Chapter 1 | အခန်းကြီး ၁ |
| 1 I, Paul, became an apostle of Jesus Christ by God’s will. I am writing to the holy people of God who live in Ephesus and serve Jesus Christ faithfully. | ၁ ကျွန်တော်က ပေါလု ဖြစ်ပြီးတော့ ဘုရားသခင်ရဲ့အလိုတော်ကြောင့် ယေရှုခရစ်တော်ရဲ့ တမန်တော် ဖြစ်လာခဲ့ပါတယ်။ ယေရှုခရစ်တော်ကို သစ္စာရှိရှိအစေခံနေကြတဲ့ ဧဖက်မြို့က ဘုရားသခင်ရဲ့သန့်ရှင်းတဲ့ယုံကြည်သူတွေဆီ ကျွန်တော် စာရေးလိုက်ပါတယ်။ |
| 2 God is our Father, and Jesus Christ is our Lord. May God fill you with His grace, and may Jesus give peace to your hearts. | ၂ ကျွန်တော်တို့ရဲ့ အဖဘုရားသခင်နဲ့ သခင်ယေရှုခရစ်တော်ဆီက ကျေးဇူးတော်နဲ့ ငြိမ်သက်ခြင်းကို လက်ခံရရှိကြပါစေ။ |
| 3 Blessed be God, the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ. Now we belong to Christ, so God has blessed us. He has given us all the spiritual blessings that are in heaven. | ၃ ကျွန်တော်တို့ သခင် ယေရှုခရစ်တော်ရဲ့အဖခမည်းတော်ဖြစ်တဲ့ ဘုရားသခင်ဟာ မင်္ဂလာရှိတယ်။ ကျွန်တော်တို့ဟာ ခရစ်တော်နဲ့ သက်ဆိုင်ကြလို့ ဘုရားသခင်က ကျွန်တော်တို့ကို ကောင်းကြီးမင်္ဂလာပေးခဲ့တယ်။ ဘုရားသခင်က ကောင်းကင်နိုင်ငံဘုံမှာ သိုလှောင်ထားတဲ့ ဝိညာဉ်ဆိုင်ရာကောင်းကြီးမင်္ဂလာ အပြည့်အစုံကို ကျွန်တော်တို့ဆီ ပေးခဲ့တယ်။ |
| 4 God chose us in Christ before He created this whole world. He did it so that we would be holy and blameless in His presence and live in His love. | ၄ ဘုရားသခင်ဟာ လောကကြီးကို မဖန်ဆင်းခင်ကတည်းက ခရစ်တော်နဲ့ အတူရှိဖို့ ကျွန်တော်တို့ကို ရွေးချယ်ခဲ့တယ်။ ဘုရားသခင်က ကျွန်တော်တို့တွေ သူ့ရဲ့ချစ်ခြင်းမေတ္တာထဲမှာ အသက်ရှင်နေထိုင်ပြီး၊ သူ့ရဲ့ရှေ့မှောက်မှာ သန့်ရှင်းပြီး အပြစ်ကင်းကြဖို့ ကျွန်တော်တို့ကို ရွေးချယ်ခဲ့တယ်။ |
| 5 Before the world was created, God decided to adopt us through Jesus Christ, and He did it with great joy. | ၅ ဘုရားသခင်က ယေရှုခရစ်တော်အားဖြင့် ကျွန်တော်တို့ကို မွေးစားဖို့ ကြိုတင်ဆုံးဖြတ်ခဲ့ပြီးသား ဖြစ်တယ်။ ဘုရားသခင်က သူ့ရဲ့အကြံအစည်ကို ဖြစ်မြောက်စေချင်ခဲ့တယ်။ |
| 6 God became our Father. That is why He deserves all glory and greatness. He did all this by the grace that He poured out on us through His beloved Son Jesus. | ၆ ဘုရားသခင်က သူ့ရဲ့ကြီးမြတ်ခြင်း၊ ဘုန်းကျက်သရေနဲ့ ကျေးဇူးတော်ထဲမှာ ကျွန်တော်တို့ကို မွေးစားခဲ့တယ်။ ပြီးတော့ သူ့ရဲ့ကျေးဇူးတော်ကို သူချစ်တဲ့ယေရှုအားဖြင့် ကျွန်တော်တို့အပေါ် သွန်းလောင်းခဲ့တယ်။ |
| 7 By His blood Christ paid for our freedom from sin. God’s grace is so great that it has no limits. That’s why God forgave all our sins. | ၇ ခရစ်တော်ဟာ သူ့ရဲ့အသွေးနဲ့ ကျွန်တော်တို့ရဲ့အပြစ်ကြွေးအတွက် ဆပ်ပေးခဲ့ပြီးတော့ ကျွန်တော်တို့ကို အပြစ်ကနေ လွတ်မြောက်စေခဲ့တယ်။ ဘုရားသခင်က ကျေးဇူးတော်နဲ့ ပြည့်ဝလို့ ကျွန်တော်တို့ရဲ့ အပြစ်တွေကို ခွင့်လွှတ်ပေးခဲ့တယ်။ |
| 8 God poured out His grace on us in great abundance. Along with it, He gave us all wisdom and insight so that we can understand His truth and apply it rightly. | ၈ ဘုရားသခင်က သူ့ရဲ့ကျေးဇူးတော်ကို ကျွန်တော်တို့အပေါ် ကြွယ်ဝများပြားစွာနဲ့ သွန်းလောင်းပေးခဲ့တယ်။ ဘုရားသခင်က ကျွန်တော်တို့ကို ဉာဏ်ပညာနဲ့ သိနားလည်ခြင်းအားလုံး ပေးခဲ့တယ်။ |
| 9 Even before God created this whole world, He wanted to reveal to us the mystery of His will and to fulfill His plan through Christ. And He did it with great joy. | ၉ ဘုရားသခင်က သူ့အလိုတော်ရဲ့လျှို့ဝှက်ချက်ကို ကျွန်တော်တို့ဆီ ဖော်ပြချင်ခဲ့တယ်။ ပြီးတော့ ဘုရားသခင်ဟာ ဟိုးအစကတည်းက ခရစ်တော်အားဖြင့် ဒီအကြံအစည်ကို ပြည့်စုံစေချင်ခဲ့တယ်။ |
| 10 God’s purpose was to unite all things in heaven and on earth at the perfect time that He Himself had chosen, and to place Christ as Head over everything. | ၁၀ ဘုရားသခင်က ကောင်းကင်နဲ့ မြေကြီးပေါ်မှာ တည်ရှိသမျှအရာတွေအားလုံးကို အတူတကွပေါင်းစည်းစေမဲ့ ပြီးပြည့်စုံတဲ့အချိန် ရောက်လာပြီးတော့ ခရစ်တော်က အရာအားလုံးအထက်မှာ အုပ်စိုးလိမ့်မယ်။ |
| 11 God planned to give us an inheritance. He decided in advance that we would receive it because we belong to Christ. In this way, God fulfilled all His plans and desires. | ၁၁ ဘုရားသခင်က ကျွန်တော်တို့ကို သူ့ရဲ့အမွေဥစ္စာ ပေးဖို့ စီစဉ်ခဲ့ပါတယ်။ ကျွန်တော်တို့ဟာ ခရစ်တော်နဲ့ သက်ဆိုင်ကြလို့ ဒီအမွေကို ကျွန်တော်တို့တွေ လက်ခံရရှိကြဖို့ ဘုရားသခင်က အစကတည်းက ကြိုတင်ဆုံးဖြတ်ခဲ့တယ်။ ဘုရားသခင်က သူ့ရဲ့အကြံအစည်တွေနဲ့ သူ့ရဲ့အလိုဆန္ဒတွေအားလုံးကို ပြည့်စုံစေခဲ့တယ်။ |
| 12 We were the first to turn to Christ and put our hope in Him. Now God is using us to show everyone how great and glorious He is. | ၁၂ ကျွန်တော်တို့က ခင်ဗျားတို့ထက်အရင် ခရစ်တော်ကို ယုံကြည်ခဲ့ကြပါတယ်။ ကျွန်တော်တို့ဟာ ဘုရားသခင်ရဲ့ ကြီးမြတ်မှုနဲ့ ဘုန်းကျက်သရေထဲကို ဝင်ရဖို့ ကျွန်တော်တို့ရဲ့မျှော်လင့်ချက်ကို ခရစ်တော်ဆီမှာ ထားကြတယ်။ |
