင်က သူ့ရဲ့ကျေးဇူးတော်ကို ကျွန်တော်တို့အပေါ် ကြွယ်ဝများပြားစွာနဲ့ သွန်းလောင်းပေးခဲ့တယ်။ ဘုရားသခင်က ကျွန်တော်တို့ကို ဉာဏ်ပညာနဲ့ သိနားလည်ခြင်းအားလုံး ပေးခဲ့တယ်။ ၉ ဘုရားသခင်က သူ့အလိုတော်ရဲ့လျှို့ဝှက်ချက်ကို ကျွန်တော်တို့ဆီ ဖော်ပြချင်ခဲ့တယ်။ ပြီးတော့ ဘုရားသခင်ဟာ ဟိုးအစကတည်းက ခရစ်တော်အားဖြင့် ဒီအကြံအစည်ကို ပြည့်စုံစေချင်ခဲ့တယ်။ ၁၀ ဘုရားသခင်က ကောင်းကင်နဲ့ မြေကြီးပေါ်မှာ တည်ရှိသမျှအရာတွေအားလုံးကို အတူတကွပေါင်းစည်းစေမဲ့ ပြီးပြည့်စုံတဲ့အချိန် ရောက်လာပြီးတော့ ခရစ်တော်က အရာအားလုံးအထက်မှာ အုပ်စိုးလိမ့်မယ်။ ၁၁ ဘုရားသခင်က ကျွန်တော်တို့ကို သူ့ရဲ့အမွေဥစ္စာ ပေးဖို့ စီစဉ်ခဲ့ပါတယ်။ ကျွန်တော်တို့ဟာ ခရစ်တော်နဲ့ သက်ဆိုင်ကြလို့ ဒီအမွေကို ကျွန်တော်တို့တွေ လက်ခံရရှိကြဖို့ ဘုရားသခင်က အစကတည်းက ကြိုတင်ဆုံးဖြတ်ခဲ့တယ်။ ဘုရားသခင်က သူ့ရဲ့အကြံအစည်တွေနဲ့ သူ့ရဲ့အလိုဆန္ဒတွေအားလုံးကို ပြည့်စုံစေခဲ့တယ်။ ၁၂ ကျွန်တော်တို့က ခင်ဗျားတို့ထက်အရင် ခရစ်တော်ကို ယုံကြည်ခဲ့ကြပါတယ်။ ကျွန်တော်တို့ဟာ ဘုရားသခင်ရဲ့ ကြီးမြတ်မှုနဲ့ ဘုန်းကျက်သရေထဲကို ဝင်ရဖို့ ကျွန်တော်တို့ရဲ့မျှော်လင့်ချက်ကို ခရစ်တော်ဆီမှာ ထားကြတယ်။ ၁၃ ဘုရားသခင်က ခင်ဗျားတို့ကို အပြစ်ကနေ ကယ်တင်ချင်တယ်ဆိုတဲ့ သတင်းကောင်းဖြစ်တဲ့ ဘုရားရဲ့သမ္မာတရားစကားကို ခင်ဗျားတို့လည်း ကြားခဲ့ကြပါတယ်။ ခင်ဗျားတို့က ခရစ်တော်ကို ယုံကြည်ခဲ့ကြလို့ ဘုရားသခင်က ယုံကြည်သူတွေကိုပေးဖို့ ကတိပေးခဲ့တဲ့ သန့်ရှင်းတဲ့ဝိညာဉ်တော်ရဲ့တံဆိပ်ကို ခင်ဗျားတို့အပေါ် ခတ်နှိပ်ခဲ့တယ်။ ၁၄ သန့်ရှင်းတဲ့ဝိညာဉ်တော်က ကျွန်တော်တို့မှာ အမွေဥစ္စာရှိတယ်ဆိုတဲ့ အာမခံ ဖြစ်တယ်။ ခရစ်တော်က ကျွန်တော်တို့ကို ရွေးနှုတ်ကယ်တင်ခဲ့လို့ အခု ကျွန်တော်တိုက ဘုရားသခင်နဲ့ သက်ဆိုင်တဲ့သူတွေဖြစ်ကြတယ်။ ဒါကြောင့် ကျွန်တော်တို့က ဘုရားသခင်ရဲ့ ကြီးမြတ်မှုနဲ့ ဘုန်းကျက်သရေထဲကို ဝင်နိုင်ကြတာ ဖြစ်တယ်။ ၁၅ ခင်ဗျားတို့က ယေရှုခရစ်တော်ကို ယုံကြည်ကြပြီးတော့ သန့်ရှင်းတဲ့လူတွေအားလုံးကို ချစ်ကြတယ်ဆိုတဲ့ အကြောင်းတွေ ကျွန်တော် ကြားရပါတယ်။ ၁၆ ဒါကြောင့် ဘုရားသခင်ဆီမှာ ခင်ဗျားတို့အတွက် ကျေးဇူးတင်ချီးမွမ်းသလို ကျွန်တော့် ဆုတောင်းချက်တွေမှာ ခင်ဗျားတို့ကို ပုံမှန်သတိရတယ်။ ၁၇ ကျွန်တော်တို့သခင် ယေရှုခရစ်တော်ရဲ့ ဘုရားသခင်က ဉာဏ်ပညာနဲ့ဆိုင်တဲ့ဝိညာဉ်ကို ခင်ဗျားတို့ဆီ ပေးသနားပါစေ။ ဘုန်းကြီးတဲ့အဖခမည်းတော်က ခင်ဗျားတို့ကို သဘာဝလွန်နားလည်နိုင်စွမ်းရှိတဲ့ဝိညာဉ်တော်ကို ပေးဖို့ ကျွန်တော် ဆုတောင်းပေးပါတယ်။ ဒါမှ ဘုရားသခင်က ဘယ်သူလဲဆိုတာ ခင်ဗျားတို့တွေ အပြည့်အဝ နားလည်လာနိုင်မှာ ဖြစ်တယ်။ ၁၈ ဘုရားသခင်က သူ့ရဲ့အလင်းကို ခင်ဗျားတို့အပေါ်မှာ ထွန်းလင်းစေပါစေ။ ဒါမှ ဘုရားသခင်က ခင်ဗျားတို့အတွက်ထားတဲ့ မျှော်လင့်ခြင်းနဲ့ ခေါ်ယူခွဲခန့်ခြင်းကို ခင်ဗျားတို့ရဲ့နှလုံးသားမျက်စိက မြင်လာလိမ့်မယ်။ အဲဒီအခါ သန့်ရှင်းတဲ့ယုံကြည်သူတွေဟာ ဘယ်လိုမျိုး ကြွယ်ဝချမ်းသာခြင်းတွေ၊ ဘုန်းကျက်သရေတွေ၊ ဘုရားရဲ့အမွေဥစ္စာတွေနဲ့ သက်ဆိုင်နေသလဲဆိုတာ ခင်ဗျားတို့တွေ အပြည့်အဝ သိနားလည်လာလိမ့်မယ်။ ၁၉ ကျွန်တော်တို့က ခရစ်တော်ကို ယုံကြည်ကြတယ်။ အဲ့ဒါကြောင့် ဘုရားသခင်က ကျွန်တော်တို့အပေါ် သူ့ရဲ့အကန့်အသတ်မဲ့ ကြီးမြတ်ခြင်းနဲ့ အစွမ်းတန်ခိုးကို ဖြည့်ပေးတယ်။ အဲ့ဒါကို ခင်ဗျားတို့တွေ အပြည့်အဝ သိနားလည်နိုင်ကြဖို့ ဘုရားသခင်ဆီ ကျွန်တော် တောင်းလျှောက်ပါတယ်။ ဘုရားသခင်က သူ့ရဲ့မဟာတန်ခိုးတော်နဲ့ ကျွန်တော်တို့အထဲမှာ အလုပ်လုပ်တယ်။ ၂၀ ပြီးတော့ ဘုရားသခင်က ခရစ်တော်ကို သေခြင်းကနေ ပြန်ရှင်စေခဲ့တုန်းကလည်း တူညီတဲ့တန်ခိုးနဲ့ အလုပ်လုပ်ခဲ့တာဖြစ်တယ်။ ကောင်းကင်နိုင်ငံမှာ ဘုရားသခင်က ခရစ်တော်ကို သူ့ရဲ့လက်ယာဘက်မှာ ထိုင်စေပြီးတော့ အခွင့်အာဏာကို ပေးခဲ့တယ်။ ၂၁ ဘုရားသခင်က ခရစ်တော်ကို အုပ်ချုပ်သူမင်း ဒါမှမဟုတ် တန်ခိုးအာဏာရှိရှိသမျှရဲ့ အထက်မှာ ခန့်ထားခဲ့တယ်။ ဘုရားသခင်က ခရစ်တော်ကို ခေါင်းဆောင်ရာထူးမှာရှိတဲ့ တခြားလူတွေအားလုံးထက် ပိုပြီးတော့ အစွမ်းတန်ခိုး ပေးခဲ့တယ်။ ဘုရားသခင်က ခရစ်တော်ကို ဒီနှစ်ကာလတစ်လျှောက်တည်ရှိတဲ့ အမည်နာမတွေနဲ့ အနာဂတ်မှာပေါ်ပေါက်လာမဲ့ အမည်နာမတွေအားလုံးရဲ့ အထက်မှာ ပိုပြီးတော့ ချီးမြှောက်ခဲ့တယ်။ ၂၂ ဘုရားသခင်က အရာအားလုံးကို ခရစ်တော်ရဲ့ခြေထောက်အောက်မှာ ထားလိုက်တယ်။ ဘုရားသခင်က ခရစ်တော်ကို အရာအားလုံးရဲ့အထက်မှာ ထားပြီးတော့ ခရစ်တော်က အသင်းတော်ရဲ့ဦးခေါင်း ဖြစ်လာတယ်။ ၂၃ အသင်းတော်က ခရစ်တော်ရဲ့ကိုယ်ခန္ဓာ ဖြစ်တယ်။ ခရစ်တော်က အသင်းတော်နဲ့ အရာခပ်သိမ်းကို သူ့ရဲ့မျက်မှောက်တော်နဲ့ ပြည့်ဝစေခဲ့တယ်။	1 I, Paul, became an apostle of Jesus Christ by God’s will. I am writing to the holy people of God who live in Ephesus and serve Jesus Christ faithfully. 2 God is our Father, and Jesus Christ is our Lord. May God fill you with His grace, and may Jesus give peace to your hearts. 3 Blessed be God, the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ. Now we belong to Christ, so God has blessed us. He has given us all the spiritual blessings that are in heaven. 4 God chose us in Christ before He created this whole world. He did it so that we would be holy and blameless in His presence and live in His love. 5 Before the world was created, God decided to adopt us through Jesus Christ, and He did it with great joy. 6 God became our Father. That is why He deserves all glory and greatness. He did all this by the grace that He poured out on us through His beloved Son Jesus. 7 By His blood Christ paid for our freedom from sin. God’s grace is so great that it has no limits. That’s why God forgave all our sins. 8 God poured out His grace on us in great abundance. Along with it, He gave us all wisdom and insight so that we can understand His truth and apply it rightly. 9 Even before God created this whole world, He wanted to reveal to us the mystery of His will and to fulfill His plan through Christ. And He did it with great joy. 10 God’s purpose was to unite all things in heaven and on earth at the perfect time that He Himself had chosen, and to place Christ as Head over everything. 11 God planned to give us an inheritance. He decided in advance that we would receive it because we belong to Christ. In this way, God fulfilled all His plans and desires. 12 We were the first to turn to Christ and put our hope in Him. Now God is using us to show everyone how great and glorious He is. 13 You also heard the word of truth. This is the Good News that God wants to save you from sin. When you believed in Christ, God sealed you with the Holy Spirit, whom He promised to give to all believers. 14 The Holy Spirit is God’s guarantee that we will receive the entire inheritance that God promised us. Christ redeemed us, and now we belong to God. God did all this so that everyone would see how great and glorious He is. 15 I have heard that you believe in Jesus Christ and love all the holy people of God. 16 So I always thank God for you and remember you in my prayers. 17 The God of our Lord Jesus Christ is great and glorious. May He give you the Spirit of wisdom and revelation so that you may know God more and more. 18 May God shine His light into the spiritual eyes of your heart so that you will understand the hope He gave you when He called you to Himself. Then you will also see the incredible riches and glorious inheritance that God has prepared for His holy people. 19 I pray that you will understand how great and unlimited God’s authority and power are — the same power that is at work in us who believe. 20 And the same great power was at work in Christ when God raised Him from the dead and seated Him in heaven at His right hand in the place of highest honor. 21 God gave Christ all authority. He placed Him far above every level of power, both in the visible world and in the spiritual realm. Jesus is above every ruler, every authority, every power, and everything that governs this world or influences it from the unseen spiritual world. God gave Christ far more power and the right to act than any other person who holds a high position. God exalted the name of Christ far above every name that exists now or will appear in the future. 22 God placed everything in the universe under Christ’s authority. He put Christ above all things and made Him the Head of the Church. 23 The Church is the Body of Christ. Christ fills it completely with His presence, just as He completely fills everything that exists in the entire universe.