| 13 You also heard the word of truth. This is the Good News that God wants to save you from sin. When you believed in Christ, God sealed you with the Holy Spirit, whom He promised to give to all believers. | ၁၃ ဘုရားသခင်က ခင်ဗျားတို့ကို အပြစ်ကနေ ကယ်တင်ချင်တယ်ဆိုတဲ့ သတင်းကောင်းဖြစ်တဲ့ ဘုရားရဲ့သမ္မာတရားစကားကို ခင်ဗျားတို့လည်း ကြားခဲ့ကြပါတယ်။ ခင်ဗျားတို့က ခရစ်တော်ကို ယုံကြည်ခဲ့ကြလို့ ဘုရားသခင်က ယုံကြည်သူတွေကိုပေးဖို့ ကတိပေးခဲ့တဲ့ သန့်ရှင်းတဲ့ဝိညာဉ်တော်ရဲ့တံဆိပ်ကို ခင်ဗျားတို့အပေါ် ခတ်နှိပ်ခဲ့တယ်။ |
| 14 The Holy Spirit is God’s guarantee that we will receive the entire inheritance that God promised us. Christ redeemed us, and now we belong to God. God did all this so that everyone would see how great and glorious He is. | ၁၄ သန့်ရှင်းတဲ့ဝိညာဉ်တော်က ကျွန်တော်တို့မှာ အမွေဥစ္စာရှိတယ်ဆိုတဲ့ အာမခံ ဖြစ်တယ်။ ခရစ်တော်က ကျွန်တော်တို့ကို ရွေးနှုတ်ကယ်တင်ခဲ့လို့ အခု ကျွန်တော်တိုက ဘုရားသခင်နဲ့ သက်ဆိုင်တဲ့သူတွေဖြစ်ကြတယ်။ ဒါကြောင့် ကျွန်တော်တို့က ဘုရားသခင်ရဲ့ ကြီးမြတ်မှုနဲ့ ဘုန်းကျက်သရေထဲကို ဝင်နိုင်ကြတာ ဖြစ်တယ်။ |
| 15 I have heard that you believe in Jesus Christ and love all the holy people of God. | ၁၅ ခင်ဗျားတို့က ယေရှုခရစ်တော်ကို ယုံကြည်ကြပြီးတော့ သန့်ရှင်းတဲ့လူတွေအားလုံးကို ချစ်ကြတယ်ဆိုတဲ့ အကြောင်းတွေ ကျွန်တော် ကြားရပါတယ်။ |
| 16 So I always thank God for you and remember you in my prayers. | ၁၆ ဒါကြောင့် ဘုရားသခင်ဆီမှာ ခင်ဗျားတို့အတွက် ကျေးဇူးတင်ချီးမွမ်းသလို ကျွန်တော့် ဆုတောင်းချက်တွေမှာ ခင်ဗျားတို့ကို ပုံမှန်သတိရတယ်။ |
| 17 The God of our Lord Jesus Christ is great and glorious. May He give you the Spirit of wisdom and revelation so that you may know God more and more. | ၁၇ ကျွန်တော်တို့သခင် ယေရှုခရစ်တော်ရဲ့ ဘုရားသခင်က ဉာဏ်ပညာနဲ့ဆိုင်တဲ့ဝိညာဉ်ကို ခင်ဗျားတို့ဆီ ပေးသနားပါစေ။ ဘုန်းကြီးတဲ့အဖခမည်းတော်က ခင်ဗျားတို့ကို သဘာဝလွန်နားလည်နိုင်စွမ်းရှိတဲ့ဝိညာဉ်တော်ကို ပေးဖို့ ကျွန်တော် ဆုတောင်းပေးပါတယ်။ ဒါမှ ဘုရားသခင်က ဘယ်သူလဲဆိုတာ ခင်ဗျားတို့တွေ အပြည့်အဝ နားလည်လာနိုင်မှာ ဖြစ်တယ်။ |
| 18 May God shine His light into the spiritual eyes of your heart so that you will understand the hope He gave you when He called you to Himself. Then you will also see the incredible riches and glorious inheritance that God has prepared for His holy people. | ၁၈ ဘုရားသခင်က သူ့ရဲ့အလင်းကို ခင်ဗျားတို့အပေါ်မှာ ထွန်းလင်းစေပါစေ။ ဒါမှ ဘုရားသခင်က ခင်ဗျားတို့အတွက်ထားတဲ့ မျှော်လင့်ခြင်းနဲ့ ခေါ်ယူခွဲခန့်ခြင်းကို ခင်ဗျားတို့ရဲ့နှလုံးသားမျက်စိက မြင်လာလိမ့်မယ်။ အဲဒီအခါ သန့်ရှင်းတဲ့ယုံကြည်သူတွေဟာ ဘယ်လိုမျိုး ကြွယ်ဝချမ်းသာခြင်းတွေ၊ ဘုန်းကျက်သရေတွေ၊ ဘုရားရဲ့အမွေဥစ္စာတွေနဲ့ သက်ဆိုင်နေသလဲဆိုတာ ခင်ဗျားတို့တွေ အပြည့်အဝ သိနားလည်လာလိမ့်မယ်။ |
| 19 I pray that you will understand how great and unlimited God’s authority and power are — the same power that is at work in us who believe. | ၁၉ ကျွန်တော်တို့က ခရစ်တော်ကို ယုံကြည်ကြတယ်။ အဲ့ဒါကြောင့် ဘုရားသခင်က ကျွန်တော်တို့အပေါ် သူ့ရဲ့အကန့်အသတ်မဲ့ ကြီးမြတ်ခြင်းနဲ့ အစွမ်းတန်ခိုးကို ဖြည့်ပေးတယ်။ အဲ့ဒါကို ခင်ဗျားတို့တွေ အပြည့်အဝ သိနားလည်နိုင်ကြဖို့ ဘုရားသခင်ဆီ ကျွန်တော် တောင်းလျှောက်ပါတယ်။ ဘုရားသခင်က သူ့ရဲ့မဟာတန်ခိုးတော်နဲ့ ကျွန်တော်တို့အထဲမှာ အလုပ်လုပ်တယ်။ |
| 20 And the same great power was at work in Christ when God raised Him from the dead and seated Him in heaven at His right hand in the place of highest honor. | ၂၀ ပြီးတော့ ဘုရားသခင်က ခရစ်တော်ကို သေခြင်းကနေ ပြန်ရှင်စေခဲ့တုန်းကလည်း တူညီတဲ့တန်ခိုးနဲ့ အလုပ်လုပ်ခဲ့တာဖြစ်တယ်။ ကောင်းကင်နိုင်ငံမှာ ဘုရားသခင်က ခရစ်တော်ကို သူ့ရဲ့လက်ယာဘက်မှာ ထိုင်စေပြီးတော့ အခွင့်အာဏာကို ပေးခဲ့တယ်။ |
| 21 God gave Christ all authority. He placed Him far above every level of power, both in the visible world and in the spiritual realm. Jesus is above every ruler, every authority, every power, and everything that governs this world or influences it from the unseen spiritual world. God gave Christ far more power and the right to act than any other person who holds a high position. God exalted the name of Christ far above every name that exists now or will appear in the future. | ၂၁ ဘုရားသခင်က ခရစ်တော်ကို အုပ်ချုပ်သူမင်း ဒါမှမဟုတ် တန်ခိုးအာဏာရှိရှိသမျှရဲ့ အထက်မှာ ခန့်ထားခဲ့တယ်။ ဘုရားသခင်က ခရစ်တော်ကို ခေါင်းဆောင်ရာထူးမှာရှိတဲ့ တခြားလူတွေအားလုံးထက် ပိုပြီးတော့ အစွမ်းတန်ခိုး ပေးခဲ့တယ်။ ဘုရားသခင်က ခရစ်တော်ကို ဒီနှစ်ကာလတစ်လျှောက်တည်ရှိတဲ့ အမည်နာမတွေနဲ့ အနာဂတ်မှာပေါ်ပေါက်လာမဲ့ အမည်နာမတွေအားလုံးရဲ့ အထက်မှာ ပိုပြီးတော့ ချီးမြှောက်ခဲ့တယ်။ |
| 22 God placed everything in the universe under Christ’s authority. He put Christ above all things and made Him the Head of the Church. | ၂၂ ဘုရားသခင်က အရာအားလုံးကို ခရစ်တော်ရဲ့ခြေထောက်အောက်မှာ ထားလိုက်တယ်။ ဘုရားသခင်က ခရစ်တော်ကို အရာအားလုံးရဲ့အထက်မှာ ထားပြီးတော့ ခရစ်တော်က အသင်းတော်ရဲ့ဦးခေါင်း ဖြစ်လာတယ်။ |
| 23 The Church is the Body of Christ. Christ fills it completely with His presence, just as He completely fills everything that exists in the entire universe. | ၂၃ အသင်းတော်က ခရစ်တော်ရဲ့ကိုယ်ခန္ဓာ ဖြစ်တယ်။ ခရစ်တော်က အသင်းတော်နဲ့ အရာခပ်သိမ်းကို သူ့ရဲ့မျက်မှောက်တော်နဲ့ ပြည့်ဝစေခဲ့တယ်။ |
Chapter 2 | အခန်းကြီး ၂ |
| 1 You used to be spiritually dead because you disobeyed God and lived in sin. | ၁ အတိတ်က ခင်ဗျားတို့ဟာ အပြစ်ထဲမှာ အသက်ရှင်နေထိုင်ခဲ့ကြပြီး အပြစ်က ခင်ဗျားတို့ကို သေစေခဲ့တယ်။ |
| 2 At that time, you lived a sinful life. You belonged to this world and followed its values, which go against God’s Word. You were under the power of the spirit of evil, who still rules in the unseen spiritual realm and works in the hearts of those who oppose God. | ၂ ဒီလောကသားတွေ လုပ်ကြသလိုပဲ ခင်ဗျားတို့က ပြုမူခဲ့ကြတယ်။ ဒီလောကက လေထဲမှာစိုးစံပြီး အုပ်ချုပ်တဲ့ဝိညာဉ်ကို နာခံတယ်။ အခု သူက ဘုရားသခင်ကို မနာခံတဲ့ လူတွေထဲမှာ အလုပ်လုပ်နေတယ်။ |
| 3 We used to live like everyone else. We obeyed our sinful nature and did whatever we wanted. We thought about sin and acted on whatever came into our minds. Like everyone else, we were born with a sinful nature and deserved God’s anger. | ၃ ကျွန်တော်တို့က တခြားလူတွေလို ပြုမူခဲ့ကြပြီးတော့ ကျွန်တော်တို့ရဲ့ ကိုယ်ခန္ဓာထဲမှာရှိတဲ့ တပ်မက်ခြင်းနဲ့ တောက်လောင်နေခဲ့ကြတယ်။ ကျွန်တော်တို့ရဲ့ စိတ်ထဲမှာ ပေါ်လာတဲ့အတိုင်း ကျွန်တော်တို့ လုပ်ခဲ့ကြတယ်။ ကျွန်တော်တို့ရဲ့ ကိုယ်ခန္ဓာပြုမူချင်တဲ့အတိုင်း ကျွန်တော်တို့တွေ ပြုမူခဲ့ကြတယ်။ ပြီးတော့ ကျွန်တော်တို့က ကျန်တဲ့လူတွေလိုပဲ သဘာဝအရ အမျက်ဒေါသရဲ့ သားသမီးတွေ ဖြစ်ခဲ့ကြတယ်။ |
| 4 We deserved God’s punishment. But God loves us so much that instead of judgment, He showed us His great mercy, which has no limits. | ၄ ဒါပေမဲ့ ဘုရားသခင်က ကြီးမားတဲ့မေတ္တာနဲ့ ပြည့်ဝပြီးတော့ ကရုဏာနဲ့ကြွယ်ဝတဲ့အတွက် သူ့ရဲ့ချစ်ခြင်းမေတ္တာကို ကျွန်တော်တို့ဆီ ဖော်ပြခဲ့ပါတယ်။ |
| 5 We used to be spiritually dead because we disobeyed God. But God made us alive with Christ and gave us a new life. He saved us by His grace. | ၅ အတိတ်က ကျွန်တော်တို့ဟာ ဘုရားသခင်ကို မနာခံခဲ့ကြလို့ မနာခံခြင်းက ကျွန်တော်တို့ကို သေစေခဲ့တယ်။ ဒါပေမဲ့ ဘုရားသခင်က ကျွန်တော်တို့ကို ခရစ်တော်နဲ့အတူ အသက်ရှင်စေခဲ့ပြီးတော့ သူ့ရဲ့ကျေးဇူးတော်နဲ့ ကျွန်တော်တို့ကို ကယ်တင်ခဲ့တယ်။ |
| 6 God raised us up with Christ and seated us with Him in heaven in Jesus Christ. | ၆ ဘုရားသခင်က ကျွန်တော်တို့ကို ခရစ်တော်နဲ့အတူ အသက်ပြန်ရှင်စေခဲ့ပြီးတော့ ယေရှုခရစ်တော်နဲ့အတူ ကောင်းကင်နိုင်ငံမှာ ထိုင်စေခဲ့တယ်။ |
| 7 God did all this so that all future generations would see how great and unlimited His grace is and how much kindness He showed us through Jesus Christ. | ၇ အနာဂတ်မှာ ဘုရားသခင်က ခရစ်တော်အားဖြင့် မယုံကြည်နိုင်လောက်အောင်ကြွယ်ဝတဲ့ သူ့ရဲ့ကျေးဇူးတော်နဲ့ သနားကြင်နာခြင်းကို ကျွန်တော်တို့ဆီ ဖော်ပြလိမ့်မယ်။ |
| 8 When you believed in Jesus, God saved you by His grace. Salvation is a gift from God that none of us can earn. | ၈ ခင်ဗျားတို့တွေက ယေရှုကို ယုံကြည်ခဲ့ကြလို့ ဘုရားသခင်က ခင်ဗျားတို့ကို ကျေးဇူးတော်နဲ့ ကယ်တင်ခဲ့တယ်။ ဘုရားသခင်ဆီက ဒီလိုမျိုးလက်ဆောင်ကို ဘယ်သူမှ မထိုက်တန်ပါဘူး။ |
| 9 So no one can boast, as if he earned salvation by his good deeds. | ၉ ဒါကြောင့် ကိုယ့်ရဲ့လုပ်ဆောင်မှုတွေကြောင့် အပြစ်ကနေကယ်တင်ခြင်းကို ထိုက်တန်သလိုမျိုး ဘယ်သူမှ ကိုယ့်ကိုယ်ကို မချီးကျူးပါစေနဲ့။ |
| 10 When we turned to Jesus Christ in faith, God made us a new creation in Christ. Now we live a new life and do the good works that God prepared for us long ago. | ၁၀ ယေရှုခရစ်တော်ကို ကျွန်တော်တို့ ယုံကြည်တဲ့အချိန်မှာ ဘုရားသခင်က ကျွန်တော်တို့ကို သတ္တဝါသစ်အဖြစ် ဖန်ဆင်းခဲ့တယ်။ အခုချိန်မှာ ကျွန်တော်တို့ဟာ ဟိုးအရင်ကတည်းက ကျွန်တော်တို့အတွက် ဘုရားသခင် စီစဉ်ပေးခဲ့တဲ့ ကောင်းတဲ့အလုပ်တွေကို လုပ်ကြတယ်။ |
| 11 Remember that in the past, only the Jews were with God. They practiced circumcision to show that they wanted to cleanse their hearts from sin. But that circumcision was only on the body, it did not change the heart. You are not Jews, but people from other nations. That’s why you did not practice circumcision, and the Jews called you “the uncircumcised.” That meant that you were not part of God’s family. | ၁၁ ခင်ဗျားတို့က လူမျိုးခြားတွေအဖြစ် မွေးလာခဲ့ကြတဲ့အတွက် ယုဒလူမျိုးတွေက ခင်ဗျားတို့ကို အရေးဖျားမလှီးတဲ့သူတွေလို့ ခေါ်ကြတယ်။ ဒါပေမဲ့ ယုဒလူမျိုးတွေက ကိုယ့်ကိုယ်ကို အရေဖျားလှီးကြပြီးတော့ ကိုယ့်ကိုယ်ကို အရေဖျားလှီးတဲ့သူတွေလို့ ခေါ်ကြတယ်။ |