၁ အတိတ်က ခင်ဗျားတို့ဟာ အပြစ်ထဲမှာ အသက်ရှင်နေထိုင်ခဲ့ကြပြီး အပြစ်က ခင်ဗျားတို့ကို သေစေခဲ့တယ်။ ၂ ဒီလောကသားတွေ လုပ်ကြသလိုပဲ ခင်ဗျားတို့က ပြုမူခဲ့ကြတယ်။ ဒီလောကက လေထဲမှာစိုးစံပြီး အုပ်ချုပ်တဲ့ဝိညာဉ်ကို နာခံတယ်။ အခု သူက ဘုရားသခင်ကို မနာခံတဲ့ လူတွေထဲမှာ အလုပ်လုပ်နေတယ်။ ၃ ကျွန်တော်တို့က တခြားလူတွေလို ပြုမူခဲ့ကြပြီးတော့ ကျွန်တော်တို့ရဲ့ ကိုယ်ခန္ဓာထဲမှာရှိတဲ့ တပ်မက်ခြင်းနဲ့ တောက်လောင်နေခဲ့ကြတယ်။ ကျွန်တော်တို့ရဲ့ စိတ်ထဲမှာ ပေါ်လာတဲ့အတိုင်း ကျွန်တော်တို့ လုပ်ခဲ့ကြတယ်။ ကျွန်တော်တို့ရဲ့ ကိုယ်ခန္ဓာပြုမူချင်တဲ့အတိုင်း ကျွန်တော်တို့တွေ ပြုမူခဲ့ကြတယ်။ ပြီးတော့ ကျွန်တော်တို့က ကျန်တဲ့လူတွေလိုပဲ သဘာဝအရ အမျက်ဒေါသရဲ့ သားသမီးတွေ ဖြစ်ခဲ့ကြတယ်။ ၄ ဒါပေမဲ့ ဘုရားသခင်က ကြီးမားတဲ့မေတ္တာနဲ့ ပြည့်ဝပြီးတော့ ကရုဏာနဲ့ကြွယ်ဝတဲ့အတွက် သူ့ရဲ့ချစ်ခြင်းမေတ္တာကို ကျွန်တော်တို့ဆီ ဖော်ပြခဲ့ပါတယ်။ ၅ အတိတ်က ကျွန်တော်တို့ဟာ ဘုရားသခင်ကို မနာခံခဲ့ကြလို့ မနာခံခြင်းက ကျွန်တော်တို့ကို သေစေခဲ့တယ်။ ဒါပေမဲ့ ဘုရားသခင်က ကျွန်တော်တို့ကို ခရစ်တော်နဲ့အတူ အသက်ရှင်စေခဲ့ပြီးတော့ သူ့ရဲ့ကျေးဇူးတော်နဲ့ ကျွန်တော်တို့ကို ကယ်တင်ခဲ့တယ်။ ၆ ဘုရားသခင်က ကျွန်တော်တို့ကို ခရစ်တော်နဲ့အတူ အသက်ပြန်ရှင်စေခဲ့ပြီးတော့ ယေရှုခရစ်တော်နဲ့အတူ ကောင်းကင်နိုင်ငံမှာ ထိုင်စေခဲ့တယ်။ ၇ အနာဂတ်မှာ ဘုရားသခင်က ခရစ်တော်အားဖြင့် မယုံကြည်နိုင်လောက်အောင်ကြွယ်ဝတဲ့ သူ့ရဲ့ကျေးဇူးတော်နဲ့ သနားကြင်နာခြင်းကို ကျွန်တော်တို့ဆီ ဖော်ပြလိမ့်မယ်။ ၈ ခင်ဗျားတို့တွေက ယေရှုကို ယုံကြည်ခဲ့ကြလို့ ဘုရားသခင်က ခင်ဗျားတို့ကို ကျေးဇူးတော်နဲ့ ကယ်တင်ခဲ့တယ်။ ဘုရားသခင်ဆီက ဒီလိုမျိုးလက်ဆောင်ကို ဘယ်သူမှ မထိုက်တန်ပါဘူး။ ၉ ဒါကြောင့် ကိုယ့်ရဲ့လုပ်ဆောင်မှုတွေကြောင့် အပြစ်ကနေကယ်တင်ခြင်းကို ထိုက်တန်သလိုမျိုး ဘယ်သူမှ ကိုယ့်ကိုယ်ကို မချီးကျူးပါစေနဲ့။ ၁၀ ယေရှုခရစ်တော်ကို ကျွန်တော်တို့ ယုံကြည်တဲ့အချိန်မှာ ဘုရားသခင်က ကျွန်တော်တို့ကို သတ္တဝါသစ်အဖြစ် ဖန်ဆင်းခဲ့တယ်။ အခုချိန်မှာ ကျွန်တော်တို့ဟာ ဟိုးအရင်ကတည်းက ကျွန်တော်တို့အတွက် ဘုရားသခင် စီစဉ်ပေးခဲ့တဲ့ ကောင်းတဲ့အလုပ်တွေကို လုပ်ကြတယ်။ ၁၁ ခင်ဗျားတို့က လူမျိုးခြားတွေအဖြစ် မွေးလာခဲ့ကြတဲ့အတွက် ယုဒလူမျိုးတွေက ခင်ဗျားတို့ကို အရေးဖျားမလှီးတဲ့သူတွေလို့ ခေါ်ကြတယ်။ ဒါပေမဲ့ ယုဒလူမျိုးတွေက ကိုယ့်ကိုယ်ကို အရေဖျားလှီးကြပြီးတော့ ကိုယ့်ကိုယ်ကို အရေဖျားလှီးတဲ့သူတွေလို့ ခေါ်ကြတယ်။ ၁၂ ဘုရားသခင်က သူ့ရဲ့ကတိတော်တွေကို ပေးခဲ့ပြီးတော့ ဣသရေလလူမျိုးတွေနဲ့ ချိုးဖျက်လို့မရတဲ့ သဘောတူညီချက်ကို ပြုလုပ်ခဲ့တယ်။ ခရစ်တော်မပါဘဲ အသက်ရှင်နေထိုင်တုန်းက ခင်ဗျားတို့က ဘုရားသခင်ရဲ့လူတွေနဲ့ မသက်ဆိုင်ခဲ့ကြဘူး။ ခင်ဗျားတို့ဘဝမှာ မျှော်လင့်ချက်မရှိခဲ့သလို ဘုရားလည်း မရှိခဲ့ဘူး။ ၁၃ အဲ့ဒီအချိန်တုန်းက ခင်ဗျားတို့က ဘုရားသခင်ရဲ့အဝေးမှာရှိခဲ့ကြပေမဲ့ အခု ခင်ဗျားတို့က ယေရှုခရစ်တော်နဲ့ သက်ဆိုင်ကြတယ်။ သူ့ရဲ့အသွေးတော်က ခင်ဗျားတို့ကို အပြစ်ကနေ သန့်ရှင်းစေခဲ့လို့ ခင်ဗျားတို့က ဘုရားသခင်နဲ့ နီးစပ်လာကြတယ်။ ၁၄ ခရစ်တော်က ယုဒလူမျိုးတွေနဲ့ လူမျိုးခြားတွေကို ပြန်လည်သင့်မြတ်စေခဲ့ပြီးတော့ သူတို့ကို တစ်သားတည်း ဖြစ်စေခဲ့တယ်။ ခရစ်တော်က ကျွန်တော်တို့ အကြားမှာရှိနေတဲ့ ကန့်သတ်ချက်ကို ဖျက်ဆီးလိုက်တယ်။ ၁၅ မောရှေပညတ်ထဲမှာ ပညတ်တော် ၁၀ ချက်နဲ့ စည်းမျဉ်းတွေ အများကြီး ပါခဲ့တယ်။ ယုဒလူမျိုးတွေက မောရှေပညတ်ကို လိုက်နာခဲ့ကြပေမဲ့ လူမျိုးခြားတွေက မလိုက်နာခဲ့ကြဘူး။ အဲ့ဒါကြောင့် ယုဒလူမျိုးတွေက လူမျိုးခြားတွေကို ရန်ဘက်ပြုခဲ့ကြတယ်။ ဒါပေမဲ့ ခရစ်တော်က သူ့ရဲ့အသေခံခြင်းအားဖြင့် ရန်လိုမုန်းတီးမှုတွေကို ဖျက်ဆီးပြီးတော့ မောရှေပညတ်ချက်ထဲက ပညတ်တော်တွေနဲ့ စည်းမျဉ်းတွေကို ဖျက်သိမ်းလိုက်တယ်။ ခရစ်တော်က သူ့ရဲ့အထဲမှာ ယုဒလူမျိုးနဲ့ လူမျိုးခြားတွေကနေ လူမျိုးသစ်တစ်ခုကို ဖန်ဆင်းခဲ့ပြီးတော့ ငြိမ်သက်ခြင်းကို ကျွန်တော်တို့ဆီ ယူလာပေးခဲ့တယ်။ ၁၆ ခရစ်တော်က ရန်ငြိုးဖွဲ့ခြင်းကို ကားတိုင်ပေါ်မှာ အသေသတ်ခဲ့တယ်။ ခရစ်တော်က လက်ဝါးကားတိုင်အားဖြင့် ယုဒလူမျိုးတွေနဲ့ လူမျိုးခြားတွေကို ကိုယ်ခန္ဓာတစ်ခုတည်းအဖြစ် ပေါင်းစည်းခဲ့ပြီးတော့ ဘုရားသခင်နဲ့ ပြန်လည်သင့်မြတ်စေခဲ့တယ်။ ၁၇ အတိတ်က လူမျိုးခြားတွေဟာ ဘုရားသခင်နဲ့အဝေးမှာ ရှိခဲ့ကြပြီးတော့ ယုဒလူမျိုးတွေက ဘုရားသခင်နဲ့ နီးခဲ့ကြတယ်။ ဒါပေမဲ့ ခရစ်တော်က သူတို့နှစ်ဖွဲ့စလုံးဆီကို လာပြီးတော့ ငြိမ်းချမ်းရေးသတင်းကောင်းကို ယူဆောင်လာခဲ့တယ်။ ၁၈ ယုဒလူမျိုးတွေနဲ့ လူမျိုးခြားတွေက ခရစ်တော်အားဖြင့် စိတ်ဝိညာဉ်တစ်ခုတည်းနဲ့ အဖခမည်းတော်ဆီကို လာကြတယ်။ ၁၉ အခု ခင်ဗျားတို့တွေက တိုင်းတစ်ပါးသားတွေလို တစ်ယောက်နဲ့တစ်ယောက် သူစိမ်းတွေ မဟုတ်ကြတော့ဘူး။ ခင်ဗျားတို့တွေက တခြားယုံကြည်သူတွေလိုပဲ ဘုရားသခင်နိုင်ငံတော်ရဲ့ နိုင်ငံသူနိုင်ငံသားတွေ ဖြစ်လာခဲ့ကြတယ်။ ၂၀ ခင်ဗျားတို့က တမန်တော်တွေနဲ့ ပရောဖက်တွေရဲ့ အခြေခံအုတ်မြစ်ပေါ်မှာ ဘုရားသခင် တည်ဆောက်တဲ့အိမ်ရဲ့အစိတ်အပိုင်း ဖြစ်လာကြတယ်။ ပြီးတော့ ယေရှုခရစ်တော် ကိုယ်တိုင်က ဒီအိမ်ရဲ့အခြေခံအုတ်မြစ်ထဲမှာ ပထမဦးဆုံးနဲ့ အဓိကကျောက် ဖြစ်တယ်။ ၂၁ ဘုရားသခင်က ဒီကျောက်ပေါ်မှာ အစိတ်အပိုင်းတစ်ခုချင်းစီတိုင်း အံဝင်ဂွင်ကျကိုက်ညီတဲ့ အဆောက်အအုံတစ်ခုကို ဆောက်လုပ်နေတာဖြစ်ပါတယ်။ အဆောက်အအုံက ကြီးထွားလာပြီးတော့ ကျွန်တော်တို့တွေက ဘုရားသခင်နေထိုင်တဲ့ သန့်ရှင်းတဲ့ဗိမာန် ဖြစ်လာကြတယ်။ ၂၂ ခင်ဗျားတို့လည်း ခရစ်တော်အားဖြင့် ဒီအဆောက်အအုံရဲ့အစိတ်အပိုင်း ဖြစ်လာကြပြီးတော့ ဒီအဆောက်အအုံထဲမှာ ဘုရားသခင်က သူ့ရဲ့ဝိညာဉ်အားဖြင့် အသက်ရှင်နေထိုင်တယ်။	1 You used to be spiritually dead because you disobeyed God and lived in sin. 2 At that time, you lived a sinful life. You belonged to this world and followed its values, which go against God’s Word. You were under the power of the spirit of evil, who still rules in the unseen spiritual realm and works in the hearts of those who oppose God. 3 We used to live like everyone else. We obeyed our sinful nature and did whatever we wanted. We thought about sin and acted on whatever came into our minds. Like everyone else, we were born with a sinful nature and deserved God’s anger. 4 We deserved God’s punishment. But God loves us so much that instead of judgment, He showed us His great mercy, which has no limits. 5 We used to be spiritually dead because we disobeyed God. But God made us alive with Christ and gave us a new life. He saved us by His grace. 6 God raised us up with Christ and seated us with Him in heaven in Jesus Christ. 7 God did all this so that all future generations would see how great and unlimited His grace is and how much kindness He showed us through Jesus Christ. 8 When you believed in Jesus, God saved you by His grace. Salvation is a gift from God that none of us can earn. 9 So no one can boast, as if he earned salvation by his good deeds. 10 When we turned to Jesus Christ in faith, God made us a new creation in Christ. Now we live a new life and do the good works that God prepared for us long ago. 11 Remember that in the past, only the Jews were with God. They practiced circumcision to show that they wanted to cleanse their hearts from sin. But that circumcision was only on the body — it did not change the heart. You are not Jews, but Gentiles. That’s why you did not practice circumcision, and the Jews called you “the uncircumcised.” That meant you were not part of God’s family. 12 God gave His promises to the Jewish people and made an Unbreakable Agreement with them. Circumcision was a sign that the Jews belonged to God. But you, Gentiles, were not among God’s people. At that time, you also did not know Christ, you had no hope of salvation, and God was not part of your life. 13 In those days, you were far from God. But now you belong to Jesus Christ. His blood has cleansed you from sin, and you have a close relationship with God. 14 Christ Himself is our peace. He reconciled Jews and Gentiles, destroyed the hostility between us, and made us one people of God. Now we are one family of God in Christ. 15 The Jews were hostile to the Gentiles because the Gentiles did not follow the Law of Moses, its commands and rules. But when Christ came, he taught that no one can keep the whole Law. By his death, Jesus destroyed this hostility and canceled the Law of Moses. From Jews and Gentiles, Christ created one new people within Himself and established peace between us. 16 On the cross, Jesus offered Himself as a sacrifice and reconciled us to God. Through His death, He put an end to the hostility between Jews and Gentiles. On the cross, He made us one people of God, who are now called the Church and the Body of Christ. 17 In the past, the Gentiles lived far away from God, and the Jews were God’s people. But now Christ has come to all of us and brought us the Good News of peace. 18 God is our Father. Now through Christ, both Jews and people from other nations can come to God in one Spirit who fills our hearts. 19 You used to be strangers to one another, like foreigners. But now you have become citizens of God’s Kingdom, like all the other believers who belong to God. 20 You have become part of the spiritual building that God is constructing. Its foundation is the truth that the apostles and prophets received from God and passed on to the people. Jesus Christ is the cornerstone, the main support and solid foundation of the whole structure. 21 On this cornerstone, God is building His spiritual structure, where all the parts fit together perfectly. In this way, God’s Church is growing and becoming a holy temple where the Lord Himself lives. 22 Everyone who has turned to Jesus takes the place in this temple that God has assigned to him. You belong to Christ, so you also have become part of this spiritual building where God lives through His Spirit.

၁ လူမျိုးခြားတွေဖြစ်တဲ့ ခင်ဗျားတို့ကို ယေရှုခရစ်တော်အကြောင်း ပြောခဲ့လို့ ကျွန်တော်ဟာ ထောင်အကျဉ်းသား ဖြစ်ခဲ့ရတယ်။ ၂ ဘုရားသခင်က ကျွန်တော့်ကို သူ့ရဲ့ကျေးဇူးတော်ပေးခဲ့လို့ ကျွန်တော်က လူမျိုးခြားတွေကို ခရစ်တော်ဆီ ခေါ်လာနိုင်ခဲ့တယ်ဆိုတာ ခင်ဗျားတို့ ကြားခဲ့ပြီးပါပြီ။ ၃ ဘုရားသခင်က သဘာဝလွန်နားလည်နိုင်စွမ်းကတစ်ဆင့် လျှို့ဝှက်ချက်တစ်ခုကို ကျွန်တော့်ဆီ ဖော်ပြခဲ့တဲ့အကြောင်း ကျွန်တော် အတိုချူံး ရေးခဲ့ပြီးပါပြီ။ ၄ ဒီစာကို ဖတ်ကြပါ။ ဒီလိုဆိုရင် ဘုရားသခင်က ခရစ်တော်အားဖြင့် ကျွန်တော့်ကို ဖော်ပြခဲ့တဲ့ လျှို့ဝှက်ချက်ကို ကျွန်တော် ဘယ်လိုနားလည်ခဲ့သလဲဆိုတာ ခင်ဗျားတို့ သင်ယူနိုင်ပါတယ်။ ၅ အရင်မျိုးဆက်မှာ အသက်ရှင်နေထိုင်ခဲ့ကြတဲ့ လူတွေက ဒီလျှို့ဝှက်ချက်ကို မသိခဲ့ကြဘူး။ ဒါပေမဲ့ အခုတော့ သန့်ရှင်းတဲ့ဝိညာဉ်တော်က သန့်ရှင်းတဲ့တမန်တော်တွေနဲ့ ပရောဖက်တွေဆီ ဒီလျှို့ဝှက်ချက်ကို ဖွင့်ပြခဲ့တယ်။ ၆ လျှို့ဝှက်ချက်က ဘာအကြောင်းလဲဆိုတာ ခင်ဗျားတို့ကို ကျွန်တော်ပြောပြမယ်။ သတင်းကောင်းကိုယုံကြည်တဲ့ လူမျိုးခြားတွေနဲ့ ယုဒလူမျိုး နှစ်မျိုးစလုံးက ယေရှုခရစ်တော်နဲ့ သက်ဆိုင်ကြတယ်။ သူတို့တွေက ကိုယ်ခန္ဓာတစ်ခုတည်းရဲ့ အင်္ဂါအစိတ်အပိုင်းတွေ ဖြစ်လာခဲ့ကြတယ်။ အဲ့ဒါကြောင့် လူမျိုးခြားတွေနဲ့ ယုဒလူမျိုး နှစ်မျိုးစလုံးက ဘုရားသခင်ရဲ့ တူညီတဲ့ကတိတွေကို လက်ခံရရှိနိုင်ခဲ့ကြတယ်။ ၇ ကျွန်တော်ဟာ ဘုရားသခင်ရဲ့တန်ခိုးတော်ကို တွေ့ကြုံခဲ့ရပြီးတော့ ကျေးဇူးတော်ကို လက်ခံရရှိခဲ့တယ်။ ဘုရားသခင်က ကျွန်တော့်ကို သူ့ရဲ့အမှုတော်ဆောင်ဖြစ်စေခဲ့လို့ ကျွန်တော်က သတင်းကောင်းကို ဖြန့်ဝေနိုင်ခဲ့တာဖြစ်တယ်။ ၈ ယေရှုကို ယုံကြည်တဲ့ သန့်ရှင်းသူအားလုံးတွေထဲမှာ ကျွန်တော်က မထိုက်တန်ဆုံးသူ ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။ ဒါပေမဲ့ ဘုရားသခင်က ကျွန်တော့်အပေါ် ဒီကျေးဇူးတော်ကို ပေးခဲ့လို့ ကျွန်တော်က ခရစ်တော်ရဲ့ တိုင်းတာလို့မရနိုင်တဲ့ ကြွယ်ဝမှုအကြောင်း သတင်းကောင်းကို လူမျိုးခြားတွေဆီ ပြောပြနိုင်တာဖြစ်တယ်။ ၉ ဘုရားသခင်က ယေရှုခရစ်တော်အားဖြင့် အရာအားလုံးကို ဖန်ဆင်းခဲ့တယ်။ ဘုရားသခင်က သူ့ရဲ့အကြံအစည်ထဲမှာ လူမျိုးခြားတွေ ဘယ်လိုပါဝင်ကြမလဲဆိုတဲ့ လျှို့ဝှက်ချက်ကို အစကတည်းက ဖွင့်မပြခဲ့ပါဘူး။ ဒါပေမဲ့ ဘုရားသခင်က ကျွန်တော့်အပေါ် သူ့ရဲ့ကျေးဇူးတော်ကိုပေးခဲ့လို့ ကျွန်တော်က ဒီလျှို့ဝှက်ချက်ကို လူတိုင်းဆီ ဖော်ပြတာဖြစ်တယ်။ ၁၀ ဘုရားသခင်က အသင်းတော်ကို ဖြစ်ပေါ်စေခဲ့ပြီးတော့ သူ့ရဲ့ဉာဏ်ပညာကြွယ်ဝမှုကို အသင်းတော်ကတစ်ဆင့် ကောင်းကင်နိုင်ငံမှာရှိတဲ့ အုပ်ချုပ်သူတွေနဲ့ အာဏာပိုင်တွေဆီ ပြသခဲ့တယ်။ ၁၁ အစဦးကတည်းက ဘုရားသခင်ဆီမှာ ကျွန်တော်တို့သခင် ယေရှုခရစ်တော်အားဖြင့် ပြည့်စုံစေခဲ့တဲ့ အကြံအစည်တစ်ခု ရှိခဲ့တယ်။ ၁၂ ကျွန်တော်တို့က ယေရှုကို ယုံကြည်ကြတယ်။ ယေရှုအားဖြင့် ကျွန်တော်တို့တွေက ဘုရားသခင်ဆီကို ရဲရဲဝံ့ဝံ့နဲ့ စိတ်ချယုံကြည်မှုရှိရှိ လာကြတာဖြစ်တယ်။ ၁၃ ခင်ဗျားတို့ကြောင့် ကျွန်တော် ဒုက္ခဆင်းရဲခံရတယ်။ ဒါပေမဲ့ ဒါတွေကြောင့် ခင်ဗျားတို့တွေ စိတ်ပျက်မသွားကြဖို့ ကျွန်တော် တောင်းဆိုပါတယ်။ ကျွန်တော့်ရဲ့ ဒုက္ခဆင်းရဲတွေက ခင်ဗျားတို့ကို ဘုရားသခင်ရဲ့ဘုန်းကျက်သရေဆီ ပို့ဆောင်ပေးလိမ့်မယ်။ ၁၄ ကျွန်တော်တို့ရဲ့သခင် ယေရှုခရစ်တော်ရဲ့အဖခမည်းတော် ရှေ့မှောက်မှာ ကျွန်တော် ဒူးထောက်ပါတယ်။ ၁၅ ကောင်းကင်နဲ့မြေကြီးပေါ် တည်ရှိတဲ့ မိသားစုတိုင်းကို နာမည်ပေးတဲ့ ဘုရားသခင်ရဲ့ရှေ့မှောက်မှာ ကျွန်တော် ဒူးထောက်တယ်။ ၁၆ ဘုရားသခင်က သူ့ရဲ့ဘုန်းတော်နဲ့ ခင်ဗျားတို့ကို ကြွယ်ဝချမ်းသာစေပါစေ။ ဘုရားသခင်ရဲ့ဝိညာဉ်တော်က ခင်ဗျားတို့ရဲ့အတွင်းလူကို အားကြီးစေပါစေ။ ၁၇ ယုံကြည်ခြင်းအားဖြင့် ခင်ဗျားတို့ရဲ့နှလုံးသားထဲမှာ ခရစ်တော် အသက်ရှင်ပါစေ။ ၁၈ တစ်ယောက်ကိုတစ်ယောက် ချစ်ခြင်းမေတ္တာထားကြပါ။ ဒီလိုဆိုရင် ခင်ဗျားတို့ဟာ ခိုင်မာတဲ့အုတ်မြစ်ပေါ်မှာ နက်နက်ရှိုင်းရှိုင်းအမြစ်တွယ်ပြီးတော့ ရပ်တည်ကြလိမ့်မယ်။ ခရစ်တော်ရဲ့ ချစ်ခြင်းမေတ္တာက အဝေးထိရောက်ပြီးတော့ ကျယ်ပြန့်တယ်၊ နက်ရှိုင်းပြီးတော့ မြင့်မားတယ်ဆိုတာ သန့်ရှင်းတဲ့ယုံကြည်သူတွေအားလုံးနဲ့အတူ ခင်ဗျားတို့တွေ နားလည်နိုင်ကြလိမ့်မယ်။ ၁၉ ခရစ်တော်က ကျွန်တော်တို့ကို သိပ်ချစ်တယ်။ သူ့ရဲ့ ချစ်ခြင်းမေတ္တာက ကြီးမားလွန်းလို့ ဘယ်သူကမှ အပြည့်အဝ နားလည်သဘောမပေါက်နိုင်ကြဘူး။ သန့်ရှင်းတဲ့ယုံကြည်သူတွေအားလုံးနဲ့အတူ ခရစ်တော်ရဲ့ချစ်ခြင်းမေတ္တာကို ခင်ဗျားတို့တွေ တွေ့ကြုံခံစားနိုင်ကြဖို့ ကျွန်တော် ဆုတောင်းပါတယ်။ ဒါမှ ဘုရားသခင်က သူ့ရဲ့မျက်မှောက်နဲ့ ခင်ဗျားတို့ကို ပြည့်ဝစေလိမ့်မယ်။ ၂၀ ဘုရားသခင်က တန်ခိုးကြီးစွာနဲ့ ကျွန်တော်တို့အထဲမှာ အလုပ်လုပ်နေတယ်။ ပြီးတော့ ဘုရားသခင်က ကျွန်တော်တို့ တောင်းလျှောက်တဲ့အရာ ဒါမှမဟုတ် ကျွန်တော်တို့ စဉ်းစားတဲ့အကြောင်းအရာထက် ပိုပြီးတော့ အကန့်အသတ်မရှိ လုပ်ပေးနိုင်တယ်။ ၂၁ ယေရှုခရစ်တော်ရဲ့ အသင်းတော်ထဲမှာ မျိုးဆက်တွေအားလုံးက ဘုရားသခင်ကို ကမ္ဘာအဆက်ဆက် ချီးမွမ်းကြပါစေ။ အာမင် - ပြည့်စုံပါစေ။	1 I am in prison because I preached about Jesus Christ to you, Gentiles. 2 You have already heard that God gave me His grace and trusted me with an important ministry to bring people from different nations to Christ. 3 God has given me a revelation and made known His secret, which I have already written about briefly. 4 When you read this letter, you will learn how I understand the secret that God has revealed to me through Christ. 