| 12 God gave His promises to the Jewish people and made an Unbreakable Agreement with them. Circumcision was a sign that the Jews belonged to God. But you are people from other nations, and you were not part of God’s people. At that time, you also did not know Christ. | 13 In those days, you were far from God. But now you belong to Jesus Christ. His blood has cleansed you from sin, and you have a close relationship with God. | ၁၃ အဲ့ဒီအချိန်တုန်းက ခင်ဗျားတို့က ဘုရားသခင်ရဲ့အဝေးမှာရှိခဲ့ကြပေမဲ့ အခု ခင်ဗျားတို့က ယေရှုခရစ်တော်နဲ့ သက်ဆိုင်ကြတယ်။ သူ့ရဲ့အသွေးတော်က ခင်ဗျားတို့ကို အပြစ်ကနေ သန့်ရှင်းစေခဲ့လို့ ခင်ဗျားတို့က ဘုရားသခင်နဲ့ နီးစပ်လာကြတယ်။ |
| 14 Christ Himself is our peace. He reconciled Jews with people from other nations, destroyed the hostility between us, and made us one people of God. Now we are one family of God in Christ. | ၁၄ ခရစ်တော်က ယုဒလူမျိုးတွေနဲ့ လူမျိုးခြားတွေကို ပြန်လည်သင့်မြတ်စေခဲ့ပြီးတော့ သူတို့ကို တစ်သားတည်း ဖြစ်စေခဲ့တယ်။ ခရစ်တော်က ကျွန်တော်တို့ အကြားမှာရှိနေတဲ့ ကန့်သတ်ချက်ကို ဖျက်ဆီးလိုက်တယ်။ |
| 15 The Jews were hostile to people from other nations because they did not follow the Law of Moses, its commands, and rules. But when Christ came, He taught that no one can keep the whole Law. By His death, Jesus destroyed this hostility and canceled the Law of Moses. | 16 On the cross, Jesus offered Himself as a sacrifice and reconciled us to God. Through His death, He put an end to the hostility between Jews and people from other nations. | 17 In the past, only the Jews were God's people, while people from other nations lived far from God. | 19 You used to be strangers to one another, like foreigners. | 20 You have become part of the spiritual building that God is constructing. Its foundation is the truth that the apostles and prophets received from God and passed on to the people. | 21 On this cornerstone, God is building His spiritual structure, where all the parts fit together perfectly. | 22 Everyone who has turned to Jesus takes the place in this temple that God has assigned to him. | 1 I am in prison because I preached about Jesus Christ to you, people from other nations. | ၁ လူမျိုးခြားတွေဖြစ်တဲ့ ခင်ဗျားတို့ကို ယေရှုခရစ်တော်အကြောင်း ပြောခဲ့လို့ ကျွန်တော်ဟာ ထောင်အကျဉ်းသား ဖြစ်ခဲ့ရတယ်။ |
| 2 You have already heard that God gave me His grace and entrusted me with an important ministry to bring non-Jewish people to Christ. | ၂ ဘုရားသခင်က ကျွန်တော့်ကို သူ့ရဲ့ကျေးဇူးတော်ပေးခဲ့လို့ ကျွန်တော်က လူမျိုးခြားတွေကို ခရစ်တော်ဆီ ခေါ်လာနိုင်ခဲ့တယ်ဆိုတာ ခင်ဗျားတို့ ကြားခဲ့ပြီးပါပြီ။ |

| 5 For many generations, no one knew about it. | 6 This is what the secret is about. Only the Jews used to be God’s people, and God had given His promises only to them. But then everything changed. God sent Jesus, and on the cross He paid for the sins of all people. That is why now everyone who believes in Jesus belongs to God’s people and to the Church, which is the Body of Christ. | 7 God has given me His grace, and I have experienced the mighty work of His power. | 8 I am the most unworthy of all who belong to God. | 9 God created the whole world through Jesus Christ. From the very beginning, He had a secret plan that He did not reveal to people for a long time. No one knew that God wanted to save not only the Jews but also all nations. | 10 When God created the Church, He used it to show His many-sided wisdom to all the angels and other spiritual beings who have power and authority in the unseen spiritual world. Now the entire spiritual realm can see how amazing God’s plan truly is. | ၁၀ ဘုရားသခင်က အသင်းတော်ကို ဖြစ်ပေါ်စေခဲ့ပြီးတော့ သူ့ရဲ့ဉာဏ်ပညာကြွယ်ဝမှုကို အသင်းတော်ကတစ်ဆင့် ကောင်းကင်နိုင်ငံမှာရှိတဲ့ အုပ်ချုပ်သူတွေနဲ့ အာဏာပိုင်တွေဆီ ပြသခဲ့တယ်။ |
| 11 From the beginning, God had a plan which He fulfilled through our Lord Jesus Christ. | ၁၁ အစဦးကတည်းက ဘုရားသခင်ဆီမှာ ကျွန်တော်တို့သခင် ယေရှုခရစ်တော်အားဖြင့် ပြည့်စုံစေခဲ့တဲ့ အကြံအစည်တစ်ခု ရှိခဲ့တယ်။ |
| 12 We believe in Jesus, and now through Him we can come to God with boldness and confidence. | ၁၂ ကျွန်တော်တို့က ယေရှုကို ယုံကြည်ကြတယ်။ ယေရှုအားဖြင့် ကျွန်တော်တို့တွေက ဘုရားသခင်ဆီကို ရဲရဲဝံ့ဝံ့နဲ့ စိတ်ချယုံကြည်မှုရှိရှိ လာကြတာဖြစ်တယ်။ |