5 For many generations, no one knew about it. But now the Holy Spirit has revealed the secret to the holy apostles and prophets. 6 This is what the secret is about. Only the Jews used to be God’s people, and God had given His promises only to them. But then everything changed. God sent Jesus, and on the cross He paid for the sins of all people. That is why now everyone who believes in Jesus belongs to God’s people and to the Church, which is the Body of Christ. This means that now both Jews and people from other nations inherit together everything that God has promised to His people. 7 God has given me His grace, and I have experienced the mighty work of His power. That’s why I now serve God and tell people the Good News about Christ. 8 I am the most unworthy of all who belong to God. But God has given me His grace to preach to other nations the Good News about the riches of Christ, which cannot be measured. 9 God created the whole world through Jesus Christ. From the very beginning, He had a secret plan that He did not reveal to people for a long time. No one knew that God wanted to save not only the Jews but also all nations. But now God has entrusted me with revealing this secret to people, so I tell everyone about it. 10 When God created the Church, He used it to show His many-sided wisdom to all the angels and other spiritual beings who have power and authority in the unseen spiritual world. Now the entire spiritual realm can see how amazing God’s plan truly is. 11 From the beginning, God had a plan which He fulfilled through our Lord Jesus Christ. 12 We believe in Jesus, and now through Him we can come to God with boldness and confidence. 13 When I preached about Christ, I was put in prison. But I ask you not to be discouraged because of this. Through my suffering, you also believed in Jesus, and now you glorify Him. That means that my suffering is not in vain. 14 Jesus Christ is our Lord, and God is His Father. That’s why I kneel before God and pray for you to my heavenly Father. 15 God is our Father. He created everything in heaven and on earth. He gave a name to every nation and every family. 16 God’s greatness is so limitless that His glory has no end. That is why I pray that God will fill you with His power. May His Spirit make your inner person strong. 17 I pray that through your faith Christ will live in your hearts forever. 18 Never doubt that Jesus loves you. Let His love become the solid foundation on which you will build your whole life. Then together with all God's holy people, you will be able to understand how wide and long, how deep and high Christ’s love is. 19 His love is so immeasurably great that it cannot be fully comprehended. But I pray that all of you together will understand and feel how much Christ loves you. Then God will fill you with His perfect presence and with everything that He Himself is. 20 Give praise to God, who works in us with His power and who is able to do far more than we ask or even imagine. 21 May all generations through all ages glorify God in the Church for what Jesus Christ has done. အခန်းကြီး ၄	Chapter 4
၁ သခင်ယေရှုအကြောင်းကို ဟောပြောလို့ ကျွန်တော်ဟာ ထောင်အကျဉ်းသား ဖြစ်လာခဲ့ပါတယ်။ ဘုရားသခင်ဆီက လက်ခံရရှိခဲ့တဲ့ သူ့ရဲ့ခေါ်ခြင်းအတိုင်း အသက်ရှင်ကြဖို့ ခင်ဗျားတို့ကို ကျွန်တော် တောင်းဆိုပါတယ်။ ၂ ကိုယ့်ကိုယ်ကို နှိမ့်ချကြပါ။ သနားကြင်နာပြီးတော့ အထူးစိတ်ရှည်သည်းခံကြပါ။ အားနည်းချက်တွေရှိလည်း တစ်ယောက်ကိုတစ်ယောက် ချစ်ခြင်းမေတ္တာထားပြီး လက်ခံကြပါ။ ၃ ငြိမ်းငြိမ်းချမ်းချမ်း နေထိုင်တယ်ဆိုရင် ဝိညာဉ်ရေးရာ စည်းလုံးညီညွတ်ခြင်းကို ဖြစ်စေတယ်။ အဲ့ဒါကြောင့် တခြားသူတွေနဲ့ ငြိမ်းငြိမ်းချမ်းချမ်းနေထိုင်ဖို့ အစွမ်းကုန်ကြိုးစား အားထုတ်ပါ။ ၄ ခင်ဗျားတို့က ကိုယ်ခန္ဓာတစ်ခုရဲ့ အစိတ်အပိုင်းတွေဖြစ်လာခဲ့ကြတယ်။ ဘုရားသခင်က တစ်ခုတည်းသော သူ့ရဲ့ဝိညာဉ်တော်ကို ခင်ဗျားတို့ဆီ ဖြည့်ပေးခဲ့တယ်။ ခင်ဗျားတို့ဟာ ဘုရားသခင်ရဲ့ခေါ်ခြင်းကို လက်ခံရရှိခဲ့ကြပြီးတော့ ဘုရားသခင်က တစ်ခုတည်းသော မျှော်လင့်ချက်ကို ခင်ဗျားတို့ဆီ ပေးခဲ့တယ်။ ၅ ခင်ဗျားတို့က သခင် ယေရှုခရစ်တော် တစ်ပါးတည်းကို ယုံကြည်ကြတယ်။ ခင်ဗျားတို့တွေက တစ်ခုတည်းသော ယုံကြည်ခြင်းကို ဝန်ခံကြပြီးတော့ တစ်ခုတည်းသော ရေနှစ်ခြင်းဗတ္တိဇံကို ခံယူခဲ့ကြတယ်။ ၆ ဘုရားသခင်တစ်ပါးတည်းက ကျွန်တော်တို့အားလုံးအတွက် အဖခမည်းတော် ဖြစ်လာခဲ့တယ်။ ဘုရားသခင်က ကျွန်တော်တို့အားလုံးရဲ့အထက်မှာ စိုးစံတယ်။ ဘုရားသခင်က ကျွန်တော်တို့အားလုံးကတစ်ဆင့် အလုပ်လုပ်ပြီးတော့၊ ကျွန်တော်တို့အားလုံးထဲမှာ အသက်ရှင်တယ်။ ၇ ကျွန်တော်တို့ တစ်ယောက်ချင်းစီတိုင်းက ဘုရားသခင်ရဲ့ကျေးဇူးတော်ကို လက်ခံရရှိခဲ့ကြတယ်။ ပြီးတော့ ခရစ်တော်က ကျွန်တော်တို့ တစ်ယောက်ချင်းစီကို မတူညီတဲ့ အစွမ်းအစတွေ ပေးခဲ့တယ်။ ၈ ဒါကြောင့် ကျမ်းစာက “ခရစ်တော်ဟာ မြင့်တဲ့နေရာကို တက်ခဲ့တယ်၊ အကျဉ်းသားတွေကို ဖမ်းဆီးပြီးတော့ လူတွေကို လက်ဆောင်တွေ ပေးခဲ့တယ်” လို့ ပြောတယ်။ ၉ ဒါပေမဲ့အရင်ဆုံး ခရစ်တော်ဟာ မြေကြီးရဲ့အနက်ဆုံးနေရာတွေကို ဆင်းသက်ခဲ့ပြီးမှ မြင့်တဲ့နေရာကို တက်ခဲ့တယ်။ ၁၀ မြေကြီးရဲ့အနက်ဆုံးနေရာတွေကို ဆင်းသက်ခဲ့တဲ့ ခရစ်တော်ကပဲ ကောင်းကင်အားလုံး အထက် အမြင့်ကို တက်ပြီးတော့ အရာအားလုံးကို သူ့ရဲ့မျက်မှောက်တော်‌နဲ့ ပြည့်စေခဲ့တယ်။ ၁၁ အသင်းတော်ထဲမှာ ခရစ်တော်က တမန်တော်တွေ၊ ပရောဖက်တွေ၊ ဧဝံဂေလိဟောတဲ့သူတွေ၊ သင်းအုပ်တွေနဲ့ ဆရာတွေကို ခန့်အပ်ခဲ့တယ်။ ၁၂ သူတို့တွေဟာ ဘုရားသခင်ရဲ့သန့်ရှင်းတဲ့ယုံကြည်သူတွေကို ဘုရားသခင်အတွက် အလုပ်လုပ်ပြီးတော့ အစေခံနိုင်ကြဖို့ လေ့ကျင့်သင်ကြားပေးကြတယ်။ ဒီနည်းနဲ့ ခရစ်တော်ရဲ့ကိုယ်ခန္ဓာက ကြီးထွားလာပြီးတော့ ခိုင်မာလာမှာဖြစ်တယ်။ ၁၃ ဘုရားသခင်ရဲ့သားတော်ဟာ ဘယ်သူလဲဆိုတာ ပိုပိုပြီးတော့ သိနားလည်ဖို့က ကျွန်တော်တို့ရဲ့ ရည်မှန်းချက်ဖြစ်ရပါမယ်။ ယုံကြည်ခြင်းမှာ စည်းလုံးခြင်းရှိလာတဲ့အခါ ကျွန်တော်တို့ဟာ ခရစ်တော်ဆီမှာ ရင့်ကျက်လာပြီးတော့ ပြည့်ပြည့်စုံစုံကြီးထွားလာကြမယ်။ ဒါမှ ကျွန်တော်တို့က ကျွန်တော်တို့အတွက် ခရစ်တော် သတ်မှတ်ထားတဲ့စံနှုန်းနဲ့ ကိုက်ညီကြမယ်။ ၁၄ ကျွန်တော်တို့တွေက လေတိုက်တိုင်းပြောင်းလဲတဲ့ မတူညီတဲ့သွန်သင်မှုတွေကို သံသယဝင်ပြီး လိုက်တတ်တဲ့ မွေးကင်းစကလေးတွေလို မဖြစ်သင့်ဘူး။ ကျွန်တော်တို့တွေ ကြီးထွားလာတဲ့အခါ လှည့်စားမှုတွေထဲကို လဲကျမှာ မဟုတ်တော့ဘူး။ ဒါမှ လှည့်စားတတ်တဲ့လူတွေက သူတို့ရဲ့ကောက်ကျစ်တဲ့အကြံအစည်တွေထဲမှာ ကျွန်တော်တို့ကို မပါဝင်စေနိုင်မှာ ဖြစ်တယ်။ ၁၅ ဘုရားသခင်ရဲ့သမ္မာတရားကို ချစ်ခြင်းမေတ္တာနဲ့ ပြောဆိုကြရအောင်။ ဒီလိုဆို ကျွန်တော်တို့က ဝိညာဉ်ရေးမှာ ရင့်ကျက်ကြီးထွားကြပြီးတော့ လုပ်ဆောင်လေရာမှာ အသင်းတော်ရဲ့ဦးခေါင်းဖြစ်တဲ့ ခရစ်တော်နဲ့ တူလာကြမယ်။ ၁၆ ခရစ်တော်က ကိုယ်ခန္ဓာတစ်ခုလုံးကို စည်းလုံးစေပြီးတော့ ချိတ်ဆက်မှုအမျိုးမျိုးနဲ့ အတူတကွ ပေါင်းစည်းထားတယ်။ ကိုယ်ခန္ဓာရဲ့အစိတ်အပိုင်းအားလုံးက တစ်ခုနဲ့တစ်ခု တိတိကျကျ ကိုက်ညီကြတယ်။ ခန္ဓာကိုယ်ရဲ့အစိတ်အပိုင်းတိုင်းက သူ့တို့ရဲ့အလုပ်ကို လုပ်ကြတယ်။ အားလုံးက ချစ်ခြင်းမေတ္တာကြောင့် ကြီးထွားပြီးတော့ ခိုင်မာလာကြတယ်။ ၁၇ လူမျိုးခြားတွေလို အသက်မရှင်ကြဖို့ သခင်ယေရှုနာမနဲ့ ကျွန်တော် လေးလေးနက်နက်နဲ့ တိုက်တွန်းပါတယ်။ အတိတ်က ခင်ဗျားတို့ဟာ လူမျိုးခြားတွေလို ပြုမူခဲ့ကြတယ်။ လူမျိုးခြားတွေက အဓိပ္ပါယ်မရှိတဲ့အရာတွေကို စဉ်းစားပြီးတော့ သူတို့တွေက အဲ့ဒီအတိုင်းပဲ ပြုမူကြတယ်။ ၁၈ လူမျိုးခြားတွေက ဘုရားသခင်ကို မသိကြလို့ သူတို့ရဲ့နှလုံးသားကို မာကြောစေကြတယ်။ သူတို့ရဲ့စိတ်မှာ အမှောင်ထုက ပြည့်နေပြီးတော့ အဲ့ဒါက သူတို့ကို ဘုရားသခင်ရဲ့အသက်နဲ့ ခွဲခြားထားတယ်။ ၁၉ သူတို့တွေဟာ အရှက်တရားမရှိဘဲ စာရိတ္တပျက်တဲ့အပြုအမူတွေဆီ သူတို့ကိုယ်သူတို့ လုံးလုံးအပ်နှံကြပြီးတော့ ရွံ့စရာကောင်းတဲ့အရာတွေကို လုပ်ကြတယ်။ ၂၀ ဒါပေမဲ့ ခင်ဗျားတို့က ခရစ်တော်ဆီကနေ သင်ယူခဲ့ကြတာဖြစ်လို့ အဲ့ဒီလိုမျိုးအရာတွေကို ခင်ဗျားတို့တွေ မလုပ်ရဘူး။ ၂၁ ယေရှုထဲမှာ သမ္မာတရား ရှိတယ်။ ဒါကြောင့် ယေရှုအကြောင်းကို ခင်ဗျားတို့ သိလာတဲ့အခါမှာ ယေရှုက ဘုရားသခင်ရဲ့သမ္မာတရားကို ခင်ဗျားတို့ဆီ သင်ကြားပေးခဲ့တယ်။ ၂၂ ဒါကြောင့် အကျင့်ဟောင်းဘဝဆီကို ပြန်မသွားကြနဲ့။ ခင်ဗျားတို့ရဲ့အတွင်းလူဆီက အပြစ်လုပ်တတ်တဲ့ဇာတိဟောင်းကို ချွတ်ပစ်ကြပါ။ ခင်ဗျားတို့ရဲ့ အတွင်းလူက လှည့်စားခြင်းထဲမှာ အသက်ရှင်ခဲ့ဖူးတယ်၊ တပ်မက်မှုတွေနဲ့ လောင်ကျွမ်းခဲ့ပြီး‌တော့ သူ့ကိုယ်သူ ဖျက်ဆီးခဲ့ဖူးတယ်။ ၂၃ ဝိညာဉ်တော်က ခင်ဗျားတို့ရဲ့စိတ်ကို အသစ်ပြုပြင်ပေးပါစေ။ ၂၄ ဘုရားသခင်က ခင်ဗျားတို့ရဲ့အတွင်းလူကို သူ့ရဲ့ပုံသဏ္ဍာန်တော်အတိုင်း ဖန်ဆင်းခဲ့တယ်။ ဒါကြောင့် ခင်ဗျားတို့ရဲ့အတွင်းလူကို ဘုရားသခင်ရဲ့ သဘောသဘာဝသစ်နဲ့ ယူတင်ဝတ်ဆင်ကြပါ။ ဒါဆို ခင်ဗျားတို့ရဲ့အတွင်းလူက ဘုရားသခင်ရဲ့ ဖြောင့်မတ်ခြင်း၊ သန့်ရှင်းခြင်းနဲ့ သမ္မာတရားကို လက်ခံရရှိလိမ့်မယ်။ ၂၅ ကျွန်တော်တို့ဟာ ခရစ်တော်ရဲ့ကိုယ်ခန္ဓာတစ်ခုထဲက အင်္ဂါအစိတ်အပိုင်းတွေ ဖြစ်လာကြတယ်။ ဒါကြောင့် မလိမ်ညာဘဲ တစ်ယောက်ကိုတစ်ယောက် အမှန်အတိုင်း ပြောကြပါ။ ၂၆ ခင်ဗျားတို့စိတ်ထဲမှာ အမျက်ဒေါသ တောက်လောင်နေတဲ့အချိန်မှာ တစ်ယောက်ကိုတစ်ယောက် မစော်ကားကြနဲ့။ နေရဲ့အလင်းရောင် ပျောက်ကွယ်သလိုပဲ အမျက်ဒေါသက မျက်စိကန်းစေတယ်။ ၂၇ ခင်ဗျားတို့အသက်တာရဲ့ဘယ်နေရာကိုမှ မာရ်နတ်ဆီ မအပ်ကြနဲ့။ ၂၈ လိုအပ်နေတဲ့သူတွေကို အလုပ်လုပ်ပြီးတော့ ကူညီကြပါ။ ခင်ဗျားတို့ဟာ အရင်က ခိုးတတ်တဲ့သူတွေဖြစ်ခဲ့ရင် မခိုးတော့ဘဲနဲ့ ကိုယ့်ခြေကိုယ့်လက်နဲ့ ကောင်းတာကို လုပ်ဆောင်ကြပါ။ ၂၉ ခင်ဗျားတို့ရဲ့ အပြောအဆိုမှာ အနိုင်ကျင့်စော်ကားတဲ့စကားလုံးတွေ မသုံးဘဲ ကြင်နာတဲ့စကားတွေကိုပဲ ပြောကြပါ။ ကောင်းတဲ့စကားတွေက ခင်ဗျားတို့စကား နားထောင်တဲ့သူတွေရဲ့ ယုံကြည်ခြင်းကို ခိုင်မာစေပြီးတော့ ဘုရားသခင်ရဲ့ကျေးဇူးတော်ကို နားလည်စေတယ်။ ၃၀ သန့်ရှင်းတဲ့ဝိညာဉ်တော်ကို စိတ်မနာစေပါနဲ့။ ခင်ဗျားတို့ဟာ ဘုရားသခင်နဲ့သက်ဆိုင်ကြလို့ ရွေးနှုတ်ခြင်းနေ့ရက်မှာ ကယ်တင်ခြင်းခံရဖို့ ဘုရားသခင်က ခင်ဗျားတို့အပေါ် သူ့ရဲ့ဝိညာဉ်တော်တံဆိပ်ကို ခတ်ခဲ့တယ်။ ၃၁ ခါးသီးမှုတွေကို မစုစည်းကြနဲ့ ဒေါသမကြီးကြနဲ့။ ဒေါသမထွက်ကြနဲ့ မအော်ကြနဲ့။ တစ်ယောက်ကိုတစ်ယောက် မစော်ကားကြနဲ့ ဆိုးယုတ်တဲ့လုပ်ဆောင်မှုတွေ မှန်သမျှမှာ မပါဝင်ကြနဲ့။ ၃၂ သနားကြင်နာပြီး ကရုဏာစိတ် ရှိကြပါ။ ဘုရားသခင်က ခရစ်တော်အားဖြင့် ခင်ဗျားတို့ကို ခွင့်လွှတ်ခဲ့သလို တစ်ယောက်ကိုတစ်ယောက် ခွင့်လွှတ်ကြပါ။	1 So I was put in prison because I preached about the Lord. And I urge you to live according to the calling you received from God. 2 Do not rise above one another. Be kind and be very patient. Love and accept one another despite the weaknesses. 3 If you maintain peace, you will live in spiritual unity. That is why you should make every effort to live in peace with one another. 4 You became different members of one Body, and God filled you with one Spirit. You received a calling from God, and He gave you one hope. 5 You believe in one Lord. You confess one faith and received one baptism. 6 One God became the Father for all of us. And He reigns over all of us, works through all of us, and lives in all of us. 7 Each of us received grace. And Christ gave different abilities to each one of us. 8 So the Scripture says, “He went up to a highest place, took captives into captivity and distributed gifts to the people.” 9 But first Christ came down to earth to the deepest places, and then He went up to a highest place. 10 Christ came down. And the same Christ rose high above all heavens and filled everything with His presence. 11 In the Church Christ appointed apostles, prophets, evangelists, pastors and teachers. 12 They equip the holy people of God to act and serve God. This way the Body of Christ will grow and become strong. 13 Our goal should be to understand more and more who the Son of God is. When we reach the unity in faith, we will become mature and fully grown up in Christ. Then we will meet the standard which Christ made for us. 14 We should not remain babies who doubt and are carried away by the changing winds of different teachings. When we grow up, we will not fall into delusion. And tricky people will not be able to involve us into their cunning schemes. 15 Let's speak the truth with love. Then we will grow up spiritually and in everything we will become like Christ who is the Head of the Church. 16 Christ unites the whole Body and holds it together with various connections. All members of the Body perfectly match one another. Each part of the Body does its work. Everyone grows and becomes strong through love. 17 In the name of the Lord I urge and insist that you should not live as the other nations do. In the past you behaved like the Gentiles who think of meaningless things and act just as senselessly. 18 The Gentiles do not know God and make their hearts hard. The darkness fills their minds and separates them from the life of God. 19 They feel no shame. They indulge in immoral activities and uncontrollably engage in disgusting things. 20 But you learned from Christ, so you must not do such things. 21 The truth is in Jesus. And when you got to know about Him, He taught you the truth. 22 So do not go back to your old way of life. Take off the old sinful nature from your inner person who lived in deception, was consumed by lust and destroyed himself in the past. 23 Let the Spirit renew your mind. 24 Put the new nature of God on your inner person who is created in the image of God. And your inner person will receive God’s righteousness, holiness, and truth. 25 We became different members of one Body of Christ. So do not lie, but tell the truth to one another. 26 When anger boils within you, do not insult one another. Anger can blind you so much that you may lose clarity of thought and find yourself in darkness, as if the sunlight disappeared. 27 Do not allow the devil to take control of any area of your life. 28 Work and help needy people. Do good with your hands and do not steal if you used to do so. 29 Do not use abusive language. Instead, speak kind words only. They strengthen faith and bring grace to those who listen to you. 30 Do not make the Holy Spirit sad. You belong to God, and He put on you the seal of His Spirit so that you would receive salvation on the day of redemption. 31 Do not accumulate bitterness in your hearts and do not give in to furious outbursts. Stop getting angry and shouting. Do not insult one another and do not do evil. 32 Instead, show kindness and compassion. Forgive one another as God forgave you in Christ.
အခန်းကြီး ၅	Chapter 5
၁ ခင်ဗျားတို့ဟာ ဘုရားသခင်ရဲ့သားသမီးတွေဖြစ်ကြပြီးတော့ ဘုရားသခင်က ခင်ဗျားတို့ကို ချစ်တယ်။ ဒါကြောင့် အရာရာမှာ ဘုရားသခင်ကို အတုယူလိုက်လျှောက်ကြပါ။ ၂ ခရစ်တော်က ကျွန်တော်တို့ကို ချစ်သလို တစ်ယောက်နဲ့တစ်ယောက် ချစ်ကြရအောင်။ ခရစ်တော်က ကျွန်တော်တို့အပြစ်တွေအတွက် သူ့ရဲ့အသက်ကို ပေးခဲ့ပြီးတော့ သူ့ကိုယ်သူ ယဇ်ပူဇော်ခဲ့တယ်။ ဘုရားသခင်က ခရစ်တော်ရဲ့ပူဇော်သက္ကာကို နှစ်သက်စရာကောင်းတဲ့ အမွှေးအကြိုင်အဖြစ် လက်ခံခဲ့တယ်။ ၃ ခင်ဗျားတို့တွေက လိင်ကိစ္စအကျင့်စာရိတ္တပျက်ပြားမှုတွေ၊ မစင်ကြယ်တဲ့အရာတွေ၊ လောဘကြီးခြင်းတွေနဲ့ လုံးဝ မပတ်သက်ရဘူး။ တန်ဖိုးရှိတဲ့ဘဝနဲ့ နေထိုင်ပြီးတော့ ဘုရားသခင်ရဲ့သန့်ရှင်းတဲ့ယုံကြည်သူတွေ ပြုမူတဲ့အတိုင်း ပြုမူကြပါ။ ၄ ညစ်ညူးတဲ့စကားလုံးတွေ၊ အဓိပ္ပါယ်မရှိတဲ့ စကားဝိုင်းတွေမှာ ပါဝင်တာ၊ ရိုင်းစိုင်းတဲ့စကားတွေနဲ့ ရိုင်းစိုင်းတဲ့ရယ်စရာပြက်လုံးတွေ ပြောဆိုတာကို မလုပ်ကြနဲ့။ အဲ့ဒီအစား တစ်ယောက်နဲ့တစ်ယောက် ယဉ်ယဉ်ကျေးကျး ဆက်ဆံကြပါ။ ၅ လိင်မှုကိစ္စအကျင့်စာရိတ္တပျက်တဲ့သူနဲ့ ညစ်ညမ်းတဲ့အရာတွေကို လုပ်တဲ့သူက ဘုရားသခင်နိုင်ငံတော်ရဲ့အမွေကို ရမှာမဟုတ်ဘူး။ ပြီးတော့ အရာဝတ္ထုတွေကို ရုပ်တုဆင်းတုလို ကိုးကွယ်တဲ့ လောဘကြီးတဲ့သူလည်း ဘုရားသခင်နိုင်ငံတော်ရဲ့အမွေကို ရမှာမဟုတ်ဘူး။ ဘုရားသခင်ရဲ့နိုင်ငံတော်မှာ ခရစ်တော်နဲ့ ဘုရားသခင်က စိုးစံအုပ်ချုပ်တယ်ဆိုတာ ခင်ဗျားတို့တွေ သိကြရမယ်။ ၆ ဘုရားသခင်က သူ့စကားကို မနာခံတဲ့လူတွေနဲ့ ခင်ဗျားတို့ကို အကျိုးမရှိတဲ့စကားတွေနဲ့လိမ်ညာတဲ့သူတွေ အပေါ် အမျက်ဒေါသထွက်လိမ့်မယ်။ ၇ ဒါကြောင့် ဒီလိုလူတွေနဲ့ လုံးဝ မပတ်သက်ကြပါနဲ့။ ၈ အတိတ်က ခင်ဗျားတို့ဘဝမှာ အမှောင်ထုနဲ့ ပြည့်နေခဲ့ပေမဲ့ အခုတော့ သခင်ယေရှုပေးခဲ့တဲ့ အလင်းက ခင်ဗျားတို့အထဲမှာ ထွန်းလင်းနေတယ်။ ခင်ဗျားတို့က အလင်းရဲ့သားသမီးတွေ ဖြစ်ကြတယ်။ ဒါကြောင့် အလင်းကို ဖြန့်ဝေစေနိုင်မဲ့နည်းနဲ့ အသက်ရှင်နေထိုင်ကြပါ။ ၉ ကောင်းတဲ့အကျင့်တွေကို ကျင့်ပြီးတော့ ဖြောင့်မတ်စွာနဲ့ ပြုမူကြပါ။ ဘုရားသခင်ရဲ့သမ္မာတရားကို ကောင်းကောင်း သင်ယူကြပါ။ ဒါမှ ခင်ဗျားတို့က ဝိညာဉ်အသီးကို သီးကြလိမ့်မယ်။ ၁၀ ဘုရားသခင်ရဲ့ အကြံအစည်တွေကို ပြည့်စုံစေပြီးတော့ ဘုရားသခင်ကို ကျေနပ်စေကြပါ။ ၁၁ အမှောင်ထဲမှာ လူတွေ လုပ်ကြတဲ့ အကျိုးမရှိတဲ့ လုပ်ဆောင်ချက်တွေမှာ မပါဝင်ကြနဲ့။ ဆန့်ကျင်ဖက်အနေနဲ့ ဒီလိုမျိုးအရာတွေအပေါ် ခင်ဗျားတို့ရဲ့ သဘောမတူညီမှုကို ဖော်ပြကြပါ။ ၁၂ လူတွေ လျှို့ဝှက်ပြီးလုပ်တဲ့အရာတွေအကြောင်းက ပြောရမှာတောင် ရှက်စရာကောင်းတယ်။ ၁၃ ဒီလိုအရာတွေအပေါ် ကျွန်တော်တို့ရဲ့သဘောမတူညီမှုကို ဖော်ပြတဲ့အခါ ကျွန်တော်တို့တွေက အလင်းကို သယ်ဆောင်ကြတယ်။ ၁၄ ဒါကြောင့် ဘုရားသခင်က “အိပ်ပျော်တဲ့သူ၊ နိုးတော့။ သေခြင်းကနေ ထတော့။ ခရစ်တော်က သင့်ကို အလင်းပေးတော့မယ်” လို့ ပြောတယ်။ ၁၅ ဒါကြောင့် အရင်ဆုံး တွေးတောဆင်ခြင်ပြီးမှ လုပ်ဆောင်ကြပါ။ ပညာရှိရှိ ပြုမူကြပါ၊ ပညာမဲ့တဲ့သူတွေလို မပြုမူကြနဲ့။ ၁၆ ဆိုးယုတ်ခြင်းက ခင်ဗျားတို့ဆီ ရောက်လာတဲ့နေ့ရှိလိမ့်မယ်၊ ခင်ဗျားတို့ရဲ့အချိန်ကို မဖြုန်းကြနဲ့။ ၁၇ ဘုရားသခင် ဘာလုပ်ချင်တာလဲဆိုတာကို ခင်ဗျားတို့ နားလည်ကြရမယ်။ ဒါဆို ခင်ဗျားတို့က ဆင်ခြင်ဉာဏ်နဲ့ ပြမူနိုင်ကြမယ်။ ၁၈ ခင်ဗျားတို့ကို စာရိတ္တပျက်ပြားစေမဲ့ အရက်သေစာ သောက်စားမူးယစ်တာကို မလုပ်ဘဲ သန့်ရှင်းတဲ့ဝိညာဉ်တော်နဲ့ ပြည့်ဝကြပါ။ ၁၉ ရှင်ဘုရင်ဒါဝိတ် ရေးဖွဲ့ခဲ့တဲ့ ဆာလံကျမ်းထဲက ချီးမွမ်းသီချင်းတွေကို ဆိုကြပါ။ ဝတ်ပြုကိုးကွယ်ခြင်း ဓမ္မသီချင်းတွေနဲ့ တစ်ယောက်ကိုတစ်ယောက် ခွန်အားပေးတိုက်တွန်းကြပါ။ သန့်ရှင်းတဲ့ဝိညာဉ်တော်က ခင်ဗျားတို့ကိုပေးတဲ့ သီချင်းတွေနဲ့ သခင်ဘုရားကို ချီးမြှောက်ကြပါ။ ခင်ဗျားတို့ရဲ့နှလုံးသားက သခင်ဘုရားကို ချီးမွမ်းသီချင်းဆိုပါစေ။ ၂၀ အခြေအနေတွေတိုင်းမှာ ကျွန်တော်တို့ရဲ့သခင် ယေရှုခရစ်တော်ရဲ့နာမအားဖြင့် အဖဘုရားသခင်ကို အမြဲကျေးဇူးတင်ကြပါ။ ၂၁ တစ်ယောက်ကိုတစ်ယောက် နာခံခြင်းနဲ့ ခင်ဗျားတို့က ဘုရားသခင်ကို အလွန်ရိုသေလေးမြတ်ကြောင်း ဖော်ပြကြပါ။ ၂၂ ဇနီးမယားတို့၊ ဘုရားသခင်ကို နာခံကြောင်းဖော်ပြဖို့ ခင်ဗျားတို့ရဲ့ လင်ယောကျ်ားတွေကို နာခံကြပါ။ ၂၃ ခရစ်တော်က အသင်းတော်ရဲ့ဦးခေါင်းဖြစ်သလိုပဲ လင်ယောကျ်ားက သူ့မိန်းမရဲ့ဦးခေါင်း ဖြစ်တယ်။ အသင်းတော်က သူ့ရဲ့ခန္ဓာကိုယ်ဖြစ်တဲ့အတွက် ခရစ်တော်က အသင်းတော်ကို အုပ်ချုပ်ရုံ မဟုတ်ဘဲ အသင်းတော်ကို ကယ်တင်ပေးပါတယ်။ ၂၄ အသင်းတော်က ခရစ်တော်ကို နာခံသလိုပဲ ဇနီးမယားတွေကလည်း သူတို့ရဲ့ လင်ယောကျ်ားတွေကို အရာရာမှာ နာခံရမယ်။ ၂၅ လင်ယောကျ်ားတို့၊ ခရစ်တော်က အသင်းတော်ကို ချစ်ပြီး အသင်းတော်အတွက် သူ့ရဲ့အသက်ကိုပေးခဲ့တဲ့အတိုင်း ခင်ဗျားတို့ရဲ့ ဇနီးမယားတွေကို ချစ်ကြပါ။ ၂၆ ခရစ်တော်က သူ့ရဲ့စကားတော်နဲ့ အသင်းတော်ကို ရေနဲ့ဆေးသလို ဆေးကြောခဲ့တယ်။ အသင်းတော်ကို စင်ကြယ်စေခဲ့ပြီးတော့ သန့်ရှင်းမြင့်မြတ်စေခဲ့တယ်။ ၂၇ အသင်းတော်က ခရစ်တော်ရှေ့မှောက်မှာရပ်ပြီးတော့ ဘုရားသခင်ရဲ့ ဘုန်းကျက်သရေနဲ့ ပြည့်ဝတယ်။ အသင်းတော်မှာ အစွန်းအထင်း၊ အနာအဆာနဲ့ ချွတ်ယွင်းချက်တွေ မရှိဘူး။ အသင်းတော်က သန့်ရှင်းမြင့်မြတ်ပြီး အပြစ်ကင်းတယ်။ ၂၈ လင်ယောကျ်ားတွေက ကိုယ့်ရဲ့ခန္ဓာကိုယ်ကို ချစ်သလို ကိုယ့်ရဲ့ဇနီးမယားတွေကို ချစ်ကြရမယ်။ ကိုယ့်ရဲ့ဇနီးမယားကို ချစ်တဲ့သူက ကိုယ့်ကိုယ်ကို ချစ်တဲ့သူဖြစ်တယ်။ ၂၉ ဘယ်သူ့မှ ကိုယ့်ရဲ့ကိုယ်ခန္ဓာကို မမုန်းဘူး။ ဆန့်ကျင်ဖက်အနေနဲ့ လူတိုင်းက ကိုယ့်ကိုယ်ကို ကျွေးမွေးပြီးတော့ ကိုယ့်ရဲ့ခန္ဓာကိုယ်ကို ဂရုတစိုက်စောင့်ရှောက်ကြတယ်။ အဲဒီလိုပဲ ခရစ်တော်က အသင်းတော်ကို ကျွေးမွေးပြီးတော့ ဂရုတစိုက်စောင့်ရှောက်တယ်။ ၃၀ အသင်းတော်က ခရစ်တော်ရဲ့ကိုယ်ခန္ဓာဖြစ်ပြီးတော့ ကျွန်တော်တို့က