| 13 When I preached about Christ, I was put in prison. But I ask you not to be discouraged because of this. Through my suffering, you also believed in Jesus, and now you glorify Him. | 15 God is our Father. He created everything in heaven and on earth. He gave a name to every nation and every family. | ၁၅ ကောင်းကင်နဲ့မြေကြီးပေါ် တည်ရှိတဲ့ မိသားစုတိုင်းကို နာမည်ပေးတဲ့ ဘုရားသခင်ရဲ့ရှေ့မှောက်မှာ ကျွန်တော် ဒူးထောက်တယ်။ |
| 16 God’s greatness is so limitless that His glory has no end. That is why I pray that God will fill you with His power. May His Spirit make your inner person strong. | ၁၆ ဘုရားသခင်က သူ့ရဲ့ဘုန်းတော်နဲ့ ခင်ဗျားတို့ကို ကြွယ်ဝချမ်းသာစေပါစေ။ ဘုရားသခင်ရဲ့ဝိညာဉ်တော်က ခင်ဗျားတို့ရဲ့အတွင်းလူကို အားကြီးစေပါစေ။ |
| 17 I pray that through your faith Christ will live in your hearts forever. | ၁၇ ယုံကြည်ခြင်းအားဖြင့် ခင်ဗျားတို့ရဲ့နှလုံးသားထဲမှာ ခရစ်တော် အသက်ရှင်ပါစေ။ |
| 18 Never doubt that Jesus loves you. Let His love become the solid foundation on which you will build your whole life. Then together with all God's holy people, you will be able to understand how wide and long, how deep and high Christ’s love is. | ၁၈ တစ်ယောက်ကိုတစ်ယောက် ချစ်ခြင်းမေတ္တာထားကြပါ။ ဒီလိုဆိုရင် ခင်ဗျားတို့ဟာ ခိုင်မာတဲ့အုတ်မြစ်ပေါ်မှာ နက်နက်ရှိုင်းရှိုင်းအမြစ်တွယ်ပြီးတော့ ရပ်တည်ကြလိမ့်မယ်။ ခရစ်တော်ရဲ့ ချစ်ခြင်းမေတ္တာက အဝေးထိရောက်ပြီးတော့ ကျယ်ပြန့်တယ်၊ နက်ရှိုင်းပြီးတော့ မြင့်မားတယ်ဆိုတာ သန့်ရှင်းတဲ့ယုံကြည်သူတွေအားလုံးနဲ့အတူ ခင်ဗျားတို့တွေ နားလည်နိုင်ကြလိမ့်မယ်။ |
| 19 His love is so immeasurably great that it cannot be fully comprehended. But I pray that all of you together will understand and feel how much Christ loves you. | 20 Give praise to God, who works in us with His power and who is able to do far more than we ask or even imagine. | ၂၀ ဘုရားသခင်က တန်ခိုးကြီးစွာနဲ့ ကျွန်တော်တို့အထဲမှာ အလုပ်လုပ်နေတယ်။ ပြီးတော့ ဘုရားသခင်က ကျွန်တော်တို့ တောင်းလျှောက်တဲ့အရာ ဒါမှမဟုတ် ကျွန်တော်တို့ စဉ်းစားတဲ့အကြောင်းအရာထက် ပိုပြီးတော့ အကန့်အသတ်မရှိ လုပ်ပေးနိုင်တယ်။ |

| 1 So, I am in prison because I preached about the Lord. And I urge you to live according to the calling you have received from God. | ၁ သခင်ယေရှုအကြောင်းကို ဟောပြောလို့ ကျွန်တော်ဟာ ထောင်အကျဉ်းသား ဖြစ်လာခဲ့ပါတယ်။ ဘုရားသခင်ဆီက လက်ခံရရှိခဲ့တဲ့ သူ့ရဲ့ခေါ်ခြင်းအတိုင်း အသက်ရှင်ကြဖို့ ခင်ဗျားတို့ကို ကျွန်တော် တောင်းဆိုပါတယ်။ |
| 2 Do not put yourselves above others. Be kind and very patient. Love and accept one another, even when you see each other’s faults. | ၂ ကိုယ့်ကိုယ်ကို နှိမ့်ချကြပါ။ သနားကြင်နာပြီးတော့ အထူးစိတ်ရှည်သည်းခံကြပါ။ အားနည်းချက်တွေရှိလည်း တစ်ယောက်ကိုတစ်ယောက် ချစ်ခြင်းမေတ္တာထားပြီး လက်ခံကြပါ။ |
| 3 Make every effort to maintain the unity that the Holy Spirit gives you. So live in peace and harmony with one another. | ၃ ငြိမ်းငြိမ်းချမ်းချမ်း နေထိုင်တယ်ဆိုရင် ဝိညာဉ်ရေးရာ စည်းလုံးညီညွတ်ခြင်းကို ဖြစ်စေတယ်။ အဲ့ဒါကြောင့် တခြားသူတွေနဲ့ ငြိမ်းငြိမ်းချမ်းချမ်းနေထိုင်ဖို့ အစွမ်းကုန်ကြိုးစား အားထုတ်ပါ။ |

| 6 Now we all have one God, who has become our Father. | 7 Christ has given each of us a special gift by His grace. | 8 So King David prophesied in Psalm 68:18, “You went up to heaven and took captives into captivity. You received gifts and distributed them to people, so that even those who reject the Lord God may come to Him.” Christ fulfilled this prophecy when He rose from the dead and gained victory over sin, death, and the devil. | 11 Christ has appointed apostles, prophets, evangelists, pastors, and teachers in the Church. | ၁၁ အသင်းတော်ထဲမှာ ခရစ်တော်က တမန်တော်တွေ၊ ပရောဖက်တွေ၊ ဧဝံဂေလိဟောတဲ့သူတွေ၊ သင်းအုပ်တွေနဲ့ ဆရာတွေကို ခန့်အပ်ခဲ့တယ်။ |
| 12 All these ministers prepare God's holy people so that each one can fulfill his calling, and in this way they can serve God. Jesus is the Head of the Church, and the Church is His Body. | 13 Jesus is the Son of God. We should get to know Him better and understand who He is. Then we will believe in Him with all our hearts, and together with others we will achieve unity in the faith. In this way, we will grow spiritually, and Christ will transform us more and more from the inside. | 14 So, we will no longer be naive like children who easily believe any lie. We will no longer be led astray by any new teaching that presents a lie as the truth. | 15 Let us speak the truth in love. | 16 Now the Church is the Body of Christ, and it depends entirely on Him. Christ holds the whole Church together and unites us. He connects us all, as joints and bands connect the parts of the body. Each of us has our place in the Church and our work that God has entrusted to us. | 17 So I speak to you in the name of the Lord and urge you not to live like those who do not believe in God. They follow empty and deceptive ideas. | ၁၇ လူမျိုးခြားတွေလို အသက်မရှင်ကြဖို့ သခင်ယေရှုနာမနဲ့ ကျွန်တော် လေးလေးနက်နက်နဲ့ တိုက်တွန်းပါတယ်။ အတိတ်က ခင်ဗျားတို့ဟာ လူမျိုးခြားတွေလို ပြုမူခဲ့ကြတယ်။ လူမျိုးခြားတွေက အဓိပ္ပါယ်မရှိတဲ့အရာတွေကို စဉ်းစားပြီးတော့ သူတို့တွေက အဲ့ဒီအတိုင်းပဲ ပြုမူကြတယ်။ |