ခရစ်တော်ကိုယ်ခန္ဓာရဲ့ အင်္ဂါအစိတ်အပိုင်း ဖြစ်ကြတယ်။ ဘုရားသခင်က ခရစ်တော်ရဲ့ကိုယ်ခန္ဓာနဲ့အရိုးကနေ အသင်းတော်ကို ဖြစ်ပေါ်စေခဲ့တယ်။ ဒီလိုပဲ ဘုရားသခင်က အာဒံရဲ့ကိုယ်ခန္ဓာနဲ့အရိုးကနေ ဧဝကို ဖန်ဆင်းခဲ့တယ်။ ၃၁ ဒါကြောင့် ယောကျ်ားတစ်ယောက်ဟာ လက်ထပ်ထိမ်းမြားတဲ့အခါ သူ့ရဲ့မိဘဆီကနေ ခွဲပြီးတော့ သူ့ဇနီးမယားဆီကို ပေါင်းစည်းတယ်။ ဒီလိုနဲ့ လူနှစ်ယောက်က တစ်သားတစ်ကိုယ်တည်းအဖြစ် ပေါင်းစည်းကြတယ်။ ၃၂ ဒီနေရာမှာ ကြီးမားတဲ့လျှို့ဝှက်ချက်တစ်ခု ရှိနေပြီးတော့ ဒီလျှို့ဝှက်ချက်က ခရစ်တော်နဲ့ အသင်းတော်ကို ဆက်စပ်နေတယ်ဆိုတာ ကျွန်တော်ပြောချင်တယ်။ ၃၃ လင်ယောကျ်ားတိုင်း ကိုယ့်ကိုယ်ကိုချစ်သလို ကိုယ့်ရဲ့ဇနီးမယားကို ချစ်ကြရမယ်။ ဇနီးမယားလည်း ကိုယ့်ရဲ့လင်ယောကျ်ားကို အလွန်ရိုသေလေးစားရပါမယ်။	1 God loves you, you are His children, so imitate Him in everything. 2 Let’s love one another as Christ loves us. He gave His life for our sins and sacrificed Himself. And God accepted the sacrifice of Christ as a pleasant aroma. 3 You must have nothing to do with sexual immorality, impure things and greed. Live a worthy life and behave as the holy people of God do. 4 Do not use bad language, do not engage in foolish conversations and do not tell rude jokes. Instead, be polite with one another. 5 Sexually immoral person and the one who engages in wicked activities will not receive an inheritance in the Kingdom of God. And a greedy person who worships things like an idol will not receive an inheritance in this Kingdom either. You must know that Christ and God rule in this Kingdom. 6 God will pour out His wrath on the people who disobey Him and deceive you with empty words. 7 So have nothing to do with such people. 8 In the past you were filled with darkness. But now the light the Lord gave you shines in you. You are the children of the light. So live your life to spread the light. 9 Do good deeds and act honestly. Study the truth well, and you will bear the fruit of the Spirit. 10 Fulfill the plans of God and please God. 11 Do not take part in the fruitless activities which people do in the darkness. Instead, show your negative attitude towards such things. 12 It is shameful even to talk about the things people do in secret. 13 We shed light when we express our negative attitude towards such things. 14 So God says, “Sleeper, wake up and rise from the dead so that Christ may shine His light upon you.” 15 So think carefully before you act. Behave wisely and do not act like fools. 16 Do not waste your time on the day when evil comes to you. 17 You must understand what God wants to do. Then you will be able to act thoughtfully. 18 Do not get drunk with wine which will lead you to an immoral life, but instead be filled with the Spirit. 19 Sing songs of praise from the Psalms written by King David. Encourage one another with solemn hymns of worship. Glorify the Lord with the songs that the Spirit gives you. And let your hearts sing and praise the Lord. 20 Always give thanks to God and the Father in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ in every circumstances. 21 Submit to one another. This will show that you have a great reverence to God. 22 Wives, submit to your husbands. This will show that you obey the Lord. 23 A husband is the head of his wife as Christ is the Head of the Church. Christ does not only rule the Church, He also saves the Church because the Church is His Body. 24 As Church submits to Christ so wives should also submit to their husbands in everything. 25 Husbands, love your wives as Christ loved the Church and gave His life for the Church. 26 Christ purified the Church with His Word like with water. He cleansed and made the Church holy. 27 Now the Church stands before Christ, and it is filled with God's glory. The Church has no stain, no defect, and no fault. The Church became holy and blameless. 28 Husbands must love their wives as their bodies. He who loves his wife loves himself. 29 No man ever hates his body. Instead, everyone nourishes and takes care of it. In the same way, the Lord takes care of the Church and provides it with everything it needs. 30 The Church is the Body of Christ, and we are different members of His Body. As God created Eve from Adam's physical body and his bone, so God created the Church from Christ's physical body and His bone. 31 So when a man gets married, he leaves his father and mother, and joins his wife. And the two unite into one in the physical body. 32 And I say, there is a great secret hidden in this, and the secret relates to Christ and the Church. 33 Every husband must love his wife as he loves himself. And wife should respect her husband deeply.