| 18 They harden their hearts and do not know God. So, darkness fills their minds and separates them from life with God. | ၁၈ လူမျိုးခြားတွေက ဘုရားသခင်ကို မသိကြလို့ သူတို့ရဲ့နှလုံးသားကို မာကြောစေကြတယ်။ သူတို့ရဲ့စိတ်မှာ အမှောင်ထုက ပြည့်နေပြီးတော့ အဲ့ဒါက သူတို့ကို ဘုရားသခင်ရဲ့အသက်နဲ့ ခွဲခြားထားတယ်။ |
| 19 They feel no shame. They indulge in more and more sexual immorality and do whatever defiles a person without restraint. | ၁၉ သူတို့တွေဟာ အရှက်တရားမရှိဘဲ စာရိတ္တပျက်တဲ့အပြုအမူတွေဆီ သူတို့ကိုယ်သူတို့ လုံးလုံးအပ်နှံကြပြီးတော့ ရွံ့စရာကောင်းတဲ့အရာတွေကို လုပ်ကြတယ်။ |
| 20 But you already know the teachings of Christ. | ၂၀ ဒါပေမဲ့ ခင်ဗျားတို့က ခရစ်တော်ဆီကနေ သင်ယူခဲ့ကြတာဖြစ်လို့ အဲ့ဒီလိုမျိုးအရာတွေကို ခင်ဗျားတို့တွေ မလုပ်ရဘူး။ |
| 21 When you heard about Christ, you followed Him and became His disciples, because the truth is found only in Him. | ၂၁ ယေရှုထဲမှာ သမ္မာတရား ရှိတယ်။ ဒါကြောင့် ယေရှုအကြောင်းကို ခင်ဗျားတို့ သိလာတဲ့အခါမှာ ယေရှုက ဘုရားသခင်ရဲ့သမ္မာတရားကို ခင်ဗျားတို့ဆီ သင်ကြားပေးခဲ့တယ်။ |
| 22 Jesus taught you not to return to your former way of life. So, take off your old sinful nature from your inner person, like old, dirty clothes. This sinful nature was destroying you because you followed its deceptive desires and were consumed by lust. | ၂၂ ဒါကြောင့် အကျင့်ဟောင်းဘဝဆီကို ပြန်မသွားကြနဲ့။ ခင်ဗျားတို့ရဲ့အတွင်းလူဆီက အပြစ်လုပ်တတ်တဲ့ဇာတိဟောင်းကို ချွတ်ပစ်ကြပါ။ ခင်ဗျားတို့ရဲ့ အတွင်းလူက လှည့်စားခြင်းထဲမှာ အသက်ရှင်ခဲ့ဖူးတယ်၊ တပ်မက်မှုတွေနဲ့ လောင်ကျွမ်းခဲ့ပြီးတော့ သူ့ကိုယ်သူ ဖျက်ဆီးခဲ့ဖူးတယ်။ |
| 23 But now God has filled your hearts with His Spirit. So let the Holy Spirit renew your minds so that you can change the way you think and act as Jesus teaches. | ၂၃ ဝိညာဉ်တော်က ခင်ဗျားတို့ရဲ့စိတ်ကို အသစ်ပြုပြင်ပေးပါစေ။ |
| 24 Put on the new nature of God in your inner person. | 25 Stop lying to one another. Instead, tell the truth, because we are connected as members of the one Body of Christ. | ၂၅ ကျွန်တော်တို့ဟာ ခရစ်တော်ရဲ့ကိုယ်ခန္ဓာတစ်ခုထဲက အင်္ဂါအစိတ်အပိုင်းတွေ ဖြစ်လာကြတယ်။ ဒါကြောင့် မလိမ်ညာဘဲ တစ်ယောက်ကိုတစ်ယောက် အမှန်အတိုင်း ပြောကြပါ။ |
| 26 If you are angry with someone, don’t let your anger get so bad that you lose control and do something you will regret later. Don’t go to bed with anger in your heart. Instead, let your heart be filled with the peace of God before the sun goes down. | ၂၆ ခင်ဗျားတို့စိတ်ထဲမှာ အမျက်ဒေါသ တောက်လောင်နေတဲ့အချိန်မှာ တစ်ယောက်ကိုတစ်ယောက် မစော်ကားကြနဲ့။ နေရဲ့အလင်းရောင် ပျောက်ကွယ်သလိုပဲ အမျက်ဒေါသက မျက်စိကန်းစေတယ်။ |
| 27 Do not allow the devil to take control of any area of your life. | ၂၇ ခင်ဗျားတို့အသက်တာရဲ့ဘယ်နေရာကိုမှ မာရ်နတ်ဆီ မအပ်ကြနဲ့။ |
| 28 If you used to steal or take things that didn’t belong to you, stop doing that. Instead, work honestly, do something useful, and earn your living so you can help others who are in need. | ၂၈ လိုအပ်နေတဲ့သူတွေကို အလုပ်လုပ်ပြီးတော့ ကူညီကြပါ။ ခင်ဗျားတို့ဟာ အရင်က ခိုးတတ်တဲ့သူတွေဖြစ်ခဲ့ရင် မခိုးတော့ဘဲနဲ့ ကိုယ့်ခြေကိုယ့်လက်နဲ့ ကောင်းတာကို လုပ်ဆောင်ကြပါ။ |
| 29 Do not say anything evil or offensive to each other. Instead, speak in a way that encourages others and strengthen their faith. Then your words will bring blessing to those who listen to you. | ၂၉ ခင်ဗျားတို့ရဲ့ အပြောအဆိုမှာ အနိုင်ကျင့်စော်ကားတဲ့စကားလုံးတွေ မသုံးဘဲ ကြင်နာတဲ့စကားတွေကိုပဲ ပြောကြပါ။ ကောင်းတဲ့စကားတွေက ခင်ဗျားတို့စကား နားထောင်တဲ့သူတွေရဲ့ ယုံကြည်ခြင်းကို ခိုင်မာစေပြီးတော့ ဘုရားသခင်ရဲ့ကျေးဇူးတော်ကို နားလည်စေတယ်။ |
| 30 Do not make the Holy Spirit sad. When you believed in Christ, God sealed you with His Spirit so that you could be saved on the day of redemption. | ၃၀ သန့်ရှင်းတဲ့ဝိညာဉ်တော်ကို စိတ်မနာစေပါနဲ့။ ခင်ဗျားတို့ဟာ ဘုရားသခင်နဲ့သက်ဆိုင်ကြလို့ ရွေးနှုတ်ခြင်းနေ့ရက်မှာ ကယ်တင်ခြင်းခံရဖို့ ဘုရားသခင်က ခင်ဗျားတို့အပေါ် သူ့ရဲ့ဝိညာဉ်တော်တံဆိပ်ကို ခတ်ခဲ့တယ်။ |
| 31 Do not hold on to bitterness or resentment. Stop being full of rage, anger, and shouting. Do not insult each other and never do harm to others. | ၃၁ ခါးသီးမှုတွေကို မစုစည်းကြနဲ့ ဒေါသမကြီးကြနဲ့။ ဒေါသမထွက်ကြနဲ့ မအော်ကြနဲ့။ တစ်ယောက်ကိုတစ်ယောက် မစော်ကားကြနဲ့ ဆိုးယုတ်တဲ့လုပ်ဆောင်မှုတွေ မှန်သမျှမှာ မပါဝင်ကြနဲ့။ |

| 1 God is your Father, and you are His beloved children. So follow His example and act like your Heavenly Father. | ၁ ခင်ဗျားတို့ဟာ ဘုရားသခင်ရဲ့သားသမီးတွေဖြစ်ကြပြီးတော့ ဘုရားသခင်က ခင်ဗျားတို့ကို ချစ်တယ်။ ဒါကြောင့် အရာရာမှာ ဘုရားသခင်ကို အတုယူလိုက်လျှောက်ကြပါ။ |
| 2 Christ showed how much He loved us when He sacrificed Himself and gave His life for our sins. God gladly accepted His sacrifice of love, which was as pleasing to Him as a sweet aroma. | 3 Do not commit any sexual sins or defile yourselves with impurity or immorality. Put greed to death as well. Do not even think that any sin is acceptable. Now you belong to God's holy people. | 4 Do not use bad language, engage in foolish talk, or tell rude jokes. None of these should be part of your life. Instead, speak to each other with respect and give thanks to God for everything. | ၄ ညစ်ညူးတဲ့စကားလုံးတွေ၊ အဓိပ္ပါယ်မရှိတဲ့ စကားဝိုင်းတွေမှာ ပါဝင်တာ၊ ရိုင်းစိုင်းတဲ့စကားတွေနဲ့ ရိုင်းစိုင်းတဲ့ရယ်စရာပြက်လုံးတွေ ပြောဆိုတာကို မလုပ်ကြနဲ့။ အဲ့ဒီအစား တစ်ယောက်နဲ့တစ်ယောက် ယဉ်ယဉ်ကျေးကျး ဆက်ဆံကြပါ။ |
| 5 Remember that no one who lives in sexual sin or makes himself impure will receive an inheritance in God's Kingdom. A greedy person will not receive this inheritance either, because he loves his possessions more than God and worships them like idols. | 6 Do not trust those who justify sin and convince you that you can live in sin. Such people deceive you and oppose God. When Jesus returns to earth, God will pour out His wrath on all who resisted Him and led others astray. | ၆ ဘုရားသခင်က သူ့စကားကို မနာခံတဲ့လူတွေနဲ့ ခင်ဗျားတို့ကို အကျိုးမရှိတဲ့စကားတွေနဲ့လိမ်ညာတဲ့သူတွေ အပေါ် အမျက်ဒေါသထွက်လိမ့်မယ်။ |
| 7 So have nothing to do with such people. | ၇ ဒါကြောင့် ဒီလိုလူတွေနဲ့ လုံးဝ မပတ်သက်ကြပါနဲ့။ |
| 8 You used to live in darkness. But the Lord has filled you with His light, and now it shines in you. You are no longer children of darkness but children of light. So live in such a way that your life brings glory to God. | ၈ အတိတ်က ခင်ဗျားတို့ဘဝမှာ အမှောင်ထုနဲ့ ပြည့်နေခဲ့ပေမဲ့ အခုတော့ သခင်ယေရှုပေးခဲ့တဲ့ အလင်းက ခင်ဗျားတို့အထဲမှာ ထွန်းလင်းနေတယ်။ ခင်ဗျားတို့က အလင်းရဲ့သားသမီးတွေ ဖြစ်ကြတယ်။ ဒါကြောင့် အလင်းကို ဖြန့်ဝေစေနိုင်မဲ့နည်းနဲ့ အသက်ရှင်နေထိုင်ကြပါ။ |

| 10 Do your best to understand what God wants to do, and act in a way that brings Him joy. | ၁၀ ဘုရားသခင်ရဲ့ အကြံအစည်တွေကို ပြည့်စုံစေပြီးတော့ ဘုရားသခင်ကို ကျေနပ်စေကြပါ။ |
| 11 Do not act like those people who live in darkness. Their way of life leads to nothing good. Instead, help them understand that sin is evil, and it destroys their lives. | ၁၁ အမှောင်ထဲမှာ လူတွေ လုပ်ကြတဲ့ အကျိုးမရှိတဲ့ လုပ်ဆောင်ချက်တွေမှာ မပါဝင်ကြနဲ့။ ဆန့်ကျင်ဖက်အနေနဲ့ ဒီလိုမျိုးအရာတွေအပေါ် ခင်ဗျားတို့ရဲ့ သဘောမတူညီမှုကို ဖော်ပြကြပါ။ |
| 12 It is shameful even to talk about the things these people do in secret. | ၁၂ လူတွေ လျှို့ဝှက်ပြီးလုပ်တဲ့အရာတွေအကြောင်းက ပြောရမှာတောင် ရှက်စရာကောင်းတယ်။ |
| 13 When we tell the truth about sin, we bring God’s light, which reveals the truth to a person and shows him the way to God. | ၁၃ ဒီလိုအရာတွေအပေါ် ကျွန်တော်တို့ရဲ့သဘောမတူညီမှုကို ဖော်ပြတဲ့အခါ ကျွန်တော်တို့တွေက အလင်းကို သယ်ဆောင်ကြတယ်။ |

| 15 So think carefully before you act. Act wisely and do not behave like fools. | ၁၅ ဒါကြောင့် အရင်ဆုံး တွေးတောဆင်ခြင်ပြီးမှ လုပ်ဆောင်ကြပါ။ ပညာရှိရှိ ပြုမူကြပါ၊ ပညာမဲ့တဲ့သူတွေလို မပြုမူကြနဲ့။ |
| 16 Now there is a lot of evil around us. But you should use every opportunity to do good. Don't waste your time. | ၁၆ ဆိုးယုတ်ခြင်းက ခင်ဗျားတို့ဆီ ရောက်လာတဲ့နေ့ရှိလိမ့်မယ်၊ ခင်ဗျားတို့ရဲ့အချိန်ကို မဖြုန်းကြနဲ့။ |
| 17 So don’t act thoughtlessly. Try to understand what God wants from you, and make thoughtful decisions. | ၁၇ ဘုရားသခင် ဘာလုပ်ချင်တာလဲဆိုတာကို ခင်ဗျားတို့ နားလည်ကြရမယ်။ ဒါဆို ခင်ဗျားတို့က ဆင်ခြင်ဉာဏ်နဲ့ ပြမူနိုင်ကြမယ်။ |
| 18 Do not get drunk with wine, which leads to immorality. Instead, be filled with the Spirit. | ၁၈ ခင်ဗျားတို့ကို စာရိတ္တပျက်ပြားစေမဲ့ အရက်သေစာ သောက်စားမူးယစ်တာကို မလုပ်ဘဲ သန့်ရှင်းတဲ့ဝိညာဉ်တော်နဲ့ ပြည့်ဝကြပါ။ |