အခန်းကြီး ၆	Chapter 6
၁ သားသမီးတို့၊ မိဘစကားကို နားထောင်ကြပါ။ ဘာဖြစ်လို့လဲဆိုတော့ မိဘစကားကို နားထောင်ခြင်းက မှန်ကန်တဲ့အရာဖြစ်တယ်။ မင်းတို့တွေက သခင်ယေရှုကို နာခံကြတယ်ဆိုတာ ဒီနည်းနဲ့ ပြသကြပါ။ ၂ ဘုရားသခင်က သူ့ရဲ့ကတိတော်ကိုပေးတဲ့ ပထမဆုံးပညတ်ချက်မှာ “ကိုယ့်ရဲ့အဖေနဲ့ အမေကို ရိုရိုသေသေ ဆက်ဆံကြပါ။ ၃ ဒါမှ မင်းတို့တွေက ကြွယ်ဝချမ်းသာပြီး မြေကြီးပေါ်မှာ အသက်ရှည်ရှည် နေရလိမ့်မယ်” လို့ ပြောထားတယ်။ ၄ ဖခင်တို့၊ ကိုယ့်သားသမီးတွေ စိတ်ဆိုးအောင် မလှုံ့ဆော်ကြနဲ့။ အဲ့ဒီလို လုပ်တာက သူတို့ကို စိတ်အနှောင့်အယှက်ဖြစ်စေတယ်။ အဲ့ဒီအစား သခင်ယေရှုရဲ့ သွန်သင်ချက်အတိုင်း သားသမီးတွေကို ပြုစုပျိုးထောင်ပြီးတော့ ဆုံးမပဲ့ပြင်ကြပါ။ ၅ အစေခံကျွန်တို့၊ ခင်ဗျားတို့ရဲ့ လောကီသခင်တွေကို အလွန်ရိုသေလေးစားပြီးတော့ သစ္စာရှိရှိ နာခံကြပါ။ ခရစ်တော်ကို နာခံတဲ့အတိုင်း ခင်ဗျားတို့ရဲ့သခင်တွေကို နာခံကြပါ။ ၆ ခင်ဗျားတို့ကို စောင့်ကြည့်နေတဲ့အချိန်မှာပဲ မဟုတ်ဘဲ သူတို့ကို အမြဲတမ်း စိတ်ကျေနပ်စေကြပါ။ ခင်ဗျားတို့က ခရစ်တော်ရဲ့အစေခံတွေ ဖြစ်လာပြီမို့လို့ ဘုရားသခင်ရဲ့ အလိုတော်ကို နှလုံးသားအပြည့်နဲ့ လုပ်ဆောင်ကြပါ။ ၇ လူတွေကို အစေခံသလို မဟုတ်ဘဲ၊ သခင်ယေရှုကို အစေခံသလို ခင်ဗျားတို့ရဲ့သခင်တွေကို လုံ့လဝီရိယရှိရှိ အစေခံကြပါ။ ၈ ကောင်းတဲ့အရာကို လုပ်ဆောင်ကြပါ။ အစေခံကျွန်ဖြစ်စေ၊ လွတ်လပ်တဲ့သူဖြစ်စေ ကောင်းတာလုပ်တဲ့သူတိုင်းကို ဘုရားသခင်က ဆုချမယ်ဆိုတာ စိတ်ချပါ။ ၉ သခင်တို့၊ ခင်ဗျားတို့ရဲ့ အစေခံကျွန်တွေအပေါ် ကောင်းကောင်းမွန်မွန် ပြုမူကြပါ။ သူတို့ကို မခြိမ်းခြောက်ကြနဲ့။ ခင်ဗျားတို့နဲ့ အစေခံကျွန်တွေရဲ့အထက်မှာ ခင်ဗျားတို့ရဲ့ အပြုအမူတွေကိုမြင်တဲ့ ကောင်းကင်နိုင်ငံက သခင် ရှိတယ်ဆိုတာ သတိရကြပါ။ သခင်က ခင်ဗျားတို့ကိုရော၊ အစေခံကျွန်တွေကိုရော မျက်နှာသာမပေးဘူး။ ၁၀ ညီအစ်ကိုတို့၊ သခင်ယေရှုရဲ့ ခွန်အား၊ အစွမ်းသတ္တိနဲ့ ကိုယ့်ကိုယ်ကို ခိုင်ခံ့စေကြပါ။ ၁၁ ခင်ဗျားတို့ကို ဘုရားသခင် ပေးထားတဲ့ ဝိညာဉ်ချပ်ဝတ်တန်ဆာ အပြည့်အစုံကို ဝတ်ဆင်ထားပါ။ ဒါမှ ခင်ဗျားတို့က မာရ်နတ်ရဲ့ ဆိုးယုတ်တဲ့အကြံအစည်တွေကို ခုခံနိုင်ကြမယ်။ ၁၂ ကျွန်တော်တို့က ရုပ်ခန္ဓာနဲ့ အသွေးအသားမရှိတဲ့ ရန်သူကို ဆန့်ကျင်တိုက်ခိုက်ကြတာ ဖြစ်တယ်။ ကျွန်တော်တို့ရဲ့စစ်ပွဲက အုပ်ချုပ်သူတွေ၊ အာဏာရှိသူတွေ၊ ဒီလောကရဲ့ မှောင်မိုက်ကိုအုပ်စိုးတဲ့ စွမ်းအားရှင်တွေကို ဆန့်ကျင်တာဖြစ်တယ်။ ဒီ မကောင်းဆိုးဝါးဝိညာဉ်တွေက မိုးကောင်းကင်မှာနေကြပြီးတော့ ကျွန်တော်တို့က သူတို့ကို ဆန့်ကျင်တိုက်ခိုက်ကြတယ်။ ၁၃ ဘုရားသခင်က ခင်ဗျားတို့ကို ပေးထားတဲ့ ဝိညာဉ်ချပ်ဝတ်တန်ဆာအစုံကို ဝတ်ဆင်ထားမှ ဆိုးယုတ်တဲ့နေ့ရောက်လာတဲ့အခါ ခင်ဗျားတို့က ရန်သူကို ခုခံတားဆီးနိုင်ကြမယ်။ ဒါမှ ခင်ဗျားတို့က အရာအားလုံးကို ကျော်လွှားပြီးတော့ တိုက်ပွဲအပြီးမှာ အောင်ပွဲခံရလိမ့်မယ်။ ၁၄ ဒါကြောင့် ရန်သူရဲ့တိုက်ခိုက်မှုကို ခုခံဖို့ အသင့်ပြင်ဆင်ပါ။ ဘုရားသခင်ရဲ့သမ္မာတရားကို စစ်ခါးပတ်လို ပတ်ထားပါ။ ဘုရားသခင်ရဲ့ဖြောင့်မတ်ခြင်းကို ရင်အုပ်တန်ဆာလို ဝတ်ဆင်ထားပါ။ ၁၅ ခရစ်တော်အကြောင်းသတင်းကောင်းကို ဖိနပ်လို ခင်ဗျားတို့ရဲ့ ခြေထောက်မှာ စီးထားပါ။ ဒါမှ ခင်ဗျားတို့က တခြားသူတွေဆီ သွားပြီး ဘုရားသခင်ရဲ့ငြိမ်သက်ခြင်းကို သယ်ဆောင်ဖို့ အဆင်သင့် ဖြစ်ကြမယ်။ ၁၆ ယုံကြည်ခြင်းကို ဒိုင်းလွှားလို အသုံးပြုဖို့ သိပ်အရေးကြီးတယ်။ မာရ်နတ်က မြှားတွေကို မီးနဲ့ညှိပြီးတော့ ခင်ဗျားတို့ဆီ ချိန်ထားပေမဲ့ ခင်ဗျားတို့တွေက ယုံကြည်ခြင်းဒိုင်းလွှားနဲ့ မီးလျှံတွေကို ငြိမ်းသတ်နိုင်ကြလိမ့်မယ်။ ၁၇ ကယ်တင်ခြင်းကို သံခမောက်လို ခင်ဗျားတို့ခေါင်းပေါ်မှာ ဆောင်းထားကြပါ။ ဝိညာဉ်တော်ပြောတဲ့ဘုရားသခင်ရဲ့နှုတ်ကပတ်ကျမ်းစကားကို ဓါးအဖြစ် အသုံးပြုကြပါ။ ၁၈ ဘယ်အချိန်မဆို ဝိညာဉ်တော်နဲ့ ဆုတောင်းကြပါ။ ဘယ်ဆုတောင်းချက်မှာမဆို ခင်ဗျားတို့ရဲ့ လိုအပ်ချက်တွေနဲ့ သန့်ရှင်းတဲ့ယုံကြည်သူတွေရဲ့ လိုအပ်ချက်တွေကို ကူညီမစပေးဖို့ ဘုရားသခင်ဆီ တောင်းလျှောက်ဖို့ မမေ့ကြပါနဲ့။ ၁၉ ဘုရားသခင်က ကျွန်တော့်ကို မှန်ကန်တဲ့စကားလုံးတွေပေးဖို့ ကျွန်တော့်အတွက်လည်း ဆုတောင်းပေးကြပါ။ ခရစ်တော်အကြောင်း သတင်းကောင်းကို ကျွန်တော် ရဲရဲဝံ့ဝံဟောပြောနိုင်ဖို့ ဆုတောင်းပေးကြပါ။ ဒါမှ ဘုရားသခင်က ကျွန်တော့်ဆီ ဖော်ပြခဲ့တဲ့ လျှို့ဝှက်နက်နဲတဲ့အရာကို တခြားသူတွေဆီ ပြောပြနိုင်မှာ ဖြစ်တယ်။ ၂၀ ခရစ်တော်အကြောင်း သတင်းကောင်းကို ဟောပြောခဲ့လို့ ကျွန်တော်က ထောင်အကျဉ်းသား ဖြစ်လာခဲ့တယ်။ ဒါပေမဲ့ အကျဉ်းကျခံနေရတာတောင်မှ ကျွန်တော်က ဘုရားသခင်ရဲ့ တရားစကားကို ဆက်ပြီးဟောပြောတယ်။ သခင်ယေရှုအကြောင်းကို ရဲရဲဝံ့ဝံ့ ဟောပြောရမှာမို့လို့ ကျွန်တော့်အတွက် ဆုတောင်းပေးကြပါ။ ၂၁ ကျွန်တော် ဘယ်လိုမျိုး အခြေအနေကို ကြုံတွေ့နေရပြီးတော့ ကျွန်တော် ဘာတွေလုပ်နေတယ်ဆိုတာ ခင်ဗျားတို့ကို သိစေချင်တယ်။ သခင်ယေရှုကို သစ္စာရှိရှိအစေခံနေတဲ့ ကျွန်တော်တို့ရဲ့ ချစ်ညီလေးတုခိတ်က ခင်ဗျားတို့ကို အကြောင်းစုံပြောပြလိမ့်မယ်။ ၂၂ ဒါကြောင့် ကျွန်တော် တုခိတ်ကို ခင်ဗျားတို့ဆီ လွှတ်လိုက်တယ်။ သူက ကျွန်တော်တို့သတင်းတွေကို ခင်ဗျားတို့ဆီ ယူလာပေးပြီးတော့ ခင်ဗျားတို့ရဲ့စိတ်နှလုံးသားတွေကို ငြိမ်သက်စေလိမ့်မယ်။ ၂၃ ညီအစ်ကိုတို့၊ အဖဘုရားသခင်နဲ့ သခင်ယေရှုခရစ်တော်က ခင်ဗျားတို့ကို ငြိမ်သက်ခြင်း၊ ချစ်ခြင်းမေတ္တာနဲ့ ယုံကြည်ခြင်းတွေ ဖြည့်ပေးပါစေ။ ၂၄ ကျွန်တော်တို့ရဲ့သခင် ယေရှုခရစ်တော်ကို အမြဲထာဝရချစ်ပြီးတော့ သူ့ရဲ့ကျေးဇူးတော် ထဲမှာအသက်ရှင်ကြပါ။ အာမင် - ပြည့်စုံပါစေ။	1 Children, obey your parents because it is correct. This will show that you obey the Lord. 2 The first commandment where God gives us His promise, says, “Treat your father and mother with respect. 3 Then you will live in full prosperity, and your life will last for many years on earth.” 4 Fathers, do not provoke your children to anger, because it annoys them. But raise them up and discipline them according to the teaching of the Lord. 5 Slaves, obey your earthly masters with deep respect and dedication. Submit to them as you would submit to Christ. 6 Please them always, not just when they are observing you. You became the slaves of Christ, so do the will of God with all your heart. 7 Serve your masters as diligently as you would serve the Lord, not the people. 8 Do good deeds. Be sure that for this the Lord will reward every slave and every free person with good. 9 And you, masters, do good to your slaves and do not threaten them. Remember that above both you and the servants there is the Lord in heaven who can see how you act. He shows no favoritism to you nor the slaves. 10 Brothers, make yourselves strong with the power and strength of the Lord. 11 Put on the full spiritual armor which God gives you. Then you will be able to resist the evil plans of the devil. 12 We fight against the enemy who has no blood and no physical body. Our war is against the rulers, against the authorities, against powers which rule the darkness of this world. These evil spirits belong to the heavenly realms, and we are fighting against them. 13 Take the full spiritual armor that God gives you to resist the enemy on the day when evil comes against you. Then you will be able to overcome every challenge. And when the battle is over, you will remain standing victorious. 14 So be ready to repel the attack of the enemy. Take the truth and put it on like a military belt. Take the righteousness of God and put it on like a breastplate. 15 Take the Good News about Christ and put it on your feet like shoes. Then you will be ready to go and bring God's peace to others. 16 But the most important thing is to take faith and use it like a shield. The devil flames his arrows in the fire and aims at you, but you will be able to extinguish the flames of fire with the shield of faith. 17 Take salvation and put it on your head like a helmet. Take the Word of God spoken by the Spirit and use it like a sword. 18 Pray in the Spirit at all times. In every prayer remember to ask God to help you with your needs and with the needs of the holy people of God. 19 Pray also for me. Ask God to give me right words. Pray that I could boldly preach the Good News about Christ. Then I will be able to share with others the secret that God revealed to me. 20 I was put in prison because I preached the Good News about Christ. But even in prison I keep spreading a message of God. Pray for me, because I must speak boldly about the Lord. 21 I want you to know the situation I am experiencing and what I am doing. Our dear brother Tychicus who serves faithfully to the Lord, will tell you everything. 22 So I am sending him to you. Tychicus will bring you our news, and your hearts will find peace. 23 Brothers, may God the Father and the Lord Jesus Christ fill you with peace, love and faith. 24 Forever love our Lord Jesus Christ, and you will live in His grace.