| 19 Sing songs of praise from the Psalms written by King David. Encourage one another with solemn hymns of worship. Glorify the Lord with the songs that the Holy Spirit gives you. | 23 The husband is the head of his wife, as Christ is the Head of the Church. | 27 Now the Church stands before Christ, and it is filled with God's glory. The Church has no stain, no defect, and no fault. | 28 A husband should love his wife and care for her as he cares for his own body. Husband and wife are one. | 29 A person cannot hate his own body, on the contrary, he cares for it. So he eats when he is hungry and dresses when he is cold. | 30 We belong to Christ and are united with Him as parts of one Body. | 1 Children, obey your parents, because Jesus is your Lord, and He wants you to do what is right. | ၁ သားသမီးတို့၊ မိဘစကားကို နားထောင်ကြပါ။ ဘာဖြစ်လို့လဲဆိုတော့ မိဘစကားကို နားထောင်ခြင်းက မှန်ကန်တဲ့အရာဖြစ်တယ်။ မင်းတို့တွေက သခင်ယေရှုကို နာခံကြတယ်ဆိုတာ ဒီနည်းနဲ့ ပြသကြပါ။ |

| 4 Fathers, do not provoke your children to anger with unfair treatment or harsh words, so that their hearts do not become hard. | 5 Slaves, obey your masters and treat them with deep respect and faithfulness. | 6 Do not work well only when they are watching you to gain their approval. Instead, always do what they ask you, because you are Christ's slaves. | 7 Do not be lazy, but serve your masters as diligently and sincerely as if you were serving the Lord, not people. | ၇ လူတွေကို အစေခံသလို မဟုတ်ဘဲ၊ သခင်ယေရှုကို အစေခံသလို ခင်ဗျားတို့ရဲ့သခင်တွေကို လုံ့လဝီရိယရှိရှိ အစေခံကြပါ။ |
| 8 Remember that the Lord always rewards everyone for the good he does. So slaves and free people should do good. | ၈ ကောင်းတဲ့အရာကို လုပ်ဆောင်ကြပါ။ အစေခံကျွန်ဖြစ်စေ၊ လွတ်လပ်တဲ့သူဖြစ်စေ ကောင်းတာလုပ်တဲ့သူတိုင်းကို ဘုရားသခင်က ဆုချမယ်ဆိုတာ စိတ်ချပါ။ |
| 9 And you, masters, treat your slaves like human beings and do not threaten them. | 10 And finally, I will write you about the most important thing. Brothers, the Lord is infinitely great and powerful. So ask Him to fill you with His incredible power and might. | ၁၀ ညီအစ်ကိုတို့၊ သခင်ယေရှုရဲ့ ခွန်အား၊ အစွမ်းသတ္တိနဲ့ ကိုယ့်ကိုယ်ကို ခိုင်ခံ့စေကြပါ။ |

| 12 We are not fighting against people, but against invisible evil spirits who have no body or blood. We are battling against a whole hierarchy of evil spirits who have authority, power, and influence in the unseen spiritual realm. | 13 That is why put on the full spiritual armor that God gives you. And when the day comes and the forces of evil attack you, you will be able to stand firm. | 14 So stand firm and do not give in to evil. Live according to the truth of God. Let this truth be for you like a soldier’s belt that holds all his armor together. When you believed in Jesus, God gave you His righteousness. | 15 Be ready to go to others and tell them the Good News about Christ. This News will reconcile them to God and fill their hearts with God’s peace. | 16 Also take the shield of faith. This is the most important spiritual weapon that will help you repel all the devil’s attacks. Do not doubt, but believe that you will overcome everything. Let your faith be for you like a shield. Hold this shield as a soldier holds it during battle. | 17 Take also the helmet of salvation, and put it on as a soldier puts on his helmet. God’s Word, which the Spirit speaks, is your sword of the Spirit. | 18 Pray in the Spirit at all times and bring all kinds of requests to God. Do not be distracted, but be focused and persistent in prayer. Never stop praying for all God's holy people. | ၁၈ ဘယ်အချိန်မဆို ဝိညာဉ်တော်နဲ့ ဆုတောင်းကြပါ။ ဘယ်ဆုတောင်းချက်မှာမဆို ခင်ဗျားတို့ရဲ့ လိုအပ်ချက်တွေနဲ့ သန့်ရှင်းတဲ့ယုံကြည်သူတွေရဲ့ လိုအပ်ချက်တွေကို ကူညီမစပေးဖို့ ဘုရားသခင်ဆီ တောင်းလျှောက်ဖို့ မမေ့ကြပါနဲ့။ |
| 19 Pray also for me. Ask God to give me wisdom and help me preach the Good News about Christ openly and boldly. | 20 I was put in prison because I preached about Christ. But even here I must act as an ambassador for the Lord and tell everyone about Him. So pray for me that I may always preach about Christ boldly. | ၂၀ ခရစ်တော်အကြောင်း သတင်းကောင်းကို ဟောပြောခဲ့လို့ ကျွန်တော်က ထောင်အကျဉ်းသား ဖြစ်လာခဲ့တယ်။ ဒါပေမဲ့ အကျဉ်းကျခံနေရတာတောင်မှ ကျွန်တော်က ဘုရားသခင်ရဲ့ တရားစကားကို ဆက်ပြီးဟောပြောတယ်။ သခင်ယေရှုအကြောင်းကို ရဲရဲဝံ့ဝံ့ ဟောပြောရမှာမို့လို့ ကျွန်တော့်အတွက် ဆုတောင်းပေးကြပါ။ |
